Old  English Ngành du lịch Mỹ đang "chết dở" v́ ông Trump
VBF-Hàng năm ngành du lịch Mỹ thường đem lại khoản lợi nhuận không lồ cho quốc gia thế nhưng sắp tới điều này sẽ không c̣n nữa. Nguyên nhân chính dẫn tới t́nh trạng này đó chính là những quyết sách mới đây của tân TT Trump.Lệnh cấm nhập cư, tạm giam, kiểm tra chặt chẽ lư lịch và hạn chế mang thiết bị điện tử lên máy bay đang có nguy cơ phá hoại một khu vực kinh tế trị giá 250 tỉ USD của nền kinh tế Mỹ.Giống như các nhóm vận động hành lang ở Washigton, Hiệp hội Du lịch Mỹ (USTA) đă nhanh chóng gửi lời chúc mừng cho chiến thắng của ông Donald Trump trong cuộc bầu cử tổng thống Mỹ hồi tháng 11 năm ngoái.
“Chúng tôi cảm thấy được khuyến khích từ những hoạt động kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực khách sạn của ông Trump. Chúng tôi cũng tin rằng với kinh nghiệm kinh doanh như thế ông Trump hoàn toàn sẽ biết cách lắng nghe và tiếp thu ư kiến”, đại diện USTA nói.
Ông Roger Dow, Giám đốc điều hành USTA, cũng cam kết trong buổi lễ nhậm chức tổng thống của ứng viên đảng Cộng ḥa rằng ngành công nghiệp du lịch đang ở trong vị thế “có khả năng và sẵn sàng”.
Tuy nhiên, ngay lập tức, mọi thứ bắt đầu đi chệch hướng so với quỹ đạo mong muốn ban đầu của những người làm du lịch. Một sự bùng phát về các tuyên bố chính sách của Tổng thống Trump bao gồm sắc lệnh cấm nhập cư, kiểm tra chặt chẽ lư lịch và mới đây nhất là lệnh cấm mang thiết bị điện tử lớn lên máy bay đă làm cho không chỉ thế giới “choáng váng” mà có thể c̣n gây tổn hại tới ngành kinh tế trị giá 250 tỉ USD và ảnh hưởng đến khoảng 15 triệu nhân viên đang làm trong ngành du lịch của nước này.
Theo Blommberg, các cuộc trao đổi ban đầu dường như không mấy thuận lợi giữa Tổng thống Trump và lănh đạo các nước Úc, Đức, Mexico, Trung Quốc cũng dẫn đến những tín hiệu tiêu cực ở các nước có nhiều du khách đến Mỹ.
Lệnh cấm nhập cư áp dụng với đa số các quốc gia Hồi giáo làm bùng nổ hàng loạt cuộc biểu t́nh tuy nhằm trực tiếp vào Tổng thống Trump, nhưng thực tế đă khiến h́nh ảnh thương hiệu và quan hệ công chúng của xứ cờ hoa lâm vào cảnh lao đao. Chưa kể đến hệ quả kéo theo khi một lượng lớn khách du lịch nước ngoài bị tạm giữ tại các sân bay của Mỹ.Nhưng lệnh cấm nhập cư dường như vẫn chưa đủ để bảo đảm an ninh cho Mỹ khi Nhà Trắng hôm 21.3 lại tiếp tục ra lệnh hạn chế đem các thiết bị điện tử lớn hơn điện thoại di động lên máy bay, áp dụng cho tất cả hành khách bay đến Mỹ từ các sân bay ở tám quốc gia, chủ yếu thuộc khu vực Trung Đông và Bắc Phi.
Và tuần trước, Bộ Ngoại giao Mỹ đă tiết lộ rằng nước này sẽ yêu cầu tăng cường giám sát thị thực, kiểm tra thêm thông tin của người xin cấp thị thực từ các quốc gia mà người du lịch Mỹ phải nộp đơn xin thị thực. Hành động này được dự đoán sẽ gây ra không ít khó khăn cho khoảng 15 triệu du khách muốn đến Mỹ, theo USTA ước tính.
“Chúng tôi sẽ cho du khách biết về những thay đổi có ảnh hưởng đến họ khi du lịch đến Mỹ vào lúc thích hợp”, Phát ngôn viên Bộ Ngoại giao Mỹ cho biết trong một email hôm 26.3, đồng thời từ chối b́nh luận thêm.
Trước các động thái mang tính rào cản trên, nhóm của ông Roger Dow đă phải gửi đi một tuyên bố gần như phàn nàn: “Ngài Tổng thống, xin hăy nói với thế giới rằng nước Mỹ chỉ đang cố gắng hạn chế khủng bố chứ không đóng cửa kinh doanh”.
Tuy nhiên, đối với chính quyền ông Trump, thông điệp về du lịch dường như đă rơ ràng. Chính sách “American First” có nghĩa là hạn chế đi lại và gia tăng rào cản khi muốn nhập cảnh, chưa kể đến khả năng có một bức tường vật lư ở biên giới với Mexico sẽ được xây dựng.
Nhóm thương mại đă từng phấn khích khi thấy một ông chủ kinh doanh sở hữu các khu nghỉ mát sang trọng và sân golf cao cấp bước lên nắm quyền Nhà Trắng giờ đây bắt đầu cảm thấy lo lắng về tác động “phá hoại” tiềm ẩn lên một khu vực đem lại nguồn thu khổng lồ cho nền kinh tế Mỹ.
Nhà lănh đạo của USTA đang đặt hi vọng lớn vào các quan chức nội các trong chính quyền mới như Bộ trưởng Thương mại Wilbur Ross và Ngoại trưởng Rex Tillerson trong việc sẽ giúp bảo vệ nền kinh tế du lịch tránh khỏi tổn thương quá lớn.
USTA thường xuyên đề cập đến một “thập niên mất mát” v́ sự sụt giảm khách du lịch đến Mỹ do những hạn chế áp đặt kể từ sau vụ tấn công khủng bố năm 2001, sự bất măn toàn cầu hướng tới chính sách đối ngoại của cựu Tổng thống George W. Bush và cuộc đại suy thoái kinh tế. Và chắc chắn USTA không hề muốn điều này tiếp tục lặp lại với ngành du lịch Mỹ.Theo công ty chiến lược thị trường Travel Economics LLC, các tuyên bố và sự nổi tiếng của Tổng thống Trump ở nước ngoài có thể làm giảm lượng khách quốc tế đến xứ cờ hoa trong năm nay.
Trong khi đó, theo Tổng cục Du lịch Mỹ, trong thời gian cựu Tổng thống Barack Obama điều hành, nước này đă chứng kiến lượng khách quốc tế tăng mạnh, từ 51 triệu trong năm 2006 tăng lên gần 78 triệu vào năm 2015. Một phần đóng góp để tạo nên thành công này đến từ “Brand USA”, một tổ chức tiếp thị được thành lập bởi Bộ Thương mại của chính quyền Obama với mục tiêu làm cho Mỹ trở thành điểm đến du lịch quốc tế.
Tuy nhiên, Roger Dow cho biết ông vẫn hi vọng Tổng thống Trump sẽ “làm rơ” các chính sách của ḿnh để du khách quốc tế không quyết định bỏ qua nước Mỹ. “Ông Trump hiểu điều ǵ đang diễn ra. Dù sao ông Trump cũng là một chủ khách sạn, ông ấy hiểu được khách du lịch quốc tế”, ông Roger Dow nói.

Ngành du lịch thất thu chỉ là chuyện nhỏ, rồi đây chắc chắn sẽ có nhiều vấn nạn kế tiếp theo hiệu ứng domino, nội loạn ở Mỹ sẽ đến nay mai..ông Trump muốn America First th́ các nhà đầu tư sẽ rút vốn, nạn thất nghiệp sẽ gia tăng và phạm pháp cũng tăng theo tỷ lệ thuận vv...tất cả đều "đẹp ḷng" Putin và cha con họ Tập biết bao hỉ...

du lịch chết kéo theo thằng transportations (airlines, buses, trains) chết , kéo theo mấy thằng agency chết .. mấy thằng đầu tư rút vốn cũng chết .. nguời dân đang đi làm bị đuổi việc , cũng chết .. nghĩ việc không có chuyện làm .. kéo theo không có tiền sống .. dân chết .. cữa hàng buôn bán không có thằng nào mua .. cũng chết .. rồi kéo nhau một lũ xuống địa ngục .. giống như năm 2000 khi internet boom on B2B .. american great again!! hahahaha.. will be continued

Dân MỸ cũng chẳng dại ngu dốt .. như những đám bưng bô phá hoại
điển h́nh công dân VietNam muốn đến MỸ du lịch cũng không phải là dể

Như vậy mới đúng ư dân chứ .....dân Mỹ có cơ hội ngao du sơn thủy .Đi du ngoạn trong nước thôi cả đời cũng chưa hết,cần chi ra ngoài .Cũng chả cần ai du nhập chi cho mất công canh giữ.
