Chính quyền CSVN thực hiện một dự án phát triển nhà vệ sinh công cộng vươn tới một tầm cao mới khiến cả thế giới phải lác mắt.Việt cộng sử dụng các sản phẩm tốt nhất của Nhật Bản để sử dụng cho nhà vệ sinh công cộng tại Việt nam.

UBND quận Hoàn Kiếm kêu gọi nguồn kinh phí xã hội hoá nâng cấp, lắp đặt thiết bị TOTO Nhật bản và lắp điều hoà cho một số nhà vệ sinh công cộng trên địa bàn.

Đó là khẳng định của ông Phạm Tuấn Long, Phó CT UBND quận Hoàn Kiếm tại buổi giao ban báo chí thành uỷ Hà Nội chiều ngày 5/7.

Ông Long cho biết, trên toàn địa bàn quận Hoàn Kiếm hiện có 43 nhà vệ sinh công cộng, trong đó có 25 nhà vệ sinh công cộng được xây dựng bằng gạch, còn lại là nhà vệ sinh lưu động.

“Trong khu phố cổ địa bàn quận Hoàn Kiếm, hiện có 3 nhà vệ sinh bằng gạch”- Ông Long nói và thông tin: Thời gian qua, quận Hoàn Kiến đã kêu gọi nguồn kinh phí xã hội hoá, đầu tư xây dựng 3 nhà vệ sinh công cộng này; toàn bộ các nội thất trong nhà vệ sinh được lắp toàn bộ bằng thiết bị TOTO của Nhật và trong nhà vệ sinh được lắp điều hoà nhiệt độ để phục vụ cho du lịch trên địa bàn. Cụ thể, 3 nhà vệ sinh công cộng tại các địa chỉ 38 Hàng Giầy, 5 Hàng Giây và 50 phố Gia Ngư.

Ông Long cho biết, thời gian qua khách du lịch đánh giá nhà sinh này tốt. Thời gian tới, quận Hoàn Kiếm sẽ tiếp tục xin phép với thành phố cho phép tiếp tục kêu gọi nguồn kinh phí từ xã hội hoá để cải tạo các nhà vệ sinh trên địa bàn.

Nhận xét như vậy chắc từ xưa đến giờ chỉ ỉa đồng ,hay hoành tráng nhất là ngồi cầu cá ...nên mới lác mắt chỉ vì nghe cầu tiêu có điều hòa nhiệt độ .

Toàn bộ các nội thất trong nhà vệ sinh được lắp bằng thiết bị hàng khủng. Ngoài máy điều hòa TOTO của Nhật ,còn có :máy rửa đít A CÚN của Chệt,rô bót chùi dọn bồn cầu NA DICH do liên doanh VẸM-MỸ sản xuất (đã thử nghiệm khắp các WC bên Mỹ).
