SAIGON -- Chuyện xảy ra ở tỉnh B́nh Dương: một Việt kiều từ Mỹ về mua đất, mua nhà và nhờ mộtc ô bạn đứng tên giùm v́ năm 2009 Việt kiêu chưa được đứng tên nhà.


B́nh Dương
Báo Công Luận ghi theo bản tin BVPL rằng, Việt kiều Mỹ này bi cô bạn lừa gạt để giành đất, giành nhà.

Bi hài là, công an khu vực ở phường Vĩnh Phú, thị xă Thuận An lại quấy nhiễu Việt kiều này, tăng áp lực sách nhiê4u.

Bản tin kể lời Ông D, Việt kiều Mỹ tâm sự: “Tôi là người gốc Việt, sau bao năm xa quê hương cùng nỗi nhớ nhà. Tôi mong muốn về lại quê hương ḿnh, sống phần đời c̣n lại với những con người Việt Nam hiền lành chân chất, vậy mà cuối cùng sự việc lại ra nông nổi này. Giờ đây tiền bạc không c̣n, nhà đất ḿnh dành dụm cả đời nơi đất khách quê người mới có được, giờ lại bị người bạn mà trước đây tôi nhờ đứng tên giùm t́m đủ mưu kế để chiếm đoạt.

Báo Công Luận nói, Ông D là một trí thức đă nghỉ hưu, ông quyết định trở về Việt Nam sinh sống theo chính sách của Nhà nước khuyến khích Việt kiều về đóng góp cho đất nước. Vừa về Việt Nam, ông D háo hức chuẩn bị mọi thứ để có thể tham gia truyền đạt kiến thức về Kiến trúc – Xây dựng cho sinh viên tại trường Đại học tỉnh B́nh Dương.

Ngay sau khi trở về nước, ngày 9/7/2009 ông D liền mua 406m2 đất ở ấp Trung, xă Vĩnh Phú, huyện Thuận An – Nay là số 50/5 KP Trung, phường Vĩnh Phú, thị xă Thuận An của ông Hoàng Tất Đạt với giá 1,563 tỷ đồng để xây nhà ở.

Bản tin CL viết:

“Tuy nhiên, theo quy định của Việt Nam lúc bấy giờ chưa cho phép Việt kiều đứng tên đất mà chỉ được đứng tên nhà nên ông D đành phải nhờ đến cô bạn Đoàn Thị Bích Thủy (SN 1976), quê Quảng Ngăi đứng tên nhà và đất giùm ḿnh.”

Khi ông D. muốn cô vợ sắp cưới là cô Thảo quản lư căn nhà naỳ, công an khu vưc xuất hiện, bênh vực cô bạn Đoàn Thị Bích Thủy, để quấy nhiễu Việt kiều D.

Thậm chí c̣n đuổi cô vợ sắp cưới của Việt kiều này nữa.

Bản tin viết:

“Đêm 21/11/2012, bất ngờ Cảnh sát khu vực (CSKV) và lực lượng dân pḥng xông vào nhà đ̣i kiểm tra. Sau khi ông D tŕnh tất cả giấy tờ và yêu cầu lập biên bản buổi kiểm tra bất thường này nhưng CSKV không lập mà bỏ ra về không một lời giải thích. Thế nhưng, 2 ngày sau, khi ông D vừa trở về Mỹ có giao nhà lại cho vợ sắp cưới là chị Thảo trông coi. Và CSKV,Trưởng khu phố và lực lượng dân pḥng một lần nữa đến kiểm tra nhà. Tại đây, bà Thủy đă ngang nhiên buộc chị Thảo phải giao lại toàn bộ ch́a khóa trong nhà, tài sản cá nhân của ông D cùng nhiều tài sản có giá trị khác, không cho chị Thảo mang đi bất cứ thứ ǵ. Điều đáng nói, giữa đêm khuya CSKV lại điều động lực lượng để đưa bà Thủy vào nhà để chiếm giữ nhà, tài sản và tống chị Thảo ra đường? Trong khi căn đó, căn nhà của ông D đang xảy ra tranh chấp, v́ trước khi đi Mỹ ông D đă gửi đơn khiếu nại đến Ủy ban nhân dân (UBND) phường Vĩnh Phú nhờ giải quyết và ông D cũng đă ủy quyền giải quyết việc tranh chấp nhà trên cho chị Thảo...”

Chắc là lúc trước cặp con Thủy bây giờ con Thủy già rồi, chê nên mới đ̣i lại nhà giao cho em Thảo, bắt thang lên hỏi ông trời đem tiền cho gái có đ̣i được không? công an chỉ căn cứ trên giấy tờ ai là chủ mà chú hai ngu th́ rán chịu.
