VBF-Hiện người phía Facebook cũng đă đến VN và cam kết xóa các nội dung "xấu". Với nhiều hành vi được nêu dưới đây th́ người dùng sẽ bị phạt 2,200 đô. Như vậy CSVN đang kiểm soát cả mạng xă hội của người Mỹ.

Bộ Thông Tin Và Truyền Thông CSVN vừa đề nghị mức phạt tới 2,200 Mỹ kim đối với những người dùng mạng xă hội Facebook nào đăng tải nội dung bị cho là “có hại”.

Theo báo mạng ********* hôm Thứ Năm 8 tháng 7, mức phạt này tương đương với số tiền lương trung b́nh trong một năm của người dân Việt Nam.

Ông Lê Quang Tự Do, một giới chức của Bộ Thông Tin cho biết gần đây thường có nhiều người lên tiếng về những chính sách siết chặt tự do thông tin trên mạng, đề nghị này được đưa ra để ứng phó với sự tăng trưởng nhanh chóng, và ảnh hưởng ngày càng lớn của các mạng xă hội ở Việt Nam.

Theo báo Tuổi Trẻ trong cùng ngày Thứ Năm, dự thảo nghị định đề ra mức phạt từ 20 đến 30 triệu đồng đối với người sử dụng mạng xă hội có hành vi tiết lộ bí mật đời tư hoặc “bí mật khác” khi chưa được sự đồng ư của cá nhân hoặc tổ chức có liên quan. Các hành vi khác có thể bị phạt theo nghị định này bao gồm: miêu tả tỉ mỉ hành động d ô, chém giết, tai nạn rùng rợn trong các tin bài, phim, ảnh, cung cấp thông tin không hợp thuần phong mỹ tục Việt Nam…

Việt Nam hiện có 49 triệu người sử dụng Internet, chiếm hơn nửa dân số, và hơn 45 triệu trương mục truyền thông xă hội. Facebook là mạng xă hội thịnh hành nhất, với khoảng 35 triệu người sử dụng.

Hồi tháng Tư năm nay, một đại diện của Facebook đă đến Việt Nam, và cam kết hợp tác với nhà cầm quyền nhằm ngăn chặn những nội dung “xấu, độc” trên mạng xă hội.

Tức là nói thẳng, nói thật theo lời kêu gọi hàng ngày của đảng xong bị ...chụp mũ th́ thành nói xấu phải bị phạt đúng không ??? Đúng là chỉ có lũ quái thú đội lốt người mới nghĩ ra những tṛ bẩn như vậy.

CSVN giờ đang lo những tin tức "Bất Lợi" liên tục được đăng đàn Facebook nên hù dọa cho người dân cứ măi bị "Mù, Câm và Điết" như xưa.

1) Sự cần thiết, nếu như CSVN thắng cuộc, nhiều hơn hai đời mà bao nhiêu con khỉ đầu chó TS phải lo ngại về sự suy nghĩ và sinh hoạt của người tự do VN!

2) Tồi tàn, đồng chí mất giống ... mới lạ, nhận thấy con chim địt cam mà chạy đến đón tiếp ân cần mà bú!
