Tiếng Việt đang bị mất đi sự "trong sáng" khi người ta dùng nhiều từ ngữ Hán Việt thay cho ngôn ngữ tiếng Việt. V́ sao dùng tử vong mà không dùng là mất hay qua đời. Rơ ràng tiếng Việt đang được sử dụng quá dễ dăi và chưa được sử dụng đúng.

Đó là một trong nhiều dẫn chứng cho sự tùy tiện của tiếng Việt được nhắc tới tại hội thảo khoa học Giữ ǵn sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt trên các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng diễn ra ngày 5-11 tại Hà Nội.

Hội thảo được Đài tiếng nói Việt Nam phối hợp cùng Hội ngôn ngữ học VN và Hội nhà báo VN tổ chức nhân dịp kỷ niệm 50 năm Thủ tướng Phạm Văn Đồng phát động phong trào "Giữ ǵn sự trong sáng của Tiếng Việt" (1966-2016).

Nhiều vấn đề nổi cộm liên quan đến ngôn ngữ báo chí

Ông Nguyễn Thế Kỷ - Tổng giám đốc Đài Tiếng nói Việt Nam cho biết đây có thể coi là hội nghị toàn quốc lần thứ ba bàn về việc giữ ǵn sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt (hai lần trước năm 1966 và 1979) với gần 250 tham luận của các nhà khoa học, nhà báo…

“Những năm gần đây có khá nhiều vấn đề nổi cộm liên quan đến ngôn ngữ báo chí được dư luận quan tâm, lo lắng. Đó là việc dùng từ ngữ, câu văn tùy tiện, cẩu thả, cách đặt tiêu đề, “rút tít” thiếu cân nhắc, sai thực tế, thậm chí giật gân, câu khách, thiếu sự đổi mới trong thể hiện văn phong báo chí, sử dụng tiếng nước ngoài thiếu chọn lọc, thiếu nhất quán, chuộng ngoại, sính chữ” - ông Nguyễn Thế Kỷ đặt vấn đề trong phát biểu khai mạc hội thảo.

Phó thủ tướng Vũ Đức Đam cũng khẳng định đây là hội thảo quan trọng và việc giữ ǵn tiếng Việt là nhiệm vụ của mỗi người VN, đặc biệt là các nhà báo, nhà văn, nhà giáo.

“Có một thực tế hiện nay là ngoài xă hội, trên các diễn đàn, trong các tài liệu báo cáo, kể cả các tài liệu báo cáo chính thức, trên các ấn phẩm thông tin đại chúng và trong sách giáo khoa đang ngày càng có nhiều biểu hiện thiếu chuẩn mực khi sử dụng tiếng Việt, quá dễ dăi trong phát triển và làm mới tiếng Việt. Rất dễ thấy là hiện tượng lạm dụng, sử dụng ngôn từ, cách nói từ tiếng nước ngoài trong tiếng Việt…” - Phó thủ tướng Vũ Đức Đam lo ngại.

Phó thủ tướng cho rằng giữ ǵn sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt phải đi đôi với phát triển và tiếp thu thành tựu của văn minh nhân loại. Tuy nhiên, việc tiếp thu phải có chọn lọc để không để làm mất sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt.

Rà soát việc dùng tiếng Việt trong các văn bản Nhà nước

Nhà báo Phan Quang nêu nhận định: “Nếu không có giải pháp pḥng ngừa, hạn chế, khắc phục kịp thời th́ hiểm hoạ đánh mất sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt là nhăn tiền”.

Ông kiến nghị, trước tiên cần phải rà soát việc dùng tiếng Việt trong các văn bản lập pháp, hành pháp của các cơ quan công quyền, tổ chức chính trị xă hội… Bởi những khiếm khuyết về việc sử dụng ngôn ngữ, cấu trúc câu văn trong các văn bản thuộc hệ thống công quyền, tư pháp, dịch vụ…sẽ nhanh chóng phổ cập v́ nhiều người sẽ hiểu đó là ngôn ngữ chính thống.

“Tại sao những người qua đời trong bệnh viện hay tai nạn giao thông lại gọi là “tử vong”, chứ không phải là “qua đời, mất”? Tại sao lại là “tái trồng” chứ không phải là “trồng lại cây”? Tại sao lại gọi là “cận nghèo, tái nghèo, tái lấp mặt đường”?...” - nhà báo Phan Quang nêu hàng loạt dẫn chứng.

Giải pháp mà nhà báo Phan Quang đưa ra là cần có một cuộc vận động mang tính quần chúng để thuyết phục mọi người dùng tiếng Việt đúng cách, làm giàu tiếng Việt đúng hướng. Đồng thời, ông cho rằng Quốc hội cần thiết phải ban hành Luật ngôn ngữ.

Hồi trước 75, cả miền Bắc thâu thập nước tiểu để bón cây th́ rau trái ăn mới ngon, bây giờ phung phí đái ngoài đường th́ phạm vào chánh sách . Tội phung phí tài sản nhân dân rồi .

vậy sao tụi bay lại đưa tiếng chó chệt vào dạy trong trường học , cái trước tiên là tụi bay nên loại bỏ cái ngôn ngữ chó chệt này ra khỏi trong danh sách dạy tiếng nước ngoài của tụi bay nhe ok đám chó việt cộng

"sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt" đang lâm nguy v́ có nhiều ngôn ngữ của loài khỉ hoang sơ đang xâm lăng , chính ông pḥ thủ tướng này cũng nh́n nhận và chính ông cũng bị ảnh hưởng khi dùng chử " nổi cộm " trong quần chúng.

Con pà nó, bản thân của nó không biết đang nói ǵ. Chính cái bọn lănh đạo chó chết đă làm cho Việt ngữ trở thành vẹm ngữ mà c̣n lếu láo.
Chỉ với hai chữ "Rà Soát" của nó dùng đă thấy cái gọi là trong sáng của nó ra sao.
Không những vậy, cách dùng chữ của tụi này khiến người ta cũng phải giật ḿnh. "đánh mất sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt là nhăn tiền”.

Thay v́ nói rằng đánh mất sự trong sáng của tiếng Việt là trước mắt” th́ tên này tỏ vẻ rằng ta đây là người học cao nên ghép cả háng và mông vào một chỗ.

Tụi chó này không làm mai một tiếng Việt là hên lắm rồi, đừng nói đến chuyện bảo tồn văn hóa Việt. Mắc ị quá.

Chậm cũng c̣n hơn không. Ngoài việc dùng háng ngữ, c̣n biết bao nhiêu cái chẳng mấy sáng, như y th́ viết i, khai triển th́ viết triển khai, bứt cái quái ǵ mà viết là xúc. Nhiều lắm, nói không hết thứ văn HCM.
