Dựa trên 23 tiêu chí khác nhau, chỉ số ḥa b́nh toàn cầu (GPI) đă sắp xếp thứ tự các nước có sự yên b́nh từ 1 đến 163. Trong đó, Việt Nam được đánh giá rất cao, có chỉ số ḥa b́nh c̣n cao hơn cả Mỹ khi cường quốc này chỉ số ḥa b́nh chỉ đứng thứ 61 trên thế giới.


Có 163 quốc gia chiếm hơn 99% dân số thế giới có tên trong bảng xếp hạng về chỉ số Ḥa b́nh Toàn cầu năm 2016. Bảng xếp hạng này được đánh giá dựa trên 23 tiêu chí khác nhau. Thước đo chỉ số ḥa b́nh toàn cầu sử dụng trong ba chủ đề lớn: mức độ an toàn và an ninh trong xă hội, giải quyết mâu thuẫn trong nước và quốc tế; cuối cùng là mức độ quân sự.

Syria, Nam Sudan và Iraq là những nước nguy hiểm nhất trên thế giới. Một số nước khác cũng lọt top này bao gồm Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen và Cộng ḥa Trung Phi. Pakistan và Bắc Triều Tiên đă thoát khỏi top 10 các nước nguy hiểm nhất trên thế giới trong khi Ukraina hiện nay đang được xếp ở hạng thứ 8.

Theo báo cáo này chỉ ra: "Số lượng người tị nạn và người di cư đă tăng đáng kể trong thập kỷ qua, tăng gấp đôi lên khoảng 60 triệu người từ năm 2007 đến năm 2016, gần 1% dân số thế giới. Hiện nay có 9 quốc gia với hơn 10% dân số trong những nước này di dời bằng nhiều h́nh thức".

Những đất nước yên b́nh nhất ở châu u vẫn là Iceland, Đan Mạch và Áo. Iceland là quốc gia ḥa b́nh nhất trên thế giới. Tuy nhiên, nh́n trung số điểm trung b́nh ở châu u có chiều hướng xấu đi. Điều này là do sự cố khủng bố ở Paris và Brussels cũng như sự leo thang bạo lực và bất ổn ở Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ.

Việt Nam đă có sự thay đổi đáng kể trong bảng xếp hạng Ḥa b́nh toàn cầu. Vào năm 2015, Việt Nam xếp hạng 56/162 về chỉ số Ḥa b́nh toàn cầu th́ đến năm nay thứ hạng được tăng lên 105/163.

Trong khi đó, những nước láng giềng của Việt Nam có chỉ số Ḥa B́nh như sau: Thái Lan xếp hạng thứ 39, Trung Quốc đứng thứ 44, Campuchia đứng thứ 60 và Lào đứng thứ 112. Riêng nước Mỹ, cường quốc hàng đầu thế giới chỉ đứng thứ 61.

Đúng rồi, miệng bị dán băng keo, tay chân bị trói, ngồi một đống không "ḥa b́nh sao được ??? Ra đường cầm cái ǵ có giá trị một tí th́ lại mất cánh tay, thiệt là ḥa b́nh hơn ở Mẽo các đồng chuột ạ.

Thật ra th́ cũng là tại các bác trong này cả, cho nên làm dân ngoại quốc cứ xôn xao cả lên. Khỉ th́ có cả hàng chục loài khác nhau, và tất cả các sở thú trên TG đều có những loại Khỉ này.
Từ ngày các bác mang cái loại Khỉ TS ra làm gợi tánh ṭ ṃ của họ. Đặc biệt là loại này chỉ có ở xứ Vẹm, và lại c̣n mấp máy chút tiếng người. Như vậy bảo sao không đá động ḷng hiếu kỳ của họ, v́ thế cho nên họ muốn đến tận nơi để xem 3 triệu con Khỉ TS hiếm có là như thế nào.
