Bộ trưởng Tư pháp đă chỉ đạo cơ quan không bảo vệ sắc lệnh cấm nhập cư của tổng thống Donald Trump. Ngay sau đó, ông Trump đă ra lệnh sa thải bà Sally Yates. Đây được coi là quyết định "quá nhanh, quá nguy hiểm" của tân tổng thống.


Theo Guardian, ông Trump sa thải Sally Yates ngay sau khi có tin bà yêu cầu các luật sư của Bộ Tư pháp Mỹ không bảo vệ sắc lệnh cấm nhập cảnh với người dân tới từ 7 quốc gia Hồi giáo.

Thông điệp của Nhà Trắng nói quyền Bộ trưởng Tư Pháp đă “phản bội” lại cơ quan của ḿnh, khi từ chối thực thi sắc lệnh “nhằm bảo vệ” người dân Mỹ.

“Bà Yates được bổ nhiệm từ thời chính quyền Obama, đă thể hiện sự yếu kém trong vấn đề nhập cư bất hợp pháp”, thông điệp của Nhà Trắng cho biết. “Đă đến lúc phải nghiêm túc trong việc bảo vệ đất nước. Cấm công dân 7 quốc gia, từ những nơi nguy hiểm đến Mỹ không phải là hành động cực đoan. Đây là điều cần thiết và có lư do để bảo vệ nước Mỹ”,

Trong bức thư gửi các nhân viên hôm 30/1, Sally Yates nói bà có trách nhiệm đảm bảo quan điểm của bộ Tư pháp phù hợp với nghĩa vụ chính thức của cơ quan là luôn t́m kiếm công lư, bênh vực lẽ phải.

"Hiện tại, tôi không tin rằng việc bảo vệ sắc lệnh cấm nhập cảnh là phù hợp với những trách nhiệm này, tôi cũng không tin rằng mệnh lệnh này hợp pháp", Washington Post dẫn nội dung trong lá thư của bà Yates.

Hành động của bà Yates được sự ủng hộ của các nhà hoạt động nhập cư và nghị sĩ đảng Dân chủ. Nhưng chỉ 3 giờ sau đó, Trump đă ra lệnh sa thải bà.

Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump chỉ định Dana J. Boente, công tố viên của quận Đông Virginia, làm Bộ trưởng Tư pháp tạm thời cho đến khi có bộ trưởng mới.

Sally Yates từng là thứ trưởng Tư pháp dưới thời Tổng thống Barack Obama. Bà trở thành quyền Bộ trưởng khi người tiền nhiệm Loretta Lynch rời vị trí này.

Bà Yates dự kiến sẽ bị thay thế bởi ứng viên Bộ trưởng Tư pháp do ông Trump chỉ định là Jeff Sessions. Ông Sessions đang chờ sự chấp thuận từ Thượng viện.

Bà Boente sau đó chấp thuận chỉ định của ông Trump. “Tôi rất vinh dự được làm việc trong vai tṛ này, theo yêu cầu của Tổng thống Trump, cho đến khi Bộ trưởng Tư pháp mới lên nắm quyền. Tôi sẽ bảo vệ và thực thi pháp luật để đảm bảo rằng người dân và nước Mỹ được an toàn”.

Bà này đáng bị sa thải. Trên cương vị là bộ trưởng bộ tư pháp nhưng lại không tuân thủ theo lệnh, ngược lại c̣n kêu gọi mọi người ủng hộ. Nếu nước Mỹ mà ai cũng như bà này th́ có chính phủ cũng như không.
Bất măn th́ có quyền thượng tấu, nhưng không nên tự quyết và có hành động kêu gọi và khuyến khích người khác làm theo. Bà này mà làm việc cho CS là mất xác lâu rồi.

Xin lỗi bạn, về việc này bạn nên email tới những bộ phận nào của chính phủ, th́ họ sẽ giải đáp thắc mắc cho bạn. Kg hiểu bạn đọc và hiểu nội đúng của ḿnh viết như thế nào? Mà bạn hỏi ngược lại những vụ việc nó kg dính dáng ǵ ḿnh cả. Chú ở đây chúng ta chị đưa lên những quan điểm để trao đổi từ hai phía*. Bro nh́n cái bản đồ phía trên, xứ đáng bị cấm là Saudi Arabia đả viện trợ cho Al Qaida, củng như mười mấy pilot cho 9/11.
Nhưng xitrum chỉ lo đầu tư của ḿnh trước nên ... quên S.A.

Lúc đầu tôi nghe tên này ai nói cũng có vẽ hiểu biết, tôi rất tôn trọng. Nhưng dần dần tôi mới hiểu ra, h́nh như anh ấy không đâu vào đâu, cứ lưng lững, đă kg đóng góp được quan điểm nào trong t́nh thần xây dựng! Nếu rảnh th́ vào rà coi ai sơ hở chỗ nào là nhào vô để đă phá, và kg biết ḿnh nói ǵ nữa. Bởi thế người đời gọi là đâm xuống bể đó.
