VBF-Sẽ không có ǵ ngạc nhiên bởi Đà Nẵng chính là thành phố có khả năng trở thành Singapore của VN. Bởi ở đây đang hội tụ đầy đủ những yếu tố thuận lợi từ con người đến môi trường kinh doanh và cả phương hướng phát triển thành phố.Việc xây dựng và phát triển những dự án trọng điểm sẽ mang lại cho Đà Nẵng một môi trường kinh doanh lư tưởng đồng thời cải thiện chất lượng cuộc sống tại đây.
Sở hữu môi trường kinh doanh ngày càng thu hút cùng với công nghệ thông tin phát triển, Đà Nẵng đang trên đà hiện thực hoá mục tiêu trở thành Singapore của Việt Nam, Vietnam Briefing - tạp chí kinh tế về đầu tư, chính sách, thuế khóa - đánh giá.
Trong 5 năm trở lại đây, thành phố này đă bùng nổ về xây dựng, với 4,5 tỷ USD chi cho các dự án cơ sở hạ tầng.
Thêm vào đó, trong 8 năm liên tiếp, Đà Nẵng luôn đứng đầu về chỉ số năng lực cạnh tranh cấp tỉnh (CPI) xét về quản lư tốt và các chính sách tạo điều kiện cho môi trường kinh doanh.Da Nang IT Park hứa hẹn sẽ góp phần đưa Đà Nẵng trở thành Singapore của Việt Nam.
Đà Nẵng là thành phố lớn thứ ba cả nước và là trung tâm thương mại, giáo dục của miền Trung Việt Nam.
Thành phố này nổi tiếng với môi trường sạch, băi biển đẹp và dịch vụ công cộng tốt. Đây cũng được coi là nơi đáng sống nhất Việt Nam.Hai trong số các dự án cơ sở hạ tầng mới quan trọng bậc nhất của Đà Nẵng chính là Khu công nghệ cao Đà Nẵng (Da Nang Hi-Tech Park) và Khu công nghệ thông tin Đà Nẵng (Da Nang IT Park).
Khu công nghệ cao Đà Nẵng đang được thi công. Khi hoàn tất, quy mô sẽ đạt 1.129,76 ha.
Dự án được kỳ vọng sẽ đẩy mạnh việc phát triển khoa học công nghệ cho thành phố, thông qua thu hút vốn đầu tư địa phương và nước ngoài.
Khu công nghệ đang đưa ra những ưu đăi tài chính khá hấp dẫn. Cụ thể, doanh nghiệp sẽ được ưu đăi thuế suất 10% trong 15 năm tính từ khi có doanh thu.Ngoài ra, các doanh nghiệp được miễn thuế 4 năm, giảm 50% trong 9 năm tiếp theo, tính từ năm đầu tiên có thu nhập chịu thuế.
Khu công nghệ thông tin Đà Nẵng cũng đưa ra những ưu đăi cho các doanh nghiệp công nghệ cao về thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp.
Cụ thể, thuế suất áp dụng trong ṿng 4 năm đầu tiên kể từ khi thu lợi nhuận là 0%. Trong 9 năm kế tiếp, mức này là 5% và 2 năm tiếp theo là 10%.Tiền thuê đất cũng được miễn phí lên tới 50 năm cho những "người thuê đáng tin cậy", tùy thuộc vào loại h́nh công nghiệp và quy mô đầu tư. Một số dự án cơ sở hạ tầng chủ chốt khác gồm có xây dựng nhà ga, sân bay (60 triệu USD), ṭa thị chính mới (88 triệu USD), cầu vượt 3 tầng (93 triệu USD) cũng là điểm nhấn của thành phố.
Thêm vào đó, một hệ thống giám sát được cài đặt bởi IBM sẽ mang đến những cập nhật trực tiếp về các tuyết xe buưt và kiểm tra chât lượng nước.
Hệ thống Cisco đă được cài đặt với 300 km cáp quang, kết nối tất cả các cơ quan chính phủ trong khu vực.
Một công tŕnh quan trọng của Đà Nẵng là biểu tượng cho sức mạnh phát triển của thành phố này chính là Cầu Rồng.
Cây cầu mới bắc qua sông Hàn đă xuất hiện trên mặt báo quốc tế bởi thiết kế tuyệt đẹp.
Không đơn thuần là một công tŕnh có kiến trúc đẹp, Cầu Rồng c̣n là biểu tượng sức mạnh cho thành phố.
Đà Nẵng đang trên đà trở thành một thành phố hiện đại với hệ thống quản lư hiệu quả và minh bạch.
Với môi trường kinh doanh và đầu tư ngày càng được cải thiện, cộng thêm nhiều chính sách ưu đăi tài chính, thành phố này hoàn toàn xứng đáng với danh hiệu "Singapore của Việt Nam".

Câu này nghe quen quen cách đây gần 40 năm cũng nghe cán ngố tuyên bố vc sẽ bắt kịp sing,hàn nhật.....và kể từ đó cán bộ cs bắt đầu mang theo lựu đạn theo khi phát biểu nên trỡ thành trào lưu không nỗ không là vc mà.

đọc xong không đi được nè. nếu trở thàng singapore thứ 2 phải chờ đến 100 năm nửa.

nếu Đà nẵng là Singapore tại VN th́ điều đâu tiên là tru di tam tộc mấy thằng CS như Lư Quang Diệu đă làm.

Nói cái miệng th́ ai nói cũng được! Với 40 năm và nợ nần, chỉ có vài cái cầu vài con đường mà nói là một trời một vực th́ không khác ǵ bưng bô. So sánh một thành phố trong thời lửa đạn với thời tham nhũng, đâu chỉ dựa trên con đường mà phải dựa trên đời sống người dân ......

Nên nhớ rằng Nhật bị hai trái bom nguyên tử, họ cần bao nhiều để khôi phục, Hà Nội và Seoul th́ sao ... 40 năm mà chỉ có thế không có ǵ gọi là hănh diện đâu.
