Cựu Đại sứ Mỹ tại Việt Nam Ted Osius đă từ chức vào năm ngoái sau khi chính quyền Trump yêu cầu ông làm áp lực với chính quyền Việt Nam để nhận hơn 8000 người tị nạn Việt Nam trong đợt trục xuất của Mỹ.


Có lẽ ông Ted Osius đă nói quá khi cho rằng bị ông Trump ép phải trục xuất 8000 người tị nạn Việt khỏi nước Mỹ. Lạ thay lúc c̣n tại chức sao không nói, giờ chẳng c̣n tí quyền nào trong tay mới tiết lộ.

Chẳng qua là cố đấm ăn xôi, t́m sự ủng hộ của bà con tị nạn cả tin trên nước Mỹ. Ted Osius Đại sứ của Hoa Kỳ tại Việt Nam nhiệm kỳ (2014-2017). Ông là vị đại sứ Hoa Kỳ công khai đồng tính đầu tiên tại châu Á.

Trở thành đại sứ HK tại Việt Nam, ông Ted làm các giới đấu tranh nhân quyền và tự do cho Việt Nam khá thất vọng. Trong các vụ bắt bớ, vi phạm nhân quyền tại Việt Nam th́ ông Ted lờ đi hoặc nói ngoại giao như “tôi quan ngại”, “tôi thất vọng”… chứ không có hành động cụ thể.

Sau khi hết nhiệm kỳ đại sứ tại Việt Nam, ông Ted quay sang chỉ trích chính quyền Trump với giọng điệu xuyên tạc. Theo thông lệ một đại sứ chỉ làm thường vụ khi chính quyền thay đổi. Khi tân tổng thống lên, các chính sách mới sẽ được ủy nhiệm cho tân đại sứ mới, trong khi ông Ted là đại sứ thời cựu TT Obama. Chuyện ông Trump ép ông Ted làm áp lực với chính quyền Việt Nam để nhận hơn 8000 người tị nạn Việt Nam là hoàn toàn bịa đặt.

Ted Osius đă ăn bao nhiêu tiền của nhà nước Việt Nam và được bao nhiêu con gà móng đỏ nên ko thể nhận lời TT Trump nhận 8,000 di dân Việt để trục xuất...Đă nói rồi nhà nước Việt Nam ko nhận các thành phần này đâu...Về nước đếch cho giúp ích ǵ cho chính quyền mà chính quyền c̣n phải thêm chính sách đối phó thành phần bất hảo này nữa...Thôi th́ như Đông Âu từ chối và bảo Ted ra đi trong t́nh thân thiện và dưới bàn nhận 1 số tiền lo cho gia đ́nh tại Mỹ đi...
