Vấn đề là các bạn xài cái browser nào để vào internet: Firefox, Chrome, IE.... và có thể nó đã bị some virus rồi bị cài vào nên không thể upgrade được
Nếu có thể uninstall nó đi rồi kiếm cái nào an toàn từ orginal thì download and install nó lại PC
