VBF-sau khi phải chứng kiến hàng loạt các chuyện ầm ĩ quanh việc lá cờ máu của CSVN chính quyền Westminster đă chính thực cấm lá cờ này. Việc điển h́nh nhất chính là vụ Hùng Cử Long ngang nhiên mặc áo mang h́nh lá cờ máu đó đến Mỹ. Và hôm này chính là ngày mà lá cờ máu này sẽ vĩnh viễn bị cấm tại đây, mọi vi phạm đều sẽ bị pháp luật xử lư.Hội Đồng Thành Phố Westminster vừa thông qua nghị quyết cấm cờ Cộng Sản, với số phiếu 5-0, trong phiên họp tối Thứ Tư, 14 Tháng Mười Hai.

Trước phiên họp là lễ tuyên thệ nhậm chức của Thị Trưởng Trí Tạ, Nghị Viên Sergio Contreras, và tân Nghị Viên Kimberly Hồ.Trước khi bỏ phiếu, Phó Thị Trưởng Garden Grove Phát Bùi, cũng là chủ tịch Cộng Đồng Người Việt Quốc Gia Nam California, phát biểu: “Tôi xin thay mặt thành phố Garden Grove và Cộng Đồng Người Việt Quốc Gia Nam California, yêu cầu Westminster thông qua nghị quyết cấm cờ CSVN. Về phần tôi, tôi sẽ bàn với các đồng viện, và Garden Grove sẽ theo gương Westminster.”

Sau đó, Phó Thị Trưởng Tyler Diệp đề nghị bỏ phiếu, và được Thị Trưởng Trí Tạ ủng hộ.

Và tất cả năm dân cử đều bỏ phiếu thuận cho nghị quyết.

Trước cuộc họp, cũng chính hai người này là tác giả thảo ra nghị quyết và đưa vào chương tŕnh nghị sự của cuộc họp.

“Sau 41 năm, trong khi nhà cầm quyền Cộng Sản Việt Nam vẫn tiếp tục những hành động vi phạm nhân quyền, th́ Westminster lại là một thành phố biểu dương sức mạnh đoàn kết cộng đồng của người Việt quốc gia tranh đấu cho tự do và dân chủ,” ông Trí nói với nhật báo Người Việt hai ngày trước cuộc bỏ phiếu.


“Cá nhân tôi nhận thấy cần tái khẳng định quyết tâm này tại thành phố Westminster, nơi chúng ta hănh diện là thủ đô của người Việt tị nạn cộng sản và chỉ công nhận lá cờ vàng ba sọc đỏ là biểu tượng của người Việt quốc gia,” ông khẳng định.

Cùng quan điểm với ông Trí, ông Tyler Diệp cho biết: “Lá cờ máu là lá cờ của nhà cầm quyền CSVN, tượng trưng cho một thể chế độc tài đảng trị, vi phạm nhân quyền và không hề được người Việt quốc gia chúng ta công nhận. Chúng ta chỉ công nhận lá cờ vàng ba sọc đỏ.”

Trở lại với lễ tuyên thệ, ông Tony Rackauckas, chánh biện lư Orange County, là người chủ tọa cho cả ba vị dân cử, trước sự chứng kiến của các thành viên gia đ́nh họ.

Ông Trí Tạ, đắc cử thị trưởng lần đầu năm 2012, sau đó đắc cử năm 2014, và vừa đắc cử lần thứ ba trong cuộc bầu cử vào ngày 8 Tháng Mười Một.

Ông Sergio Contreras đắc cử nghị viên năm 2012, và vừa tái đắc cử cùng ông Trí.

Dược Sĩ Kimberly Hồ cũng đắc cử lần này, trở thành nữ dân cử gốc Việt đầu tiên trong lịch sử thành phố. Đây là lần đầu tiên bà ứng cử.

Westminter đă thành công trong việc tống cổ lá cờ máu rồi .giờ th́ chúng ta tai diển đàng nầy tôi chính thức đề nghị bầu phiếu tống cổ những tên bồi bút ,vẹm , dư luận viên,tay say Tàu cộng,và vc nằm vùng ra khỏi nơi nầy .anh em có đồng ư không? chứ để chúng ở đây hoài ngày nào cũng phải chửi mệt quá.

Tôi nói NẾU chứ không phải nghỉ và tôi cũng không phải là tên tiểu nhân đi thọc mạch kêu ai ban bạn .Bạn có tinh thần chống cộng th́ không nên sợ bất cứ ai làm ǵ bạn mà ngược lại bạn phải nên vạch mặt những tên nào chụp mũ bạn,.Riêng tôi khi nói tới chuyện chống cộng là phải có khí thế chứ không có câu nào hoặc chữ nào chụp mũ ai hếtNên nhớ bạn đang sống ở đất nước tự do th́ nên căm thù tội ác.

Bạn nói câu này rất đúng Tôi không phải là một người chống cộng cuổng nên không phải bất cứ chuyện ǵ về VC là tôi phải ném đá. VC hèn với giặc và ác với dân. Điều đó tôi công nhận là đúng.

Nhưng không phải những người chống cộng nói ǵ là tôi phải nhắm mắt nghe theo; nếu thấy ai nói những điều ǵ vô lư hoặc không thuyết phục, tôi cảm thấy phải lên tiếng v́ hùa theo hoặc thờ ơ không là một điều tốt.

Thật ra khi tôi post đầu tiên với bạn là một câu nói đùa thôi. Nếu tôi là VC nằm vùng, không ngu ǵ mà tôi tuyên bố chuyện đó. Nhưng tôi khinh những tên nằm vùng xảo trá. Nếu tôi mà quyết định theo VC, tôi sẽ có lư do chính đáng để theo mà không sợ phải dấu mặt, đường đường chính chính mà đi, có ǵ th́ tôi sẵn sàng đứng ra tranh cải, không cần phải dùng khổ nhục kế ǵ ǵ hết. Đối với tôi, nếu ai nói tôi là đứa nằm vùng hoặc dùng khổ nhục kế là một câu rất ư xúc phạm đến danh dự của tôi.
