Vietbf.com Cây cầu Vĩnh Bình được thiết kế theo loại hình kiến trúc dây văng, tải trọng một tấn chỉ dành cho xe máy và người đi bộ với tổng kinh phí gần 2,5 tỷ đồng. Cầu do UBND xã Vĩnh Bình làm chủ đầu tư và cầu được khánh thành vào ngày 13/5/2015 để thay thế cho bến phà cũ, đến ngày 27/5 thì một nửa cầu đổ sập hoàn toàn .

Hiện trường cầu Vĩnh Bình đưa vào hoạt động 12 ngày đã sập .

Ngày 28-5, ông Nguyễn Văn Chỉnh - phó giám đốc Sở Giao thông vận tải tỉnh Long An - cho biết đã có buổi làm việc để tìm hiểu nguyên nhân việc cầu Vĩnh Bình bắc qua kênh 28 theo đường tỉnh lộ 831, thuộc địa phận xã Vĩnh Bình, huyện Vĩnh Hưng, Long An bị sập vào ngày 27-5.

Ông Chỉnh cho biết cầu Vĩnh Bình thiết kế theo loại hình kiến trúc dây văng, tải trọng 1 tấn chỉ dành cho xe mô tô và người đi bộ.

Cầu do UBND xã Vĩnh Bình làm chủ đầu tư với tổng kinh phí gần 2,5 tỉ đồng (2,488 tỉ), ngân sách được huy động theo hình thức nhà nước và nhân dân cùng làm (trong đó người dân địa phương đóng góp 500 triệu) và chỉ mới được khánh thành vào ngày 13-5-2015 để thay thế cho bến phà cũ.

Đến chiều ngày 26-5, một vài vết nứt bắt đầu xuất hiện ở mố cầu và bắt đầu lan rộng. Đến khoảng 10g sáng ngày 27-5, khi UBND xã Vĩnh Bình vừa dựng rào chắn, ngăn các phương tiện tạm thời ngừng lưu thông qua cầu nhằm khắc phục sự cố thì cây cầu bắt đầu đổ sập.

Theo ghi nhận tại hiện trường ban đầu, ông Chỉnh cho biết nguyên nhân gây ra sự cố là do mố cầu bị trượt khỏi vị trí ban đầu, khiến một nửa cầu đổ sập hoàn toàn.

sau khi kiểm tra , đã có kết quả , không tìm thấy dấu vết của phá hoại , thi công vẫn đúng với thiết kế , không tìm thấy chưng cứ bớt xén nguyên vật lieu khi thi công , và đoàn kiểm tra đã có kết luận sau
- Tại trượt mố cầu .
và đề xuất cách khắc phục hậu quả sau
- cho hoạt động lại bến phà cũ .

Đám khỉ Trường sơn thì chỉ có thể xây cầu khỉ thôi, chứ đâu biết xây cầu bê tông. Coi bộ dân VN nên xài cầu khỉ chắc ăn hơn, vì đây mới là tay nghề thực sự của chúng.
