Old  Default Thủ tướng Phúc lại có phát ngôn "thiếu hiểu biết" ở Đức
Không ít lần Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc bị "bắt lỗi" về tŕnh độ kém hiểu biết của ḿnh.Mới đây Thủ tướng Nguyễn Xuân Phúc tiếp tục lại có phát biểu nhầm lẫn nghiêm trọng.Ngay lập tức đoạn phát biểu gây xấu mặt cho Thủ tướng Phúc đă bị cắt bỏ.

Tối qua 6.7 (giờ địa phương), trong bản tin của VTV4 về cuộc gặp của TT Nguyễn Xuân Phúc với 600 bà con kiều bào ở Berlin, Đức. Trong bài nói chuyện, ông Phúc đă dẫn mấy câu “Quê hương nếu ai không nhớ. Sẽ không lớn nổi thành người…” và cho đây là bài thơ của tác giả Giang Nam ở Khánh Ḥa.

Thiệt t́nh là ông Giang Nam có bài Quê hương được đưa vô SGK cấp tiểu học “Thuở c̣n thơ ngày hai buổi đến trường. Yêu quê hương qua từng trang sách nhỏ…”, c̣n bài ông Phúc đọc là trích dẫn từ “Bài học đầu cho con” của anh nhà thơ Trung Quan Do. Như đây không phải lần đầu ông thủ tướng nhà ḿnh lộn tiệm, ha!?

VTV4 trên online hiện đă cắt bỏ khúc này!

Trước đó cùng ngày lúc 16:30, TT Phúc đă được Tổng thống Frank-Walter Steimeier tiếp xă giao tại Phủ Tổng thống Bellevue. Trên trang cá nhân Bundespräsident Frank-Walter Steinmeier, tổng thống Đức viết:

“Sự tăng trưởng kinh tế mà VN đă đạt được trong những năm vừa qua rất ấn tượng, nhiều người đă thoát nghèo. Tôi chúc mừng thủ tướng về những thành công đó. Đồng thời, chúng tôi cũng bàn về t́nh trạng nhân quyền ở Việt Nam. Những bước tới, cần dũng cảm để gia tăng quyền tự do ngôn luận và tự do báo chí; điều đó sẽ tạo ra nền tảng quan trọng trong mối bang giao gần gũi hơn giữa hai nước”.

Cùng thời điểm, ở bên ngoài phủ tổng thống, có rất nhiều Việt kiều ra đi trước và sau năm 1975 đă tập trung giăng biểu ngữ phản đối chuyến đi của ông Phúc ^-^

Sau khi rời phủ Tổng thống Đức, đoàn của ông Phúc đă lập tức ra sân bay Tegel để di chuyển đến Hamburg, chuẩn bị cho cuộc gặp ngắn với Thủ tướng Angela Merkel.

Theo những nguồn tin trước đó từ Đức v/v bà Angela Merkel bận không tiếp ông Phúc. Tuy nhiên, vào 20:30 đêm qua 6.7, bà Merkel đă có cuộc gặp với ông Phúc tại khách sạn Atlantic, Hamburg. Đây là nơi Đức thuê để tiếp Thủ tướng Úc, Tổng thống Mỹ, Thủ tướng Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ; ông Phúc và đoàn Việt Nam ở Hotel kế bên nhà ga Hamburg cách đó khoảng 1 km.

Cuộc gặp diễn ra trong 30 phút và chủ yếu chỉ trao đổi các việc của Apec 2017 thôi - v́ mời VN dự G20 với tư cách này. Tờ Bild có số lượng phát hành lớn nhất nước Đức số ra hôm nay viết rất rơ, bà Merkel chào đón ông Phúc sang dự G20. C̣n quá trời nội dung khác trong cuộc gặp mà các báo chính thống Việt Nam vừa đưa tin, đều là thêm thắt vô ha. Hoàn toàn không có vụ hội đàm giữa 2 nước.

Cuộc gặp được xem là bất ngờ, v́ trong chương tŕnh của An ninh theo bảo vệ ông Phúc chỉ có đến 20:15.

Nói cho đúng ra khi thằng fuck khi ở trong rừng quen đọc điển văn cho đám khỉ trường sơn nghe nên bây giờ trong đầu óc quen rồi cứ tưởng ḿnh nói chuyện với khỉ nên phát nghôn như khỉ ,chỉ có 1 cái thay đổi là 2 bàng tay nó không đập vào người như khỉ
