Các thành viên NATO có vẻ vẫn chưa nguôi ngoại sau phát biểu của ông Trump tại hội nghị thượng đỉnh với Nga.

Không những vậy, ông Trump lại giáng thêm một đ̣n nữa vào đồng minh NATO. Ông Trump đang dấu hỏi lớn cho việc thực thi cam kết đảm bảo an ninh cho các thành viên NATO theo điều 5 của hiệp ước thành lập liên minh, mà c̣n công khai cho rằng Montenegro - thành viên thứ 29, mới được NATO kết nạp, là "hiếu chiến" và "có thể gây ra chiến tranh thế giới thứ ba". Cả hai thông điệp này là chuyện tày đ́nh đối với NATO, đều có thể ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến mối quan hệ của Mỹ với các thành viên khác cũng như tới vị thế, vai tṛ và cái uy của Mỹ trong NATO.



Cho nên NATO hy vọng là ông Trump chỉ lỡ lời.

Vậy ông Trump đă lỡ lời hay nghĩ thật? Đúng là không thể loại trừ hoàn toàn khả năng nào. Cho tới nay, ông Trump đă phát ngôn không như những người tiền nhiệm về mọi chuyện chứ không chỉ riêng về NATO, cũng đă không ít lần bị cho là lỡ lời. Nhưng thực tế cho thấy trong mọi lần lỡ lời đều ẩn hiện quan điểm riêng và suy nghĩ thật ḷng của ông Trump.

Lần này, ông đă thể hiện theo cách đặc thù của ḿnh tạo cảm nhận như thể đă lỡ lời. Phát biểu của ông Trump đều hàm chứa quan điểm rất nhất quán và nhận thức xuyên suốt của ông là nước Mỹ không c̣n cần NATO như trước nữa, NATO đă lỗi thời và các thành viên khác phải trả giá thỏa đáng th́ Mỹ mới thực hiện cam kết ở điều 5.

th́ ông chump thật sự lỡ lời ... nhưng lỡ lời trong sự cố ư .. tức là lúc gặp pú tinh rung quá mới lỡ lời .. c̣n về tới nhà th́ là dân anh chị trong nhà rồi .. có nói này nói nọ, th́ cũng đă nói rồi .. bác NS nói quá đúng . khôn nhà , dại chợ ..

Ở những nước tiến bộ khác (Anh, Pháp, Đức hoặc Nhật, v.v.,) người chánh trị gia cao cấp có trách nhiệm và biết ư thức thường hay TỪ CHỨC sau những hành động ... không mấy khôn ngoan như vậy!

Hmmm...lật lọng, tráo trở, khi dễ người nghe, nhất là cho rằng dân Mỹ ngu ngốc chung với những người TT tiền nhiệm...vậy mà trumpist giả điếc sao hỉ...Theo tôi, nếu đính chính tự nó là một điều hay, một hành động nên làm v́ sẽ cho mọi người thấy thiện chí sửa đổi, tự kiểm điểm...nhưng trong trường hợp Trump th́ lại phản tác dụng 100%, v́ sao? V́ người ta sẽ dễ dàng nhận ra:

1. ông 0 hề biết đến 2 chữ xin lỗi ! Nên lúng túng, trả lời cho xong...báo chí cái ngu của ḿnh ?

2. ông chứng minh cho mọi người thấy rằng ḿnh là vua một cơi, có quyền nói và làm bất cứ điều ǵ...bất cần đúng sai..

3. nhưng tiếc là mọi người đều thấy ông là thằng Cuội Mỹ, tóc vàng mắt xanh, đính chính để chứng minh rằng ḿnh hồn bay phách lạc sau khi bị Putin hăm he ǵ đó sau 2h chỉ dạy và mắng mỏ, đe dọa! Bạn chỉ cần nh́n tư thế Trump ngồi khúm núm, như kẻ quị lụy, hối lỗi, ăn năn trong h́nh no photoshop th́ biết ngay Putin nắm tỏng, kompromat Trump từ lâu rồi.

TB: Hôm nay NYT đă đưa tin Cohen có thâu lại phần audio v/v Trump ra lệnh trả tiền bịt miệng McDougal..để coi lúc đó Trump c̣n đủ tự trọng mà nh́n mặt Melania và thằng con như gà nuốt dây thun ...

You are absolutely right!!!!

I believe his nose is getting longer (for lying) and his "FAKE" hair is getting thinner (falling off due to pulling hair and finger nail biting)
