Vietbf.com - Thật là khốn nạn cho mấy tên cán bộ thôn của VC đă đến cướp lại hết số tiền cứu trợ của người dân nghèo ở Quảng B́nh, v́ số tiền cứu trợ đó chỉ để hỗ trợ khắc phục hậu quả lũ lụt, và sau khi các đoàn từ thiện vừa ra khỏi nhà những người dân đă được cứu trợ th́ mất sạch.

Các cụ già trong thôn Trung Thôn buồn bă v́ bị thu lại tiền cứu trợ lũ lụt.

Sự việc xảy ra tại thôn Trung Thôn (xă Quảng Trung, TX Ba Đồn, Quảng B́nh) những ngày qua. Người dân thôn Trung Thôn cho biết, sau lũ có rất nhiều nhà hảo tâm, đoàn cứu trợ đă trực tiếp đến tận nhà dân trao quà, tiền hỗ trợ.

Tuy nhiên, những ngày gần đây có t́nh trạng cán bộ thôn đến thu lại tiền hỗ trợ mà người dân nhận được.

"Ngày 22/10 có nhóm người từ miền Nam ghé thăm nhà tôi. Họ thương hoàn cảnh khó khăn, tài sản trôi hết, gạo lúa hư, nên có cho quà cùng phong b́. Họ đoàn đi khỏi th́ tui cất quà và mở phong b́ được 500.000 đồng.

Tôi chưa kịp mừng th́ không biết ai báo tin mà ông Bí thư thôn đến nhà thu lại 400.000 đồng. Tôi hỏi lư do th́ ông ấy nói sẽ giải thích sau", cụ Lê Thị Liệu (80 tuổi) kể.

Cũng bị cán bộ thôn thu lại tiền hỗ trợ như cụ Liệu là hộ gia đ́nh bà Lê Thị Nuôi (75 tuổi). Bà Nuôi là người bị bệnh tâm thần, câm điếc bẩm sinh hiện ở cùng con nuôi Lê Vũ Thành.

Anh Thành bức xúc v́ cách làm của cán bộ thôn.

Gia đ́nh bà là hộ nghèo ở xă Quảng Trung, cũng được một đoàn từ thiện trao tặng tiền vào ngày 22/10.

"Cán bộ đến lấy lại toàn bộ số tiền. Tôi hỏi th́ họ nói để chia đều ra. Tôi phản đối v́ mẹ là người tâm thần, câm điếc, gia đ́nh lại là hộ nghèo nhưng họ dọa nếu không nộp lại th́ những đợt hỗ trợ tiếp theo sẽ không có trong danh sách", anh Thành bức xúc.

Theo t́m hiểu của PV, tại thôn Trung Thôn c̣n nhiều gia đ́nh cũng rơi vào t́nh trạng tương tự với lư do để chia đều số tiền cho người dân cả thôn.

Theo ông Lê Văn Luận, Phó trưởng thôn Trung Sơn, từ sau lũ lụt đến nay đă có 16 đoàn từ thiện đến trao quà cho bà con. Có nhiều đoàn đến tận gia đ́nh người khó khăn để trao quà mà không thông qua thôn.

Ông Luận khẳng định việc làm của thôn là v́ dân.

"Tôi thừa nhận có thu lại của các hộ dân mỗi hộ 400.000 đồng. Chúng tôi làm việc này là v́ dân. Số tiền thu lại chúng tôi sẽ chia đều cho toàn bộ bà con chứ không bỏ túi riêng", ông Luận khẳng định.

Ông Phạm Nhân Tố, Bí thư Đảng ủy xă Quảng Trung, cho biết sẽ chỉ đạo kiểm tra, chấn chỉnh để thu hồi toàn bộ số tiền rồi trả lại cho người dân nếu sự thật đúng như phản ánh.

"Xă yêu cầu các thôn báo cáo nhưng thôn bảo không có. Cán bộ xă sẽ xuống kiểm tra và xử lư nghiêm, thu hồi trả lại tiền cho người dân nếu đúng như vậy", ông Tố nói.

chắc họ lấy tiền để gây qủy nuôi cán bộ đảng viên đây trò điếm thúi nầy của cộng sản ai mà không biết....bây gìơ mới biết làm cách nào bọn cộng sản có tiền xây nhà lầu mua xe hơi..còn người dân thì đói khát...

Đả là kên kên VC th́ cứt đái ǵ củng nuốt trôi hết ! nó không nuốt th́ tiền mua chức huyện, xả th́ làm sao lấy lại vốn được ! tiền đâu đóng cho mấy thằng chăn trâu lảnh đạo ????

tụi nó giàu rồi nên không được chia,thâu hồi của dân để chia cho cả ḍng họ nhà nó nữa,nói chia cho toàn bộ hộ dân mà trong đó có luôn những thằng giàu

Thằng thôn trưỡng chó này mặt gian dể sợ.
Tóm lại làm từ thiện th́ phải cho bọn chó này quản lư để ăn chận.

Lập luận này quả thật là "Nhứt Cư", í.....là nhất cử lưỡng tiện mới phải. Tiền của người ta mà đi tịch thu về túi riêng của ḿnh. Sau đó lại móc ra một ít để gọi là giúp người. Tổ cha nó, vậy mà nó cũng nghĩ ra.

Ôi chỉ là một tên " du kích ke " , Cầm cu cho chó đái ( = khả năng chỉ làm được đến chức phó không hơn không kém ) mà có cái tư tưởng điên khùng tự cho ḿnh là ghê gớm , khơi khơi chó nhảy bàn độc đóng vai tư pháp , hành pháp thu lại tiền cứu trợ cho các hộ nghèo khó , trong đó có cả những gia đ́nh mắc bệnh tâm thần thế mới đau chứ . Đồ vô liêm sỉ , c̣n dám mở miệng là v́ dân nên mới thu lại , rồi đem chia đều cho mọi người trong thôn ( = Mọi ngươi trong thôn trong đó có cả Ông , gia đ́nh ông . Mấu chốt là đây , nếu ông không làm bừa th́ ông chỉ c̣n có nước trơ mắt ếch ra nh́n , chẳng có cái đếch ǵ chấm mút .

Cái đám dân ngu cu đen này , chúng mày nghĩ ḿnh là ai ? Mà khi phái đoàn cứu trợ đi rồi vẫn coi vai tṛ phó du kích ke của tao như là " ne pas " như thế là chúng mày chơi cha tao rồi , hỗn quá tao thu lại cho chúng mày biết thế nào là lễ độ đó ...
.... Ôi ! cái thói đời chó đẻ , khôn th́ chừa mơi phải giống người ... dereklong . /.
