Thượng nghị sĩ đảng Dân chủ Bernie Sanders tuyên bố tranh cử tổng thống Mỹ 2020 đă nhận được 5,9 triệu USD từ khoảng 223.000 nhà tài trợ trong ṿng 24 giờ, hăng tin Bloomberg cho biết.

Trước đó, quản lư chiến dịch tranh cử của ông Sanders thông báo đă thu được hơn 4 triệu USD từ 150.000 nhà tài trợ ở 50 tiểu bang trong 4 giờ đầu tiên sau tuyên bố tranh cử. Ngoài ra, hơn 330.000 người đă đăng kư hỗ trợ ông Sanders.

Ông Sanders, 77 tuổi, đang t́m cách trở thành ứng cử viên tổng thống do Đảng Dân chủ đề cử. Nỗ lực gây quỹ của ông Sanders đă làm lu mờ nữ Thượng nghị sĩ Đảng Dân chủ Kamala Harris, người nhận được 1,5 triệu USD từ khoảng 38.000 nhà tài trợ.

Hôm 19-2, Tổng thống Donald Trump đă chào đón ông Sanders tham gia cuộc đua vào Nhà Trắng. Nhà lănh đạo Mỹ dường như không bận tâm về đối thủ này.

"Tôi chúc cho Bernie mạnh khỏe. Thật thú vị khi chứng kiến ông ấy sẽ làm như thế nào. Nhưng cá nhân tôi nghĩ rằng ông ấy đă lỡ thời rồi" – ông Trump nói với các phóng viên tại Pḥng Bầu dục.

Hồi năm 2016, ông Sanders mất đề cử ứng viên tổng thống của Đảng Dân chủ vào tay bà Hillary Clinton.

Ông Trump cho biết thêm: "Nhưng tôi thích Bernie... Tôi rất cứng rắn về thương mại. C̣n (Bernie) lại không biết phải làm ǵ với nó... Chúng ta có rất nhiều người tranh cử. Chỉ có một người sẽ chiến thắng. Tôi hy vọng các bạn biết người đó là ai".

Sau khi tuyên bố ra tranh cử tổng thống Mỹ năm 2020, ông Sanders gọi ông Trump là "phân biệt chủng tộc" và "dối trá".

Trong một email gửi tới những người ủng hộ, ông Sanders cam kết xây dựng một phong trào rộng lớn để đối đầu với những nhóm lợi ích "đang thống trị chính phủ và chính trị Mỹ", theo Reuters.

Thượng nghị sĩ này cũng nói rằng ông sẽ thúc đẩy nhiều vấn đề tương tự đă đưa ra trong cuộc bầu cử năm 2016, bao gồm chăm sóc sức khỏe phổ quát, tăng mức lương tối thiểu và miễn học phí cho các trường đại học công lập.

Nói vậy nếu Trump ra ứng cử lần nữa , th́ tham quyền cố vị không thua ǵ CS VN rồi sao ?
Có luật nào cấm tuổi bao nhiêu ra ứng cử hay không vậy ? Nếu không có th́ câm cái miệng lại ,đă biết người ta gần 80 mà c̣n nói chuyện vô văn hóa vậy sao ?

ĐDC đă thiên vị bà Hillary 2016 là sai, và bây giờ th́ cứ để ông Sanders ra tranh cử tiếp, 0 ai cấm cả. Nhưng thật sự th́ Hai Lúa tui nghĩ ông 0 có chance cao lắm đâu, vả lại tuổi cũng sẽ cao nếu 2021 nhậm chức là đă 80t rồi...Biden cũng kém 1 tuổi thôi..ĐDC có thể lấy những ǵ ông đưa ra cho dân Mỹ bổ túc vào chương tŕnh vận động tranh cử ...2 người khác mà tui nghĩ sáng giá hơn là bà Kamala Harris và O´Rouke (làm phó TT) có thể được đề cử...

Riêng Trump th́ như bro nhận định và tui cũng mong muốn như đa số dân Mỹ và cả thế giới, đều nghĩ triều đại Trump khùng sẽ tàn lụi nay mai, trễ lắm là 2020..nếu 0 th́ lạng quạng đồng minh fải đối mặt với Tập Bát Giới làm Anh Hai thế giới @2028 !

PS: trễ lắm là 2020 kinh tế Mỹ sẽ đi xuống, theo các nhà phân tích kinh tế và chính trị, cho nên Trump cũng sẽ điên mà tự tử bên bức rào (!) ô nhục thôi, bên ḍng sông Rio Grande như John Wayne ah !

Bác không cần vướng tâm chuyện này cho tinh thần thanh thản lo chuyện khác .Cũng giống như tôi chẳng bận tâm việc này đầu óc thoải mái là một niềm vui .:Chuyện chính phủ để họ lo , dân tị nạn loại cu li như chúng ta bàn làm chi cho mệt . PS : h́nh như tui thấy bác cứ lo chuyện chính trị ở mỹ th́ phải ??? ở forum này hổng ai để ư nhiều nếu bác đếm có bao nhiêu member ...xen vào chính trị có bao nhiêu member th́ sẽ thấy ngay .
