Thật xấu hổ khi một sư thầy gốc Việt đă bị cảnh sát Mỹ bắt v́ tội ăn cắp. Được biết sư Khang Nguyen Le đă biển thủ tiền công đức nhà chùa với số tiền lên tới 260.000 USD. Nhà sư này sẽ bị trục xuất về Việt Nam sau thời gian thụ án.

Sư thầy người gốc Việt có tên Khang Nguyen Le ngày hôm qua đă bị ṭa án Mỹ tuyên án 30 tháng tù giam, sau khi bị bắt v́ tội biển thủ tiền công đức nhà chùa vào tháng 9/2015.

Theo thông cáo của văn pḥng luật sư Stephanie Finley, sư thầy người gốc Việt Khang Nguyen Le ngày hôm qua đă bị một ṭa án cấp quận tuyên án 30 tháng tù giam và bồi thường 264.000 USD v́ hành vi biển thủ 260.000 USD tiền công đức của ngôi chùa Việt Nam mang tên Tịnh Độ tại bang Louisiana và dùng chúng để đánh bạc.

Được biết sư thầy Khang Nguyen Le bị bắt từ hồi tháng 9/2015 và nhận tội lừa đảo vào tháng Ba vừa qua. Sư Khang Nguyen Le vốn là một chức sắc trong Giáo hội Phật giáo Việt Nam tại khu vực Tây Nam Louisiana từ năm 2010. Đến tháng 10/2014 th́ rời khỏi vị trí trên để phục vụ điều tra. Cáo trạng vụ án cho biết nhà sư nhận 1.000 USD mỗi tháng từ nhà chùa.

Văn pḥng luật sư Finley cho biết, do mang quốc tịch Việt Nam, nhà sư có thể bị trục xuất về Việt Nam sau thời gian thụ án. Le nói với cơ quan điều tra rằng ông ta nghiện cờ bạc và có thể bỏ tới 10.000 USD vào tṛ x́ dách trong mỗi chuyến đi chơi ṣng bài của ḿnh.

Nhà sư quốc tịch Việt nam mà có mang quốc tịch Mỹ đâu mà gọi là người Mỹ gốc Việt...Nhiều nhà sư từ Việt nam sang Mỹ rồi mở ra nhiều chùa, tịnh xá nhỏ cho riêng ḿnh để sống là làm việc v́ ko muốn chung với mấy chùa lớn khác...Tại sao ngày xưa thời TT Ngô Đ́nh Diệm phải ra tay với các chư tăng Phật Giáo là vậy...CS trà trộn vào và bôi nhọ tôn giáo đề con người ko c̣n tính nhiệm tôn giáo...CS lời dụng rất nhiều tôn giáo và nhiều h́nh thức để làm việc lợi cho riêng chủ nghĩa CS...

Sư cái buồi tao.....bọn côn an trá h́nh làm kinh tài được cs hổ trợ giấy tờ qua Mỹ diện tu sỉ.......đâu phải sư nào cũng dể dàng qua đây.....
