Thẩm phán Tòa án Tối cao Ketanji Brown Jackson đã hoàn toàn phá hỏng ngôn ngữ tiếng Anh, dẫn đến sự chế giễu rộng rãi trên mạng.

Theo CBS đưa tin , Tòa án Tối cao đã nghe các lập luận vào thứ Ba về việc liệu luật của Idaho và West Virginia cấm nam giới về mặt sinh học tham gia các môn thể thao dành cho nữ có vi phạm sự đảm bảo về bình đẳng trước pháp luật của Hiến pháp và điều luật quan trọng được gọi là Điều IX hay không.

Hai người đàn ông sinh học, Lindsay Hecox đến từ Idaho và Becky Pepper-Jackson đến từ West Virginia, đã kiện các tiểu bang của họ, cáo buộc rằng luật pháp phân biệt đối xử dựa trên giới tính và tình trạng chuyển giới. Họ cho rằng luật của các tiểu bang cấm tất cả nữ giới "chuyển giới" tham gia các hoạt động thể thao học đường và đối xử với họ tệ hơn những người khác.
