they don't know how to give the doctor under table money, they let them die because of dehydrated. The heart rate goes up to 165, while normal at 65-75 because the blood stream with out fluid or water, so it is like a pipe with a lots of dry toilet paper then it will clog up. No flowing, the heart will try to pump faster and faster until it will over heat and give up......... poor them, they die because of a simple food poisoning bacteria.
