Vietbf.com - Tỷ phú Donald Trump đă vận động tranh cử Tổng thống đă nói rằng, nếu đắc cử Tổng thống Mỹ, th́ sẽ ‘bỏ tù’ đối thủ của ḿnh, và lời đe dọa đó tân tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump nên thực hiện bỏ tù bà Hillary Clinton, hay chỉ là lời nói mị dân khi hoàn thành công việc trong lăng quên....

Ông Trump chỉ trích bà Clinton đă dùng máy chủ email cá nhân khi làm Ngoại trưởng Mỹ trong giai đoạn từ năm 2009-2013, nói rằng việc làm này của bà gây nguy hại cho an ninh quốc gia.

“Nếu thắng, tôi sẽ chỉ thị cho tổng chưởng lư, bổ nhiệm riêng một công tố viên điều tra vào t́nh h́nh của bà. Bởi v́ chưa bao giờ có quá nhiều dối trá, lừa bịp đến vậy” – ông Trump nói.

Theo quy định của Chính phủ Mỹ có hiệu lực từ năm 1999, tổng chưởng lư có thể bổ nhiệm một nhóm luật sư đặc biệt v́ lư do xung đột về lợi ích, hoặc v́ ‘các bối cảnh vô cùng đặc biệt’.

Nay, Donald Trump đă đánh bại Hillary trong cuộc đua vào Nhà Trắng, nhiều người ủng hộ ông kêu gọi Trump thực hiện tuyên bố nêu trên.

Vậy, có khi nào Trump khởi kiện đối thủ của ḿnh?

Theo tờ Mirror, người quản lư chiến dịch của Trump không loại trừ khả năng bổ nhiệm một công tố viên điều tra quá khứ của bà Hillary.

Khi được hỏi về việc bổ nhiệm một công tố viên, người quản lư chiến dịch của Donald Trump là Kellyanne Conway cho biết ông Trump và liên danh đắc cử Mike Pence đang ‘t́m cách đoàn kết đất nước, và chưa thảo luận về vấn đề này’.

Conway cho biết thêm là, ông Trump chưa trao đổi việc này với bà Clinton qua điện thoại, khi bà Clinton thừa nhận thua và gọi điện chúc mừng Trump chiến thắng vào đêm qua.

Giáo sư khoa học chính trị Katy Harriger tại Đại học Wake Forest, Bắc Carolina, nhận định do ông Trump hứa hẹn về việc gắn kết đất nước, nếu lúc này ông theo đuổi một vụ kiện chống lại bà Hillary, sẽ là một chiến lược chính trị đầy rủi ro.

“Tôi không thể tưởng tượng ra điều ǵ chia rẽ hơn là việc theo sát một người nào đáng lẽ đă thắng lá phiếu phổ thông” – Harringer nói.

Tại Nhà Trắng ngày nay cũng cho thấy nước Mỹ có lịch sử lâu đời về việc không bỏ tù các đối thủ để trừng phạt.

Thêm vào đó, việc bổ nhiệm một công tố viên, khởi kiện Hillary cũng có nghĩa là đi ngược lại các khuyến nghị của Cục Điều tra Liên bang Mỹ (FBI).

FBI đă điều tra việc sử dụng thư điện tử (email) của bà Clinton, tuyên bố không t́m thấy chứng cứ phạm tội nào chỉ hai ngày trước ngày diễn ra cuộc bỏ phiếu.

Khi được hỏi về việc Trump dọa bỏ tù Hillary, Nhà Trắng cho biết hành động như vậy là chưa từng có tiền lệ.

“Chúng ta có một truyền thống lâu đời ở đất nước này… những người nắm quyền không sử dụng hệ thống tư pháp để trả thù chính trị” – phát ngôn viên Nhà Trắng Josh Earnest nói với các phóng viên trong buổi họp báo thường kỳ.

Các chuyên gia pháp lư cho rằng, Tổng thống Barack Obama hoàn toàn có thể ban lệnh tha từ trước cho bà Hillary Clinton để tránh bị khởi kiện về việc này, dù bà chưa hề bị buộc tội.

Ông Earnest nói rằng không thể phỏng đoán bất kỳ điều ǵ về một lệnh tha mang tính giả thiết như vậy.

Peter Zeidenberg, phụ trách nhóm luật sư đặc biệt trong vụ điều tra cựu Chánh văn pḥng Lewis Libby của Phó Tổng thống Dick Cheney, nhận định Trump có thể không bổ nhiệm một công tố viên đặc biệt để điều tra Hillary.

“Việc đó có thể tốt vào lúc này, nên ông ấy mới nói vậy. Nhưng ông ấy thay đổi ư kiến quá nhiều lần, chẳng khác nào chong chóng xoay trong gió băo vậy” – Zeidenberg cảnh báo.

Hiện tại th́ quốc hội vẩn đang tiếng hành cuộc điều tra mụ cà lon ton này v́ liên quan đến những tối mật của quốc gia bị mụ làm lộ ra. Jason C có nói phải làm sáng tỏ để "fix" lổ hổng này
