Tình hình căng thẳng giữa Việt nam và Trung quốc trên biển Đông cuối cùng đã có kết quả sau bao nỗ lực bảo vệ chủ quyền biển đảo của Việt nam.6 giờ sáng ngày 24/7 Việt nam chính thức đầu hàng Trung quốc,rút quân và mỏ khoan dầu ra khỏi Bãi tư chính thuộc chủ quyền Việt nam.

Một nguồn tin trong ngành dầu khí châu Á nói với BBC rằng Repsol, công ty của Tây Ban Nha đứng sau dự án khoan thăm dò, được lệnh phải rời khỏi khu vực.

Động thái này diễn ra chỉ vài ngày sau khi công ty này xác nhận có một mỏ khí đốt lớn.

Tin này đã được một nguồn ngoại giao của Việt Nam xác nhận.
Theo nguồn tin ngành dầu khí này, giới lãnh đạo Repsol được chính phủ tại Hà Nội thông báo vào tuần trước rằng Trung Quốc đã đe dọa sẽ tấn công các căn cứ của Việt Nam tại quần đảo Trường Sa nếu không dừng việc khoan thăm dò.

Trung Quốc tuyên bố chủ quyền gần như toàn bộ Biển Đông (Trung Quốc gọi là biển Nam Hải), gồm các bãi đá và quần đảo cũng bị các nước khác tranh chấp chủ quyền.

Việt Nam gọi lô 136-03 hay Dự án Cá Rồng Đỏ và cho Talisman-Việt Nam, công ty con của Repsol thuê.

Trung Quốc gọi lô này là Vạn An Bắc 21 và cho một công ty khác thuê mặc dù không rõ đó là công ty nào.

Năm 2015, Brightoil, một công ty đặt trụ sở tại Hong Kong mua quyền khai thác từ Trung Quốc, nhưng gần đây bác bỏ sở hữu quyền khai thác này.

Hai người trong ban điều hành Brightoil là các quan chức cao cấp trong Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc.

Talisman-Việt Nam trước đây thuộc sở hữu của công ty Talisman (Canada) nhưng từ năm 2015 trực thuộc tập đoàn Repsol của Tây Ban Nha.

Một nguồn muốn ẩn danh dự kiến Repsol đã chi khoảng 300 triệu USD cho hạ tầng khai thác khu vực này cho tới nay.
Do đó giới quan sát ngạc nhiên với động thái Việt Nam xuống thang một cách quá nhanh.

Tướng Phạm Trường Long, Phó Chủ tịch Quân ủy Trung ương Trung Quốc, đã cắt ngắn chuyến thăm chính thức Việt Nam vào tháng trước và có đến thăm Madrid, nơi Repsol đặt trụ sở.

Khi đó Repsol đã không phản hồi câu hỏi của BBC về việc liệu chính quyền Trung Quốc có bất kỳ động thái phản đối với Talisman-Việt Nam hay không.

Công ty Repsol hợp tác với CSVN khai thác dầu trong vùng biển VN, nhưng cả hai đã sợ Tàu mà rút ra.

Bây giờ nếu như Repsol quay đầu lại hợp tác với Trung Cộng, cùng khai thác dầu ngay chính trên vùng này thì CSVN tính sao? Khọt khẹt phản đối mỗi chiều thứ Bảy chắc?

VN trong tay tên CSVN hèn với giặc ác với dân coi như banh chành hết rồi.
