Như các quan chức Nga đã nhiều lần tuyên bố, ngày hôm nay xuất hiện một báo cáo cho biết Hoa Kỳ đã giúp Ukraine thực hiện các cuộc tấn công tầm xa sâu bên trong lãnh thổ Nga 'trong nhiều tháng'.

Tờ Financial Times đưa tin đầu tiên (sau bức tường thu phí) rằng đây được cho là nỗ lực chung nhằm làm suy yếu nền kinh tế Nga và đưa Tổng thống Vladimir Putin vào bàn đàm phán .

Tờ báo dẫn lời các quan chức Ukraine và Hoa Kỳ giấu tên có liên quan đến chiến dịch cho biết: "Tình báo Hoa Kỳ đã giúp Kyiv tấn công các tài sản năng lượng quan trọng của Nga, bao gồm các nhà máy lọc dầu, ở xa tiền tuyến".

Nhà Trắng, văn phòng Tổng thống Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy và Bộ Ngoại giao Ukraine chưa trả lời ngay lập tức yêu cầu bình luận của Reuters. Bộ Ngoại giao Nga cũng chưa đưa ra bình luận ngay lập tức.

Moscow đã nhiều lần tuyên bố rằng Washington và NATO đang cung cấp thông tin tình báo cho Kiev.

Người phát ngôn Điện Kremlin Dmitry Peskov phát biểu với các phóng viên rằng: "Việc cung cấp và sử dụng toàn bộ cơ sở hạ tầng của NATO và Hoa Kỳ để thu thập và chuyển giao thông tin tình báo cho Ukraine là điều hiển nhiên".

Tờ FT cho biết tình báo Hoa Kỳ giúp Kyiv định hình kế hoạch lộ trình, độ cao, thời gian và quyết định nhiệm vụ, cho phép máy bay không người lái tấn công một chiều tầm xa của Ukraine tránh được hệ thống phòng không của Nga.
