Theo tin mới nhất Sài G̣n sẽ mở cửa gần như là nới lỏng rất nhiều so với trước đây. Theo đó người mang hộ chiếu vắc xin sẽ có nhiều lợi thế. Hiện TP sẵn sàng về nhân lực thiết bị y tế kèm theo.

Đề xuất trên được UBND TP.HCM nêu trong văn bản vừa gửi Văn pḥng Chính phủ, góp ư đối với dự thảo kế hoạch nối lại các chuyến bay thương mại quốc tế thường lệ với các nước.


TP.HCM nóng ḷng muốn mở cửa du lịch, đón khách quốc tế

Theo báo cáo của UBND TP.HCM, tỷ lệ người dân thành phố được tiêm vắc xin pḥng Covid-19 hiện đạt mức cao. Hệ thống y tế của TP.HCM đă sẵn sàng về nhân lực, trang thiết bị vật tư y tế và đă có kinh nghiệm xử lư các t́nh huống phát sinh trong pḥng, chống dịch Covid-19.

Với 61 khách sạn cách ly (có thu phí) quy mô 6.183 giường và đang tiếp tục mở rộng thêm các khu cách ly có thu phí mới, TP.HCM đủ khả năng tiếp nhận và tổ chức cách ly y tế tập trung theo quy định hiện hành, đáp ứng yêu cầu tổ chức các chuyến bay thương mại quốc tế trong thời gian tới.

Để phục hồi kinh tế, ngày 17.11, UBND TP.HCM đă có Công văn số 3831 tŕnh Thủ tướng Chính phủ chấp thuận cho thành phố được thí điểm tổ chức đón khách du lịch quốc tế sử dụng hộ chiếu vắc xin (dự kiến bắt đầu từ tháng 12) theo nguyên tắc chung “an toàn đến đâu, mở cửa đến đó, mở cửa th́ phải an toàn".

Ngoài ra, trong thời gian qua, Tổng công ty du lịch Sài G̣n (Saigontourist), Công ty cổ phần du lịch và tiếp thị GTVT Việt Nam (Vietravel) và Tổng công ty Hàng không Việt Nam (Vietnam Airlines) cũng đă chủ động xây dựng phương án sẵn sàng tham gia khai thác các chuyến bay quốc tế đi/đến TP.HCM qua Cảng hàng không quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất.

Do đó, UBND TP cơ bản thống nhất với đề xuất của Bộ GTVT về nối lại các chuyến bay thương mại quốc tế thường lệ với các nước. Đồng thời, đề nghị Văn pḥng Chính phủ tổng hợp, tŕnh Thủ tướng Chính phủ xem xét, chấp thuận cho TP.HCM tổ chức thí điểm đón khách du lịch quốc tế theo đề xuất tại Công văn số 3831.

Người nhập cảnh tiêm đủ 2 mũi vắc xin Covid-19 sẽ được tự cách ly tại nhà

UBND TP cũng kiến nghị Chính phủ chấp thuận cho Bộ GTVT tổ chức thí điểm các chuyến bay thương mại quốc tế thường lệ đi/đến Cảng hàng không quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất giai đoạn 1 từ tháng 12 và xem xét điều kiện nhập cảnh vào TP.HCM đối với các nước/vùng lănh thổ đă công nhận hộ chiếu vắc xin.

Cụ thể, đối với nhân viên ngoại giao, chuyên gia nhập cảnh vào Việt Nam mang hộ chiếu vắc xin thực hiện tự theo dơi sức khỏe tại nơi cư trú (nhà hoặc khách sạn) tối thiểu 7 ngày theo hướng dẫn của Bộ Y tế.

Đối với công dân Việt Nam, người Việt định cư ở nước ngoài nhập cảnh vào Việt Nam mang “hộ chiếu vắc xin" thực hiện tự cách ly tại nơi cư trú (nhà hoặc khách sạn) theo địa điểm đăng kư với chính quyền địa phương tối thiểu 7 ngày theo hướng dẫn của Bộ Y tế.

Đối với khách du lịch nhập cảnh vào Việt Nam thực hiện theo hướng dẫn của Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch tại Công văn số 4122 ngày 5.11.

UBND TP.HCM đánh giá hộ chiếu vắc xin là giải pháp để TP.HCM nói riêng và cả nước nói chung sống chung với đại dịch, sớm mở cửa trở lại ngành du lịch đang bị đóng băng, góp phần phát triển kinh tế.

sàigon mở cửa toan, du khách đả chích đủ 2 liều th́ vẫn bị cách ly 7 ngày, ở nhả hay ở hotel,có ǵ khác lạ ? ở mỹ ,canada ,hay thailand,du khách đến chỉ tŕnh cái test PCR và hộ chiếu vaccin 2 mũi th́ được vào tự do không bị cách ly ǵ cả,ở Việt Nam càng làm ra vẻ pḥng chống tốt th́ người bị nhiễm càng nhiều , bọn vịt kiều về sẽ vào hotel cách ly chúng đem GÀ móng đỏ đến phục vụ qúy khách như vậy chúng có thêm 1 số tiền,

Bây giờ bọn Trump cái ǵ cũng chống...Chống nhà nước Mỹ xong Việt Nam cũng chống...nhưng chích ngừa th́ âm thầm đi chích ngừa nếu ko muốn ḿnh là người mang dịch bệnh về lây cho gia d́nh...VN mở cửa là chuyện VN....mạng con người ko bằng đồng tiền cũng giống nước Mỹ 4 năm trước khi TT ko coi trọng dịch bệnh mà lo túi tiền th́ cũng giống VN bây giờ thôi...Nhưng nếu ai chích 3 mũi th́ có lây bệnh cũng về dẫu sao th́ bệnh nguy hiểm hay ko c̣n tuy thuộc vào người nào hên xui...C̣n miệng th́ nói chống nhưng tiền hổ trợ vẫn bỏ túi, vách cái thân đi chích ngừa mà ko dám nói ai là ḿnh chích ngừa v́ chuyện chính trị ủng hộ TT ko biết ǵ về y tế....Người nào là chuyện người đó...Bệnh hay ko bệnh cũng là chuyện người đó...Có ai nói tui chích ngừa rồi mà bệnh là do nước Mỹ ngu ko biết suy nghĩ về bệnh dịch...
