Hàng loạt các trang FB bị gửi lời cảnh báo v́ dùng từ ‘Trung Cẩu’ đă khiến dư luận dậy sóng. Đây có vẻ như là VN đă bắt đầu triển khai luật an ninh mạng. Dưới đây là 1 số thông tin cụ thể về vụ việc.

Nhiều cá nhân dùng mạng xă hội Facebook bị nhận cảnh báo, xóa nội dung hoặc khóa tài khoản do đăng chữ “Trung Cẩu.”

Sự việc diễn ra trong ngày Thứ Hai, 17 Tháng Mười Hai, năm 2018. Mạng xă hội truyền nhau thông tin, kể cả đăng tải ảnh chụp từ màn h́nh cho thấy Facebook gửi cảnh báo và xóa nội dung những bài viết có dùng chữ “Trung Cẩu.” Không chỉ thế, những “comment” có sử dụng từ này cũng bị t́nh trạng tương tự.


Tuy nhiên, công đồng mạng xă hội Việt Nam có vẻ không bất ngờ trước động thái này của Facebook. Ngược lại họ tỏ thái độ hứng thú trong việc đăng thử và chấp nhận bị xóa bài, nhận cảnh báo.

Rất nhiều cá nhân đă viết lên tường nhà của họ những ḍng chữ ngắn gọn có chữ Trung Cẩu trong đó. Kết quả là tất cả những ai thử đều nhận được cảnh báo. Trong đó, có một tài khoản bị Facebook khóa 3 ngày là ông Hoàng Huy Vũ.



Phóng viên Người Việt có liên lạc những cá nhân nhận cảnh báo từ Facebook th́ được họ cho biết sự việc như sau:

“Khi ông Bổn (Nguyễn Đ́nh Bổn) đăng bài đó, th́ tôi có c̣m (comment), thay v́ viết Trung Cẩu, th́ tôi viết “Trung quần…” Vừa quay qua quay lại th́ nó xóa. Xóa xong là tôi không “c̣m,” không mở trang Facebook được. Nó báo là đă hết hạn.”

“Trong ṿng chưa đến 5 phút là bị thoát ra khỏi messenger, thoát ra khỏi Facebook luôn. Khi trở lại được là xóa ḍng đó rồi, không vào được nữa.”

Ngày 12 Tháng Sáu vừa qua, bất chấp sự phản đối của người dân, Luật An Ninh Mạng đă được Quốc Hội VN thông qua với 86% đại biểu tán thành. Luật An Ninh Mạng đưa ra nhiều quy định từ việc cấm người dùng phát tán tài liệu bị cho là kích động biểu t́nh đến các tài liệu bị mà cơ quan chức năng nói là xúc phạm quốc kỳ hay lănh đạo, lănh tụ của VN,… Nếu bài viết vi phạm sẽ bị Google và Facebook gỡ xuống trong ṿng 24 giờ.

Thêm vào đó, được biết là theo đạo luật an ninh mạng vừa mới được thông qua th́ các công ty cung cấp dịch vụ Internet và mạng xă hội phải đặt máy chủ ở Việt Nam và phải cung cấp dữ liệu cá nhân của người sử dụng cho cơ quan an ninh, bất kể có giấy triệu tập của ṭa án hay không.

Luật An Ninh Mạng sẽ chính thức có hiệu lực vào ngày 1 Tháng Giêng, năm 2019.

Báo Financial Times hôm 12 Tháng Mười Hai, 2018, có đăng tải 1 bài viết cho biết Google, Facebook và các tập đoàn công nghệ khác đă thúc giục Việt Nam gỡ bỏ yêu cầu các tập đoàn này phải lưu trữ dữ liệu trong nước, trong lúc chính phủ Hà Nội đang gây sức ép toàn cầu lên quyền lực của những gă khổng lồ Internet của Mỹ.

Dùng từ "TRUNG CẨU" mà bị CSVN làm khó dễ, th́ thử đổi lại dùng các chữ "CHA CỦA CHÚNG TA" đi, thể nào cũng ok với CSVN...
