Vietbf.com - Theo dự đoán 25 năm nữa ai là người "nghìn tỷ phú" sẽ xuất hiện trên thế giới, nhưng có thể ông Bill Gates trở thành nghìn tỷ phú đầu tiên trên thế giớ, vì người đồng sáng lập Microsoft hiện tài sản 75 tỷ USD và đến tới tuổi 86 thành người "nghìn tỷ".

Khi đó, "nghìn tỷ phú" Bill Gates đang ở độ tuổi 86. Dự báo đưa ra dựa vào sự phát triển theo số mũ của lượng tài sản hiện giờ. Tới năm 2016, tài sản của Bill Gates đã lên tới 75 tỷ USD dù ông đã cho đi rất nhiều thông qua Quỹ Gates, báo cáo của Oxfarm cho hay.
Ngoài việc làm từ thiện qua quỹ cá nhân, ông Gates còn là một trong những thành viên sáng lập của The Giving Pledge. Tổ chức này gồm một số cá nhân giàu có nhất thế giới, họ cam kết cho đi hơn nửa tài sản hiện có.

Phân tích theo giả thuyết, các nhà nghiên cứu Oxfarm đã áp dụng mức tăng trưởng mà Bill Gates đã có, 11% kể từ năm 2009, tới tài sản mà tỷ phủ này hiện giờ đang có (hơn 84 tỷ USD, theo Forbes). Nếu các khoản đầu tư của ông vẫn sinh lời tốt thì Bill Gates sẽ trở thành nghìn tỷ phú đầu tiên trên thế giới.
