VBF-Sau khi nhận thấy gia đ́nh nghi phạm Đoàn thị Hương không đủ khả năng kinh tế để sang Malaysia tham dự phiên ṭa, thậm chí họ c̣n không có tiền để thuê luật sư bào chữa th́ mới đây đoàn luật sư VN đă có 1 quyết định bất ngờ. Theo đó họ sẵn sàng sang Malaysia để đảm bảo quyền lợi cho Đoàn Thị Hương. Tuy nhiên hiện phía Malaysia vẫn chưa có bất cứ b́nh luận nào về việc này.Đó là thông tin do ông Đỗ Ngọc Thịnh – Chủ tịch Liên đoàn Luật sư Việt Nam cung cấp khi trao đổi với phóng viên ANTĐ chiều nay (2-3) liên quan đến vụ việc của Đoàn Thị Hương – nghi phạm đang bị xét xử ở Malaysia.

Cũng theo ông Đỗ Ngọc Thịnh, hiện Liên đoàn Luật sư Việt Nam đă có văn bản đề xuất gửi Bộ Ngoại giao và Bộ Tư pháp đề xuất được hỗ trợ về tư pháp cho Đoàn Thị Hương. Hai Bộ trên đă ghi nhận tinh thần này, đồng thời đang xem xét để có những giải pháp tốt nhất nhằm bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp cho công dân của ḿnh. Trước mắt, cơ quan chức năng của Việt Nam sẽ làm việc với phía Malaysia và các cơ quan tiến hành tố tụng của nước bạn.

Do Malaysia và Việt Nam chưa kư hiệp ước tương trợ tư pháp nên không thể dẫn giải Đoàn Thị Hương về nước xét xử. Bên cạnh đó, luật của Malaysia cũng không cho luật sư nước ngoài tham gia bào chữa. Hiện Malaysia đă chỉ định Luật sư đại diện cho Đoàn Thị Hương. Do vậy, phía Việt Nam có thể cử Luật sư sang để phối hợp với luật sư của Malaysia hỗ trợ bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp cho Đoàn Thị Hương.

Ông Đỗ Ngọc Thịnh c̣n cho biết thêm, để làm tốt được điều này, Luật sư Việt Nam phải nhanh chóng t́m hiểu lai lịch, cuộc sống trước đây, nhân thân và cả tiền sử bệnh tật của Đoàn Thị Hương, đặc biệt là xem Hương có tiền sử về bệnh tâm thần không, đă có tiền án, tiền sự ǵ chưa nhằm khai thác tối đa các t́nh tiết giảm nhẹ cho đối tượng này. Bên cạnh đó, các Luật sư cũng phải t́m hiểu kỹ các quy định pháp luật liên quan của cả Malaysia và Việt Nam, phối hợp với Luật sư nước bạn củng cố tài liệu, chứng cứ nhằm bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp cho Đoàn Thị Hương.

“Liên đoàn Luật sư Việt Nam sẵn sàng tạo điều kiện tốt nhất cho các Luật sư trong Liên đoàn được sang hỗ trợ tư pháp cho Đoàn Thị Hương trong thời gian sớm nhất, ngay khi được sự cho phép của các cơ quan chức năng của Việt Nam. Mặc dù đây là sự việc chưa từng có trong tiền lệ nhưng hiện tại đă có hàng chục Luật sư t́nh nguyện xung phong sẵn sàng sang Malaysia để hỗ trợ tư pháp cho Đoàn Thị Hương” – Ông Đỗ Ngọc Thịnh khẳng định.

Trước đó, như tin đă đưa, một người đàn ông Triều Tiên, mang hộ chiếu có tên Kim Chol chết tại sân bay ở Kuala Lumpur. Cảnh sát Malaysia đă bắt giữ 3 nghi phạm, trong đó có một phụ nữ mang hộ chiếu Việt Nam với tên Đoàn Thị Hương. Ngày 1-3, nghi phạm Đoàn Thị Hương và Siti Aisha (người Indonesia) đă tŕnh diện lần đầu tại ṭa án tại Malaysia để nghe lời buộc tội.

làm chuyện ruồi bu cho lủ luật sư vc, ở trong nước c̣n biết bao nhiêu người là nạn nhân của chế độ, tất cả tụi bây đều câm họng, những cô dâu lấy chồng nước ngoài bị bạc đăi... những chổ cần giúp th́ lại không giúp. mang tiếng luật sư mà không có cái năo. chỉ là bộ óc heo thôi.

làm màu cho báo chí đăng để dân VN nghỉ "uh, chính phủ VN cũng lo cho dân"
nhưng chẳng qua là lo "nói" thôi, tuy biết kg làm và kg làm đươc.
