VBF - Khi Việt kiều về thăm thân, thăm gia đ́nh th́ luôn nghĩ đến t́nh thương không biên giới. Thế nhưng về đến nơi đến cửa khẩu gặp mấy tên hải quan là lại chỉ muốn đi luôn cho rồi. Cảnh ṿi vĩnh mà là ṿi Việt kiều đáng lên án và cần phải thay đổi ngay tại sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất này.

Phó chủ nhiệm Ủy ban người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài TP.HCM cho biết bà con Việt kiều than phiền về t́nh trạng ṿi vĩnh ở sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất.

Ông Trần Ḥa Phương, phó chủ nhiệm Ủy ban người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài TP.HCM cho biết tuy không có văn bản chính thức về t́nh trạng ṿi vĩnh, xin tiền ở sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất nhưng tại các cuộc gặp gỡ, tiếp xúc giữa ủy ban và bà con Việt kiều, vấn đề này đều được bà con nhắc đến.

Theo ông Ḥa Phương, phần lớn các than phiền và thắc mắc với hải quan TP.HCM đều liên quan đến các quy định phải khai báo hàng hóa nhập cảnh.

Nhiều bà con Việt kiều mang rượu, thuốc uống, hàng hóa… với số lượng hơi nhiều để làm quà cho người thân nên khi về đến sân bay không được phép nhập cảnh. Do đó, đă xảy ra t́nh trạng nhân viên hải quan “vui th́ cho đi”, hôm nào anh nhân viên “không được vui” th́ yêu cầu người nhập cảnh phải khai báo…

Theo ông Ḥa Phương, tâm lư của bà con Việt kiều khi trở về mong muốn mang thật nhiều hàng hóa, quà cho người thân của ḿnh mà không để ư đến các quy định của nhà nước, chẳng hạn số lít rượu cho một người khi nhập cảnh hay số điếu thuốc được mang vào VN…nên phần lớn là vi phạm quy định.

Một khi đă vi phạm th́ mong muốn cho qua nên cũng có xảy ra t́nh trạng “bồi dưỡng” nhân viên hải quan.

Ông Ḥa Phương kể có lần ông đi từ Mỹ về VN quá cảnh tại Đài Loan, chặng bay từ Đài Loan về TP.HCM cả máy bay xôn xao, bà con liên tục nhắc nhau “bỏ tiền vào hộ chiếu đi”, “không bỏ vào sẽ bị làm khó”, nhiều người c̣n khuyên cả ông nên chủ động làm theo, nếu không sẽ không được nhập cảnh.

Thông tin về các quy định xuất nhập cảnh không được bà con Việt kiều cập nhật thường xuyên nên dễ xảy ra t́nh trạng bị “làm khó dễ”.

Lủ hải quan vẹm chỉ làm tiền được nhửng người thiêú hiểu biết, không buôn lậu th́ làm ǵ phải sợ cho tiền lủ khốn kiếp nầy ! Người đi đến nươc nào củng có quyền đem hàng hóa khoảng 500 USD miển thuế ! không cần biết là loại đồ nào nhiều ! không có mục đích bán lại .... đừng đem hành lư lại đám hải quan đông, nhất là nhửng con vẹm cái bắc kỳ ! chuyên ṿi tiền và lèo nhèo ! nhất là đưng tỏ vẻ sợ đám nầy ! không chuyện ǵ phải sợ nó, cùng lắm là kêu nó làm biên bản và sẻ nhận lại khi trở ra về lại xứ ḿnh ! KHÔNG CHO MỘT XU ! lủ chó VC hổn láo !
Nó mà dở quẻ đ̣i tiền th́ cứ lớn tiếng lên cho người chung quanh nghe là nó ớn ! v́ làm chuyện ruồi bu !

Trời ơi bạn ơi, cài này tụi hải quan củng móc đó bạn, lên facebook có nhiều nạn nhân bị móc cherry đăng đây lên ḱa, bản chất tụi nó, không làm tiền cách này cũng làm tiền cách khác à
