Ấn Độ và Nhật Bản đang chuẩn bị cho một thỏa thuận hợp tác hạt nhân v́ mục đích ḥa b́nh. Cơ sở hạ tầng đă được lên phương án rơ ràng. Rất hy vọng Ấn Độ và Nhật Bản có thể sẽ kư thỏa thuận hợp tác hạt nhân trong chuyến thăm Tokyo của Thủ tướng Narendra Modi vào tháng tới. Như thế các công ty của Mỹ sẽ có lợi trong việc kinh doanh hạt nhân tại Ấn Độ.

Hai bên đang hướng tới cuộc họp thượng đỉnh giữa Thủ tướng Modi và người đồng cấp Nhật Bản Shinzo Abe vào giữa tháng 11 tới và một thỏa thuận hợp tác sử dụng hạt nhân v́ mục đích ḥa b́nh sẽ được kư kết.

Ấn Độ và Nhật Bản đă tiến hành các cuộc đàm phán về thỏa thuận hạt nhân từ tháng 12 năm ngoái, mặc dù New Delhi không phải là một bên kư kết Hiệp ước không phổ biến vũ khí hạt nhân.

Ấn Độ và Nhật Bản đă đạt được thỏa thuận cơ bản trong vấn đề này, trong đó quy định thỏa thuận hợp tác sẽ chấp dứt ngay lập tức nếu Ấn Độ tiến hành thử hạt nhân.

Theo cách đánh giá, nếu thỏa thuận song phương này được kư kết, sẽ có lợi cho cả các công ty Mỹ kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực hạt nhân tại Ấn Độ.

Ấn Độ đă sẵn sàng cấp đất cho tập đoàn GE - liên doanh giữa các công ty Nhật Bản và Mỹ, và Công ty điện Westinghouse của tập đoàn Toshiba để phát triển các nhà máy điện hạt nhân.

vẫy tai là đúng rồi....chỉ có VC mới biết vẫy tai, ngoại trừ con voi....hahahaha
