Theo Business Insider, hôm 25/9, Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump đă trải qua một khoảnh khắc khá bẽ mặt khi phát biểu trong phiên họp cấp cao Đại hội đồng Liên Hợp Quốc (LHQ) khóa 73, được tổ chức tại thành phố New York.

Cụ thể, khi ông Trump 'khoe' rằng chính quyền của ông đă đạt được nhiều thành tựu hơn những người tiền nhiệm, các nhà lănh đạo thế giới và nhà ngoại giao có mặt tại phiên họp đă đồng loạt cười lớn. Phản ứng của họ đă khiến ông Trump khá bất ngờ.

"Một năm trước là lần đầu tiên tôi phát biểu trước các quư vị trong hội trường này. Tôi đă đề cập đến những mối đe dọa mà thế giới của chúng ta ngày nay phải đối mặt, và sau đó đưa ra một tầm nh́n để giúp toàn thể nhân loại có được tương lai xán lạn hơn.

Ngày hôm nay, tôi lại đứng trước Đại hội đồng Liên Hợp Quốc để chia sẻ với các quư vị về những tiến triển phi thường mà chúng tôi đă đạt được", ông Trump mở đầu bài phát biểu.

"Chỉ trong chưa đầy 2 năm, chính quyền của tôi đă đạt được nhiều thành tựu hơn hầu hết các chính quyền tiền nhiệm trong lịch sử nước Mỹ" - câu nói này của ông Trump đă khiến các đại biểu bật cười.

Trước tràng cười của các đại biểu tại phiên họp, ông Trump đă khá bất ngờ và đáp: "Tôi không nghĩ mọi người sẽ phản ứng như vậy, nhưng điều đó không sao cả".

Ông Trump thường xuyên chỉ trích cách tiếp cận các vấn đề đối ngoại của cựu Tổng thống Barack Obama, và cho rằng nước Mỹ dưới thời ông Obama luôn bị cộng đồng quốc tế "chê cười".

Năm 2014, ông Trump từng tweet: "Chúng ta [nước Mỹ] cần một Tổng thống không khiến cả thế giới chê cười. Chúng ta cần một nhà lănh đạo thực sự vĩ đại, một thiên tài về chiến lược và chiến thắng".

Tuy nhiên chính sách đối ngoại của ông Trump lại vấp phải rất nhiều lời chỉ trích của dư luận và chính giới trong nước cũng như nước ngoài.

Các cuộc thăm ḍ cho thấy số đông người Mỹ cảm thấy đất nước họ đang dần đánh mất sự nể trọng của các quốc gia khác trên thế giới dưới thời Tổng thống Trump. Các tiếp cận đơn phương của ông Trump trong vấn đề đối ngoại trái ngược hẳn với người tiền nhiệm của ông này.

Trong khi đó, ông Trump cũng có mối quan hệ không mấy tốt đẹp với LHQ, tổ chức mà ông từng đôi lần cho là không cần thiết và không hiệu quả. Thậm chí, với những động thái như khiêu khích báo giới hay quyết định rút khỏi Hiệp định Khí hậu Paris, ông Trump lại càng khiến LHQ thêm tức giận.

Theo kế hoạch, Tổng thống Trump sẽ chủ tŕ cuộc họp của Hội đồng Bảo an Liên Hợp Quốc vào ngày 26/9.

Hahaha... Sáng nay ḿnh cũng có xem và nghe cái speech của chả trên TV, làm ḿnh sặc sụa v́ đang uống cà phê truoc khi đi làm.

Cứ cho chúng nó cười vui như Tết cũng có ǵ đâu, Mr. President! Chút nữa vào trong chúng nó sẽ qú mọp cầu xin viện trợ chút "tiền lẻ" của Mỹ... Hahaha... C̣n hai năm tới nữa th́ thế giới sẽ cười té ghế luôn, cũng như sáng nay vậy, mèo khen mèo dài đuôi, ḿnh đang uống cà phê và nghe chả phát biểu trên TV th́ cố nhịn cười v́ sợ sặc, nhưng nhịn cười không nổi luôn.
