Ứng cử viên Donal Trump liên tiếp gây sốc trong những phát ngôn mới đây.Vừa mới được đề cử làm ứng viên đại diện Đảng cộng hoà trong cuộc chiến chạy đua vào nhà Trắng,Trump đă làm cho đảng Cộng hoà nhiều phen lo sốt vó.

Ngay trong tuần đầu tiên được đề cử làm ứng viên đại diện đảng Cộng ḥa thực hiện chiến dịch tranh cử tổng thống Mỹ, tỷ phú Donald Trump đă liên tiếp có những phát ngôn đầy tai hại, theo NBC.

Ông Trump đă vấp phải phản ứng dữ dội từ dư luận, đặc biệt là những người lính đă và đang phục vụ trong quân đội Mỹ sau khi đưa ra những lời lẽ bị coi là xúc phạm gia đ́nh một đại úy hy sinh khi làm nhiệm vụ ở Iraq. Tổng thống Pháp Francois Hollander thậm chí c̣n cho rằng những phát biểu của ông Trump là "buồn nôn".

Hôm 3/8, cựu nghị sĩ Joe Scarborough, người dẫn chương tŕnh của đài MSNBC, tiết lộ rằng trong một cuộc trao đổi ngắn với một chuyên gia đối ngoại quốc tế, ông Trump đă hỏi đi hỏi lại rằng tại sao nước Mỹ không sử dụng những vũ khí hạt nhân mà họ có. Theo Scarborough, thực tế này chứng tỏ ông Trump không hề có nhận thức chuyên sâu về chính sách đối ngoại, và thế giới có thể nghi ngờ chính sách hạt nhân của Mỹ dưới thời Tổng thống Trump.

Những lần "vạ miệng" của ông Trump như vậy đă khiến các quan chức chủ chốt của đảng Cộng ḥa như Chủ tịch Ủy ban Quốc gia Reince Priebus, cựu thị trưởng New York Rudy Giuliani và cựu chủ tịch Hạ viện Newt Gingrich phải bắt đầu một nỗ lực "tái khởi động" nhằm cứu văn chiến dịch tranh cử của tỷ phú.

Bộ ba này đă quyết định trở thành những nhà cố vấn chính sách cho chiến dịch tranh cử của ông Trump, dù nỗ lực này mới chỉ ở giai đoạn đầu và cần đến sự hỗ trợ từ ba người con của tỷ phú, vốn đang đóng vai tṛ là các cố vấn thân cận nhất của ông. Hiện vẫn chưa rơ ông Trump sẽ sẵn ḷng lắng nghe lời khuyên từ các "cố vấn bất đắc dĩ" này đến mức nào.

Nỗ lực này được đưa ra trong bối cảnh các đảng viên Cộng ḥa ngày càng công khai thể hiện sự giận dữ trước những lời phát ngôn không chỉ gây hấn với người ngoài mà c̣n chọc giận cả "người nhà" của ông Trump.

Trong một cuộc phỏng vấn với Washington Post, ông Trump đă gây sốc khi tuyên bố chưa sẵn sàng ủng hộ Chủ tịch Hạ viện Paul Ryan và thượng nghị sĩ John McCain, hai trong số những quan chức cấp cao nhất của đảng Cộng ḥa, trong các cuộc bầu cử sơ bộ cấp bang. Tuyên bố này hoàn toàn trái ngược với lời khẳng định của ứng viên phó tổng thống Mike Pence, thể hiện sự chia rẽ giữa hai người.

Hậu quả là mới đây, ông Richard Hanna đă trở thành nghị sĩ đảng Cộng ḥa đầu tiên công khai tuyên bố sẽ ủng hộ ứng viên đảng Dân chủ Hillary Clinton trong cuộc đua vào Nhà Trắng, khi cáo buộc ông Trump "không phù hợp để làm tổng thống". Một loạt nữ đảng viên Cộng ḥa khác như Sally Bradshaw, Maria Comella và Meg Whitman, giám đốc điều hành hăng Hewlett Packard, cũng đă công khai đưa ra tuyên bố tương tự.

B́nh chân như vại

Theo một nguồn tin thân cận trong đảng Cộng ḥa, kế hoạch can thiệp của các lănh đạo chủ chốt của đảng vào chiến dịch tranh cử của ông Trump là "có thật và đáng ra phải làm từ lâu", nhằm thuyết phục tỷ phú giảm bớt giọng điệu trong các bài phát biểu, cũng như thể hiện sự tôn trọng nhất định đối với những thành viên trụ cột của đảng Cộng ḥa.

Tuy nhiên, các nguồn tin cũng thừa nhận rằng những đảng viên chủ chốt của đảng Cộng ḥa đang trải qua cảm giác bất lực trước thực tế "chúng ta không thể làm ǵ, không ai có thể làm được ǵ lúc này" để có thể thay đổi được phong cách tranh cử của ông Trump.

Lănh đạo đảng Cộng ḥa ngày càng lo sợ một thất bại trong cuộc tổng tuyển cử, khi ứng viên đảng Dân chủ Clinton đang lôi kéo, vận động chính các đảng viên Cộng ḥa ủng hộ ḿnh. Họ càng lo lắng hơn trước thực tế bà Clinton đang vận hành một bộ máy tranh cử có nguồn tài chính dồi dào và hoạt động vô cùng tích cực ở những bang quan trọng. Bộ máy đó đang guồng hết sức để tấn công vào những khu vực từng là "lănh địa" của đảng Cộng ḥa như bang Utah và Georgia. Dường như đảng Dân chủ đă nh́n ra lợi thế tiềm tàng tại các bang này từ những lời nói gây chia rẽ do ông Trump gây ra.

Có vẻ như tỷ phú và các thành viên trong bộ máy tranh cử của ḿnh cũng đă nhận ra sự bất măn ngày càng lớn trong nội bộ đảng Cộng ḥa, nhưng ông vẫn "b́nh chân như vại". Sáng qua, tỷ phú vẫn khẳng định trên Twitter rằng chiến dịch của ông vẫn cực kỳ đoàn kết, thậm chí là c̣n đoàn kết hơn trước. "Tôi muốn cảm ơn mọi người v́ sự ủng hộ to lớn của các bạn. Hăy đánh bại H Gian xảo!", ông viết.

Paul Manafort, người quản lư chiến dịch tranh cử của ông Trump, tuyên bố rằng đội ngũ của họ vẫn đang đi đúng hướng, và đổ lỗi cho truyền thông cũng như đối thủ Clinton t́m cách gièm pha tỷ phú. Manafort khẳng định điều duy nhất họ cần lúc này là sự can thiệp nhằm chấm dứt việc các hăng truyền thông liên tục "nói những điều không đúng sự thật".

"Chúng tôi được tổ chức tốt, chúng tôi đang tiến lên và bộ máy của Clinton có thể không thích điều đó, nhưng chúng tôi đă sẵn sàng cho cuộc chiến", ông Manafort khẳng định.

Thế nhưng có vẻ như một số cử tri đảng Cộng ḥa lại không nghĩ như vậy. Trả lời phỏng vấn CNN, Adam Kinzinger, một cựu binh không quân từng ủng hộ nhiệt thành cho ông Trump, đă phải ngán ngẩm lắc đầu "Tôi chỉ không thấy phải bầu cho Donald Trump nữa".

All Trump needed to do after the convention is be presidential.. stay scripted and don't say anything negative about anyone.. Stick to the facts and simply reiterate his position on each issue and why each one will improve America... He would win this election by 10%. I believe only about 60%-70% of eligible voters are going to turn out because so many people don't like either candidate... That means the election is wide open.. However Trump can't seem to resist throwing insulting bombs at people!.. he doesn't seem to get it. I really don't think he can help it and thus he is out of control... I could be wrong but why else would he self destruct continuously? ..He was actually ahead in the polls!

DUMB or CRIMINAL ??? ... I think Both will do great damage..

HRC will likely win, but not likely last >1 term. After crooked Killary is gone, the US has to get down to seriously thinking what to do to recover...

Unfortunately, I foresee Dems blaming Republicans and vice-versa while nothing happens....
