VBF-Có đến gần 70 người, chính xác là con số 68 người vừa bị trục xuất về VN. Những người này đă bị về nước và là đợt đầu tiên Hong Kong làm như vậy. Như vậy là lần đầu Hong Kong thuê hẳn máy bay để trục xuất người xin tị nạn về nước.

Chính phủ Hồng Kông đă trục xuất 68 người bị xem là sống bất hợp pháp ở Hồng Kông về Việt Nam. Họ đă lên chuyến bay đầu tiên kể từ khi chính quyền nơi đây đưa ra phương pháp thẩm tra mới cho người xin được tị nạn.

Bộ Di Trú tuyên bố hôm thứ Sáu, 29 tháng 12, rằng nhóm này đă được đưa lên một chuyến bay thuê bao về Hà Nội vào ngày thứ Năm. Họ cho biết hoạt động "quy mô tương đối lớn" này đánh dấu lần đầu tiên chính phủ thuê một chuyến bay kể từ khi Cơ Chế Thẩm Tra Thống Nhất được đưa ra vào năm 2014.

Phụ tá Giám Đốc William Fung Pak-ho cho biết, nhóm gồm 30 nam và 38 nữ trong độ tuổi từ 18 đến 64, khoảng một nửa trong số đó là những người không thành công trong việc xin tị nạn. Ba người c̣n lại là trẻ em dưới hai tuổi. Ông nói rằng họ đă ở lại Hồng Kông trong thời gian trung b́nh mười tháng, và họ tự nguyện đồng ư về lại nước của họ. Fung từ chối tiết lộ chi phí hoạt động tốn bao nhiêu.

Chính phủ đă đưa ra Cơ Chế Thẩm Tra Thống Nhất vào tháng 3 năm 2014 để xác định các yêu cầu bảo vệ khỏi bị trục xuất. Những người không có quyền ở lại Hồng Kông có thể đưa ra yêu cầu này dựa trên sự sợ hăi bị tra tấn hoặc khủng bố.

Tỷ lệ chấp nhận thấp

Sau khi bắt đầu hệ thống này, Cao Ủy Tị Nạn LHQ không c̣n đánh giá các yêu cầu tị nạn. Bộ Di Trú được trao quyền quyết định cuối cùng.

Nhưng các nhóm nhân quyền đă chỉ trích hệ thống mới v́ không hữu ích cho người xin tị nạn, với tỷ lệ thành công thấp của các yêu sách. Chính phủ cho biết vào năm ngoái rằng chỉ có 52 trong số khoảng 7,000 người tị nạn (tương đương với 0.7%) được cấp thuận. Fung cho biết Bộ Di Trú sẽ có thể làm tăng hiệu quả của việc trục xuất sau khi có nhiều kinh nghiệm hơn khi giải quyết các trường hợp không được chấp thuận.
Hồng Kông không kư vào Công Ước Tị Nạn của Liên Hiệp Quốc và không cho phép tị nạn. Các trường hợp thành công được chuyển tới các nước khác để tái định cư. Bộ Di Trú nhận được 1,743 yêu cầu không trục xuất giữa tháng 1 và tháng 11 năm nay, giảm 5% so với năm ngoái. Có 6.362 yêu cầu tị nạn đang chờ giải quyết tính đến cuối tháng 11.

Dữ liệu của chính phủ cho thấy hầu hết các đơn xin tị nạn đến từ Trung Quốc, Việt Nam, Ấn Độ, Pakistan và Indonesia.

Câu hỏi đuọc đặt ra:

- Chế độ 1-SVPK có đủ trí tuệ lẩn bản lảnh trục xuất cái bọn chệt sống lậu trong VN khg?

Hay là phải măi mải cúi đầu chấp nhận hiện tượng tụi cắc chú 5-SVPK sống lậu rất thoă mái trong lảnh thổ VN .

Các nước trên TG đều nhận ra sự tai hại khi chứa chấp di dân lậu từ xứ Vẹm. Nạn trộm cắp, giết người cướp của, đỉ điếm và gian lận về mọi mặt hầu như trở nên rất phổ biền từ khi đám dân này nhập cư.

cái bọn này là chúng lấy cớ là đi vượt biên tỵ nạn cộng săn .. ai dè lũ chúng là dân bắc kỳ cộng đi ra nước ngoài để nằm vùng, phá hoại cộng đồng tỵ nạn bắc việt . đuổi cái đám này về là đúng rồi
