Ai cũng nghĩ những đặc điểm hết sức tương đồng giữa ông Duterte và ông Trump sẽ là dấu hiệu tốt giúp 2 ông này hòa hợp, tiến tới mối quan hệ ngoại giao hữu hảo hơn nữa giữa hai nước. Nhưng sự thật lại không hề như những gì chúng ta thường nghĩ, ông Duterte nhất quyết không trở thành đồng minh với Trump.

Tổng thống Philippines Rodrigo Duterte ngày 6.1.2017 đã tuyên bố ông muốn Nga trở thành "đồng minh bảo vệ" đất nước của ông, sau nhiều tháng tuyên bố cứng rắn với Mỹ.


"Chúng tôi muốn chào đón những người bạn Nga của chúng tôi. Bất cứ khi nào tàu chiến Nga cập bến ở đây đều được. Chúng tôi sẽ cung cấp mọi nhu cầu của quân đội Nga, thậm chí họ có thể thành đồng minh bảo vệ chúng tôi", ông Duterte nói khi đến thăm một tàu chống tàu ngầm của Nga vừa cập cảng ở Manila.

"Tình bạn lâu năm... xuất phát từ trái tim", Tổng thống Philippines nói với Chuẩn Đô đốc Eduard Mikhailov, Phó chỉ huy hạm đội Thái Bình Dương.

Tuyên bố của ông Duterte đưa ra sau khi Đại sứ Nga tại Philippines, Igor Khovaev nói rằng nước ông đã sẵn sàng để cung cấp cho Philippines những vũ khí tiên tiến.

Những ưu đãi của Nga dành cho Philippines gồm những thảo luận về mua súng bắn tỉa và máy bay chiến đấu.

Tuyên bố của ông Duterte diễn ra trong bối cảnh hai tàu chiến của Nga đến thăm Philippines. Trước đó Tổng thống Philippines cũng khẳng định ộng sẽ cho phép thực hiện một cuộc tập trận chung với Nga cũng như tới thăm Nga vào tháng 4.2017.

Quan hệ giữa Nga và Philippines phát triển mạnh trong bối cảnh ông Duterte đang muốn "thoát khỏi sức ảnh hưởng" của Mỹ. Tổng thống mới của Philippines hiện chưa thực hiện công du đến Mỹ, đồng minh thân cận nhất của nước ông trong hơn 60 năm qua.

Nên nhớ ông nội hay ông ngoại Đu Tê là tàu thì nó phải theo tàu trên danh thuận còn bên trong nhét đầy túi nhân dân tệ thay gì theo Mỷ thì khó có đô la đầy túi, dân Phi thì chưa bao giờ có tinh thần hay lòng yêu nước vì bản chất dân phi là tụ hợp của vài nghìn bộ lạc cho đến khi Bồ Đào Nha đô hộ mới thành lập quốc gia, Phi hoàn toàn không có lịch sử lập quốc thay vào đó là liên kết các bộ lạc theo lệnh Bồ và thành lập quốc gia.
