Chẳng hiểu sao mà mùa Tết năm nay, món khô “Vũ nữ chân dài” được rất nhiều ngươi săn mua! Không chỉ dân trong nước mà người Việt kiều từ nước ngoài về cũng đổ xô đi mua và gây ra t́nh trạng cháy hàng v́ nhu cầu tăng một cách đột biến.


Những ngày qua, nhiều sạp hàng kinh doanh đặc sản Campuchia tại chợ Phường 1 (quận 10, TP HCM) nhộn nhịp khách ra vào để mua. Món hàng mà nhiều người hỏi thăm nhiều nhất chính là khô nhái (Hay c̣n gọi là “Vũ nữ chân dài”.

Theo một tiểu thương tên Ngọc cho biết giáp tết là thời điểm hàng loạt người muốn mua những món ăn dân dă như khô, lạp xưởng, đường thốt nốt… Đặc biệt, năm nay xu hướng mua “Vũ nữ chân dài" tăng đột biến.



“Có rất nhiều Việt kiều về nước t́m đến đây để mua. Nắm bắt nhu cầu, chúng tôi có đóng gói, hút chân không mặt hàng này bán cho mọi người làm quà biếu” - chị Ngọc nói.

Hiện tại giá món “Vũ nữ chân dài” khoảng 500.000 đồng/kg. Dự kiến những ngày sắp đến, sản phẩm này trở nên khan hàng giá có thể tăng lên 800.000 đồng/kg.

B́nh quân mỗi sạp hàng kinh doanh đồ khô tại chợ Campuchia (Phường 1, quận 10) mỗi ngày có thể bán lên đến 100-120kg “vũ nữ chân dài”.

“Vũ nữ chân dài” được xem là món ăn tinh túy từ thiên nhiên mang lại. Nói đến tự nhiên phải kể đến thành phần dinh dưỡng cực kỳ ấn tượng. Vừa nhiều đạm, không chất béo lại giàu canxi, thích hợp cho tất cả mọi người. Do sống trong môi trường hoang dă, không nuôi được kiểu kinh tế như ếch nên thịt “kiều nữ” rất dai ngon và không độc.



Sơ chế khá công phu, đem về phải chặt bỏ đầu, lột da, mổ bụng, lôi hết ruột ra, rửa thật cẩn thận, ướp cùng muối, tiêu và ớt để thấm đều trước khi phơi. Khi “người đẹp” đă được tẩm lớp da bóng gịn quyến rũ, đầu bếp thả nguyên con vào chảo dầu sôi già chiên gịn từ thịt tới xương hoặc nướng lên là có ngay thức quà dân dă “danh bất hư truyền”.

Đặc sản này đang được các nhà hàng, quán ăn săn đón bởi chế biến ra được nhiều món không "đụng hàng". Không chỉ phục vụ thượng khách trong nước, “vũ nữ chân dài” hiện c̣n được xuất sang hai nước láng giềng: Lào và Campuchia.

Ai nói là cán bộ vc không ăn gạch xi măng, sắt thép, bù lon vậy? Theo thống kê của tổ chức y tế thế giới th́ bao tử của khỉ Trường Sơn được coi là tốt nhất v́ nó có thể tiêu hóa mọi thứ kể cả fund như tuị 5B.
