Vietbf.com - Ở Việt Nam không có ǵ th́ tốt nhất là ngồi nhà cho lành, nhưng cũng đừng có lên mạng chửi bới. Anh Ba Sàm nổi tiếng với những tin vỉa hè đa phần là nói ra những điều không thể hoặc không ai dám nói về Đảng, về Cộng Sản. Chính v́ thế mà anh khó tồn tại tiếp tục, anh bị tù 5 năm.

Hội đồng xét xử nhận thấy có đủ cơ sở bác đơn kháng cáo của bị cáo Nguyễn Hữu Vinh tức blogger Anh Ba Sàm, tuyên án 5 năm tù với blogger này.

Hôm nay (22.9), Ṭa án cấp cao tại Hà Nội đă mở phiên ṭa phúc thẩm xem xét kháng cáo của Nguyễn Hữu Vinh (tức blogger Anh Ba Sàm, SN 1956, trú tại quận Đống Đa, Hà Nội) và Nguyễn Thị Minh Thúy (SN 1980, trú tại quận Ba Đ́nh, Hà Nội).

Chủ tọa phiên ṭa là thẩm phán Ngô Hồng Phúc. Có 6 luật sư bào chữa cho 2 bị cáo tại phiên ṭa.

Trước đó, tại phiên ṭa sơ thẩm ngày 23.3 do TAND thành phố Hà Nội xét xử, bị cáo Vinh bị tuyên phạt 5 năm tù, Thúy bị tuyên phạt 3 năm tù, cùng tội Lợi dụng các quyền tự do dân chủ xâm phạm lợi ích của Nhà nước, quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp của tổ chức, công dân theo Điều 258 Bộ luật H́nh sự.



Hai bị cáo tại ṭa.

Theo cáo buộc, năm 2000, bị cáo Vinh thành lập và làm Giám đốc Công ty TNHH Điều tra và Bảo vệ V. (Công ty VPI). C̣n bị cáo Thúy làm kế toán tại công ty này từ giai đoạn năm 2003-2007.

Tháng 9.2013 và tháng 1.2014, Nguyễn Hữu Vinh đă đăng kư lập, quản trị và sử dụng hai blog Dân quyền và Chép sử Việt. Sau khi thành lập hai blog này, bị cáo Vinh đă cung cấp mật khẩu truy cập và chia sẻ cho Thúy một số quyền quản trị đối với hai blog này như: quyền viết bài, quyền chỉnh sửa bài viết, quyền xóa bài viết, quyền đăng tải bài viết lên blog, quyền kiểm duyệt ư kiến b́nh luận…

Từ khi lập blog đến khi hai bị cáo bị cơ quan điều tra bắt giữ, blog Dân quyền đă đăng hơn 2.000 bài viết, c̣n blog Chép sử Việt đăng 383 bài viết, gần 40.000 phản hồi và có hơn 3,2 triệu lượt truy cập.

Theo kết luận của Bộ TT&TT, trong nội dung đưa lên blog có 24 bài viết có nội dung sai sự thật, không có căn cứ, tuyên truyền xuyên tạc đường lối chính sách của Đảng, pháp luật của Nhà nước, bôi nhọ các cá nhân, làm ảnh hưởng đến uy tín của cơ quan, tổ chức, đưa ra cái nh́n bi quan một chiều, gây hoang mang lo lắng, làm ảnh hưởng đến ḷng tin của quần chúng nhân dân đối với sự lănh đạo đất nước của Đảng, Chính phủ, Quốc hội và Nhà nước.

Tại phiên ṭa ngày hôm nay, các luật sư bào chữa cho bị cáo đă phát biểu bài bào chữa cho rằng các chứng cứ buộc tội là chưa rơ ràng.

Tuy nhiên, Hội đồng xét xử nhận định hành vi của Nguyễn Hữu Vinh, Nguyễn Thị Minh Thúy đă phạm vào tội lợi dụng các quyền tự do dân chủ, xâm phạm lợi ích nhà nước, quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của nhân dân.

Muốn thoát khỏi gông xiềng VC th́ cần có sự đoàn kết và đồng ḷng củng nhau đứng lên. Chúng có thể giết 10, giết trăm nhưng sẽ không dám giết cả triệu người. Thà một lần đổ máu, đừng nên để rơi cạn mồ hôi và nước mắt qua từng ngày.
