Where is this idiot lawyer? Even a court appointed lawyer can handle the job of plea bargaining this down to no jail time --> a fine, community service and probation. Not to sure about CA statues, but a court appointed lawyer is only appointed in felony case. Any jurisprudence experiences in the house?
