Sân bay dường như là một khu rất cao cấp. Khi đặt chân đến sân bay có vẻ như chúng ta đă đến một thế giới cao cấp? Phở ở sân bay có ǵ mà nó đắt thế không biết?



Thấy biển đề tô phở 55 ngh́n đồng, anh này gọi một tô phở ḅ tái nạm và hai chai nước suối. Khi thanh toán, anh chàng “nghẹn họng” khi nh́n tờ hóa đơn có giá tới 145 ngh́n đồng. Hóa ra, tiệm ăn này đă “lách luật” bằng cách tính thêm tiền thịt, cộng thêm tiền “suất người lớn”,… Nhẩm ra, nếu gọi một tô “thập cẩm”, khách sẽ phải trả tới gần 200 ngh́n đồng. Anh chàng này ngán ngẩm: Giá trong sân bay có thể cao hơn bên ngoài nhưng không thể gấp tới bốn lần như giá chai nước suối, hay gấp ba lần giá tô phở. Mặt khác, việc niêm yết giá phải minh bạch, đúng nghĩa, chứ không thể lập lờ để khách gọi một món lại phải trả thêm các khoản tiền khác, trong khi họ không hề biết trước, khác ǵ đánh lừa.
Liên kết chuyện tô phở ở Tân Sơn Nhất với một chuyện khá “thời sự”: Tổng công ty Cảng hàng không Việt Nam (ACV) mới đây đă đề nghị Bộ Giao thông vận tải (GTVT) đồng ư chủ trương tăng phí phục vụ hành khách đi các chuyến bay nội địa tại bảy sân bay quốc tế . Nếu đề xuất này của ACV được chấp thuận, trước mắt giá thu với khách nội địa tại các sân bay nội địa nhóm A sẽ tăng lên 50 - 100% so với hiện nay.
Một số chuyên gia cho hay, vài năm gần đây, phí sân bay đă liên tục tăng, hầu hết các sân bay đă thu ở mức “kịch trần” theo quy định của Bộ Tài chính. Việc đề xuất tăng phí dịch vụ tại các sân bay nội địa của ACV đă khiến các hăng hàng không “đau đầu”, đồng thời cũng dấy lên lo ngại liệu phí sân bay tăng, chất lượng dịch vụ có tương xứng? Theo tính toán của Vietnam Airlines (VNA), chi phí đầu vào của hăng trong năm nay dự kiến bị đội lên hơn 200 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, hai khoản thu mới gồm dịch vụ kiểm tra an ninh đối với xe suất ăn, xe chở xăng dầu và dịch vụ phân loại hành lư tự động, ở bốn sân bay lớn, tổng cộng một năm VNA phải trả hơn 100 tỷ đồng. Việc tăng phí sân bay sẽ buộc các hăng phải tính toán lại chi phí, giá thành để mỗi chuyến bay bảo đảm bù đắp chi phí cộng với lợi nhuận. Như vậy, cách duy nhất là tăng giá vé, cuối cùng phần thiệt tḥi sẽ lại “rơi” vào đầu người dân.
Một lănh đạo Bộ GTVT cho biết, Bộ sẽ xem xét kiến nghị tăng phí dịch vụ sân bay, trên cơ sở không để ảnh hưởng nhiều đến giá vé máy bay. Hiện tại, mức thu phí dịch vụ tại một số sân bay địa phương ở mức thấp, khiến các sân bay lớn phải chia sẻ, bù lỗ. Tuy nhiên, trên thực tế, giá phí dịch vụ tại các cảng hàng không ngày càng tăng, đang tác động lớn đến khai thác, trở thành gánh nặng chi phí cho các hăng hàng không.
Gần đây, giá vé máy bay, nhất là các đường bay nội địa có nhiều giá rẻ, hợp lư, đưa hàng không tiệm cận với đa số người dân. Việc tăng giá phí dịch vụ chắc chắn sẽ ảnh hưởng đến doanh thu của các hăng hàng không và tác động đến giá vé.
Hiện nay, ACV đang giữ vị thế độc quyền khai thác phần lớn dịch vụ quan trọng tại tất cả các sân bay trong cả nước. Trước đây, Bộ GTVT đă hô hào xă hội hóa đầu tư sân bay, nhưng khi triển khai đă gặp nhiều vướng mắc. Một số doanh nghiệp lớn trong nước đề xuất tham gia đầu tư tại các sân bay tiềm năng nhưng cơ quan quản lư chưa có một cơ chế, chính sách cụ thể nào về nhượng quyền khai thác sân bay. Việc thu hút xă hội hóa đầu tư sân bay nếu làm được, sẽ hóa giải được vấn đề vốn đầu tư, cũng như xóa thế độc quyền của ACV, giúp nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ tại sân bay. Nhưng đáng tiếc, chủ trương này vẫn chỉ nằm trên giấy!

hahaha yes, but the point in this article is that, this restaurant is sneaky in charging customers It went from 55K dong to almost 200K dong; after the customer made the mistake and ate the food, he's trapped

oh, and soon they will have a new fee for using their toilet - going number 1 is a certain fee, going number 2 costs more, toilet paper NOT INCLUDED hahahah

Bạn missed the point of this article.

Vấn đề không phải là số tiền lớn hay nhỏ mà người ta không thích/muốn bị lừa như con nít. Tôi thà bỏ ra 1,000 dollars cho người nghèo c̣n hơn bị lừa 1 cent.

Nếu phải bị ép hối lộ cho hải quan VC, tôi thà xé tờ 10 đồng đó, or better yet, cho người nào nghèo, cần tiền, và xứng đáng đến tờ 10 đồng của tôi.

the point is that they don't displace the price clearly. it is cheating
off cause if people know the real price, i am sure not many will buy it.
