VBF-Vậy là cái tên Hồ Chí Minh đă gắn với sài G̣n được 40 năm qua.Nhưng cho tới giờ hầu hết vẫn không ai quên được 2 từ Sài G̣n và họ vẫn chỉ gọi sài G̣n là Sài G̣n mà thôi.Sáng 2/7, TP HCM long trọng tổ chức Lễ kỷ niệm 40 năm ngày Sài G̣n - Gia Định chính thức mang tên Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh.
Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, Chủ tịch nước Trần Đại Quang khẳng định những thành tựu TP HCM đạt được trong 40 năm qua là to lớn và rất quan trọng, tạo tiền đề tiếp tục phát triển trong những năm tới, góp phần vào những thành tựu to lớn, có ư nghĩa lịch sử của đất nước.

Lễ kỷ niệm c̣n có sự tham dự của nhiều lănh đạo, nguyên lănh đạo Đảng, Nhà nước: Trưởng ban Tuyên giáo Trung ương Vơ Văn Thưởng, Phó thủ tướng Trương Ḥa B́nh; nguyên Chủ tịch nước Nguyễn Minh Triết, nguyên Chủ tịch nước Trương Tấn Sang, nguyên Thủ tướng Phan Văn Khải, nguyên Thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng...
"Trong thời gian tới, TP HCM cần tiếp tục phát huy truyền thống anh hùng, năng động, sáng tạo, đoàn kết, không ngừng xây dựng Đảng bộ thành phố thật sự trong sạch, vững mạnh, nâng cao năng lực lănh đạo và sức chiến đấu, tạo nên sức mạnh tổng hợp của cả hệ thống chính trị và toàn dân", Chủ tịch nước Trần Đại Quang đề nghị.

Người đứng đầu Nhà nước cũng yêu cầu thành phố phải chủ động, kiên tŕ thực hiện các giải pháp đột phá để đẩy mạnh phát triển kinh tế nhanh và bền vững, nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh với cơ sở hạ tầng hiện đại, khoa học - công nghệ, giáo dục - đào tạo phát triển tŕnh độ cao; chính trị - xă hội ổn định...

Thay mặt lănh đạo TP HCM, Bí thư thành ủy Đinh La Thăng nói rằng, thành phố có 40 năm vinh dự được mang tên Bác. Từ một thành phố c̣n nhiều khu nhà lụp xụp, kênh rạch phần lớn ô nhiễm, đă di dời và tổ chức lại cuộc sống cho trên 36.000 hộ dân trong lưu vực như Nhiêu Lộc - Thị Nghè, Tân Hóa - Ḷ Gốm, Tàu Hũ - Bến Nghé, mang lại màu xanh cho những ḍng kênh này. Thu nhập b́nh quân đầu người đến hết năm 2015 đạt 5.538 USD một năm, tăng hơn 73% so với năm 2010.

Bên cạnh đó, ông Thăng cũng chỉ ra một số "điểm nghẽn" đang cản trở sự phát triển của thành phố đó là giáo dục - đào tạo, khoa học - công nghệ đều chưa đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển và hội nhập; một số vấn đề bức xúc trong xă hội chậm được khắc phục; t́nh h́nh an ninh, trật tự, tội phạm, tệ nạn xă hội c̣n diễn biến phức tạp... Đặc biệt là những yếu kém chủ quan do chính bộ máy, con người, tệ quan liêu, tham nhũng, lăng phí c̣n diễn biến phức tạp...

"Thành phố c̣n nhiều dư địa phát triển không? Chúng ta luôn nói thành phố phát triển chưa tương xứng tiềm năng, vậy làm ǵ, cơ chế, chính sách nào để phát huy? Không có câu trả lời nào thuyết phục hơn là phải tháo gỡ ngay những bất cập, khó khăn từ cơ chế, những khuyết điểm và hạn chế chủ quan", ông Thăng thẳng thắn.

Theo ông, trước mắt, phấn đấu đến năm 2020, thành phố phải "trở thành một trong những trung tâm lớn về kinh tế, tài chính, thương mại, khoa học - công nghệ của khu vực Đông Nam Á.

"Đây là khát vọng to lớn nhưng không là viễn vông. Mọi khó khăn sẽ được giải quyết, mọi thử thách đều có thể vượt qua khi ta nhận thức sâu sắc và quyết tâm hành động từ những vấn đề mang tính quyết định", ông Thăng khẳng định.

Ngày 2/7/1976, Quốc hội đầu tiên của nước Việt Nam thống nhất quyết định đổi tên thành phố Sài G̣n - Gia Định thành Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, theo tên của Chủ tịch nước đầu tiên.

Diện tích chỉ chiếm 0,6% cả nước, song thành phố hiện là đầu tàu kinh tế của Việt Nam với tổng sản phẩm trong nước (GDP) năm 2015 đạt 957.358 tỷ đồng (hơn 22% cả nước). Tổng thu ngân sách đạt 280.767 tỷ (chiếm 30% cả nước).

Giáo dục, khoa học, tham nhũng và tệ nạn xă hội ngày càng ..... tồi tệ.
Đó là những ǵ mà cái tên HCM đă mang đến cho một Sài G̣n trù phú, văn minh và hoa lệ.
Xă hội mà những thằng chóp bu đều không có được tŕnh độ sơ đẳng, nhưng lại ngồi trên để giảng dạy cho tầng lớp giáo sư. Tại sao người có trí thức lại phải chịu đè đầu v́ tư tưởng CS ngu mụi như vậy?
Nực cười cho những tên lănh đạo. Văn chương của chúng lúc nào cũng nồng nặc mùi "Dốt Nát". Không một bài diễn văn nào cũng tụi này mà có thể nghe lọt tai được. Như vậy th́ nền giáo dục làm sao tiến bộ?
Khoa học tiến bộ?
Bao nhiêu khoa học gia, thạc sĩ, kỹ sư của VC đă làm được ǵ? Hoàn toàn là không được ǵ cả, bởi v́ bằng tự cấp mà VC hay gọi là "Tự Sướng".
Tệ nạn xă hội ngày càng nhiều bởi v́ sự thao túng và bao bọc của côn an. Thay v́ phải đi bắt trộm cướp, tại sao không để chúng cướp rồi chia cho ḿnh hay hơn. Vừa an toàn lại vừa được chia phần, tại sao không chứ.
Tham nhũng th́ khỏi cần nói tới. Đây là cái móc xích không thể tháo rời. Chúng chỉ cần dùng đến bốn chữ "Chế Độ Vô Sản" là có thể cướp mọi thứ của dân mà không cần giải thích. Dân làm chủ và nhà nước quản lư, chỉ đơn giản như vậy thôi.
40 năm hay 400 năm sau cũng không thể thay đổi được cái chân lư CS. Bộ mặt bên ngoài của Sài G̣n ngày nay chẳng khác ǵ bộ mặt giả tạo của CSVN.

Cali có 2 con đĩ... một con th́ lép nhép hột dưa, như cá vồ gặp cức, một con th́ bị cặc đút nên nó phải nói, ko th́ đù mà con đĩ mẹ nó sống lại banh háng ra thêm 2 máu, mới có competitor... oooppssss... hehehe
