Vietbf.com - Việt Nam có đến hàng chục ngàn tiến sĩ, nhà khoa học, nhưng họ đă làm những công việc ǵ, và v́ sao họ không được tham gia vào cuộc t́m nguyên nhân cá chết ở miền Trung hay họ quá yếu kém, nên nhà nước Việt Nam phải nhờ dến các nhà khoa học Đức, Mỹ, Israel để giúp Việt Nam điều tra nguyên nhân cá chết hàng loạt này, té ra hàng chục ngàn tiến sĩ Việt Nam là tiến sĩ giấy à.

Ngày 2/5, Bộ trưởng Tài nguyên và Môi trường Trần Hồng Hà đă làm việc với các chuyên gia Đức, Mỹ, Israsel cùng các khoa học trong lĩnh vực hải dương học, địa chất ven biển, kỹ thuật bờ biển và môi trường bền vững.

Thông báo ngắn gọn về t́nh h́nh môi trường biển miền Trung Việt Nam thời gian qua, Bộ trưởng Hà đề nghị các nhà khoa học nước ngoài hợp tác với Bộ trong việc điều tra sự cố.

"Tôi đề nghị các nhà khoa học nước ngoài vào cuộc tư vấn ngay cho Bộ cũng như hợp tác lâu dài trong công tác bảo vệ môi trường biển của Việt Nam", ông Hà nói.

Các chuyên gia quốc tế đều khẳng định sẵn sàng giúp đỡ Việt Nam trong việc xác định nguyên nhân dẫn đến hiện tượng cá chết hàng loạt. Họ cũng mong muốn Việt Nam tập trung vào những thông tin của hệ thống cảnh báo trước, trong và sau hiện tượng cá chết hàng loạt.

Giáo sư Roberto Mayerle, Giám đốc Trung tâm nghiên cứu và Công nghệ Đại học Kiel (Đức) cho biết, nếu được các bộ ngành cho phép ông sẽ mời thêm chuyên gia và mang thêm thiết bị giúp điều tra. "Nếu chúng ta đi đúng hướng và làm việc với tinh thần khẩn trương, chúng tôi tin sẽ cùng Việt Nam sớm t́m ra nguyên nhân sự cố", giáo sư nói.

Bộ trưởng Trần Hồng Hà đồng thời đề nghị các nhà khoa học tham gia đánh giá hoạt động của các nhà máy đang xả thải trực tiếp ra biển Vũng Áng - Hà Tĩnh, khảo sát chất lượng nước biển khu vực này.

Trước đó, tối 30/4, Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường có cuộc họp khẩn nhằm đẩy nhanh việc điều tra t́nh trạng ô nhiễm môi trường liên quan hiện tượng cá chết hàng loạt. Sau cuộc họp, Bộ trưởng Trần Hồng Hà yêu cầu các đơn vị quyết liệt hơn nữa trong việc điều tra hoạt động phát thải trực tiếp ra môi trường, trong đó tập trung vào vùng Vũng Áng.

Bộ Tài nguyên cũng lập đoàn kiểm tra liên ngành, mời các tổ chức khoa học trong và ngoài nước tham gia, đánh giá độc lập với các doanh nghiệp có nguồn thải ra môi trường biển.

Đầu tháng 4, từ lồng cá nuôi gần khu kinh tế Vũng Áng (thị xă Kỳ Anh, Hà Tĩnh) bị chết, hiện tượng dần lan theo hướng Bắc - Nam đến Lăng Cô (Thừa Thiên - Huế). Thống kê đến ngày 25/4, bốn tỉnh ven biển phát hiện gần 70 tấn cá tự nhiên chết, chủ yếu là các loài sống ở tầng đáy gần bờ.

Kết quả điều tra do Bộ Tài nguyên công bố tối 27/4 cho biết độc tố hóa học thải ra từ hoạt động của con người và hiện tượng tảo nở hoa là nguyên nhân gây thảm họa. Tại cuộc họp chiều 1/5 tại Hà Tĩnh, Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc yêu cầu các bộ ngành điều tra, đưa ra kết luận cụ thể, chặt chẽ, khoa học.

Ngày 2/5, sau khi thu thập 12 mẫu cá biển, tôm, cua, mực... tại Hà Tĩnh, Viện Kiểm nghiệm an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm quốc gia kết luận, hàm lượng kim loại nặng, thuốc bảo vệ thực vật trong các loại thực phẩm này đều trong giới hạn cho phép. Phân tích từ 9 đến 16 chỉ số mẫu nước biển tại 4 tỉnh Hà Tĩnh, Quảng B́nh, Quảng Trị và Thừa Thiên - Huế, Tổng cục Môi trường (Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường) đánh giá tất cả nằm trong giới hạn cho phép.

ok, what everyone is saying might be true about bằng tiến sỉ bên VN không giá trị, nhưng ít ra họ đang t́m lư do và cách giải quyết chuyện cá chết và nước biễn bị polluted. Ḿnh cứ chỉ trích th́ củng chẳng giúp được ǵ, không có provide solution. My 2 cents

Không hiểu 24.000 tiến sĩ Việt Nam học ǵ, nghiên cứu và luận án về ǵ ? Thôi hiểu rồi, ngay che mắt lại, uống 1 ngụm bia là biết ngay nhản hiệu!!!

Thử đưa ra 1 luật án về giao thông hiện hành tại VN và chờ xem các TS quốc doanh này sẻ lập luận ra sao? Hm, sống dưới chế độ độc tài cs ai mà dám nói dám làm = nhẹ là vào nhà mát xực bát thừa, không th́ có thể leo lên bàn thờ ngồi nàm ANH HÙNG LIỆT SỸ! Bà nó cái bằng TS này đem qua đây ko đáng giá 1 lọ giấy chùi...ấy.

Ừ , nói tới tiến sĩ cộng sản Vn người ta ngáp 1 cái dài rùi ngủ luôn miễn bàn ,ở nước ngoài người ta có tài thật sự mới cấp bằng , và khi có bằng rồi và làm việc trong chức năng nào đó , th́ mỗi năm họ phải sáng chế ra ít nhất 1-2 phát minh mới , c̣n không th́ bị cho về vườn chăn trâu liền , chứ không giống như VN ta , vô t́nh lượm cuốn bí kíp rồi ngồi đó ăn lương , tốn tiền cơm áo của dân , trên thực tế 24.000 tiến sĩ vn chỉ là bỏ tiền ra mua , hoặc dựa vào thế lực cộn cán để có cái bằng , nếu bây giờ làm thử 1 bài tập chuyên ngành về tiến sĩ , tui bảo đảm mấy ông tiến sĩ cùi bắp này chuốc lấy nhục nhă là cái chắc.

Ít nhhast cũng biết trần truồng nhay xuoongs tắm để chứng minh là nước không bị ô nhiễm. Đúng là thời ḱ đồ đá. Cach chứng minh của KHỈ TRƯỜNG SƠN, cần ǵ khoa hoc.

no no, i never denied what these people are saying;i 'm just saying that they are trying to fix the problems (even by bringing experts from other countries); that IS something; by purely criticizing them without offering a solution doesnt solve anything; it's OUR people who are suffering in the mean time, even more than the VC government. The problem is systemic and innate! When these CSVN mongrels closed of an avenue/option, what does that indicates. Lets call it for what it's! CSVN is more capitalistic than the US. Fortunately or unfortunately, this unhindered and passionate embrasure of capitalism can have a detrimental effects, ie. CSVN during 1990's, China prior 30+ yrs expansion, US industrialization during the early 20th century, and etc ... Only an elite few makes & executes the law, while the mindless slaves are prostituted for their benefits! But I digress, today's CSVN has long since kick and entombed Hoe Hoe ass where it has festered in BD. CSVN full embracing of capitalism is more akin to mafia economics and interactions. The solution is simple ... options are opportunities to evolve and change! Given lip service is not a change for the people's benefits! But again, people have been dumb down in CSVN since there is no other available independent thoughts/options!

to corumstation, what you are saying, albeit true, are broader in scope.

What I was commenting about was related to the specific fact that it's not a bad thing that the foreign experts were invited to help solve this particular problem with polluted sea water; nhuc nha for the so called "tien si" in VN? no doubt yes, but the authorities are doing what they can to fix this specific problem.

I agree 110%, but it's probably harder to do since the rich ones on top won't want to relinquish control and consequently the wealth associated with their positions unless they are forced to. But then that will also bring a lot of bloodshed of Vietnamese people

Then you have to ask ... what is/are the goal(s). Short term consequences but long term gains. A relatively simple comparison b/w Hanoi vs. Saigon, using CSV very own release indicators for the past 30 yrs, clearly demonstrate and will very much indicate potential benefits vs. loss! 1) Experts were only invited after demonstrations by the people. CSVN mongrels could care less
2) Polluted sea H2O? If sea H2O is polluted, what are the contaminants and its sources? You are talking about 9.9 x 10^6 Km^3 volume of sea water of the South China Sea. Factoring in sea currents, tides, Ksp, temp, salinity and etc., its still a whole lot of dumping to have an affect.
3) Open the findings, research and its methodologies to laymen and other professionals review! Why the closed doors?
4) So far, the released findings were inconclusive to the source (s) of the contaminates? Or maybe these BD mongrels have prevented that aspect from being examine! So then what good are these findings when their goal is to white wash everything! Be very interesting to see simple maps showing the ppm/ppb (concentration) of these heavy metals vs. fish mortality rates
