Trong bối cảnh căng thẳng giữa Trung Quốc và Canada sau vụ bắt nữ giám đốc tài chính Huawei và Trung Quốc bắt hai công dân Canada. Công dân thứ ba của Canada nghi là bị Trung Quốc tiếp tục bắt.

Hăng tin National Post của Canada ngày 19/12 dẫn lời một phát ngôn viên Cơ quan đối ngoại toàn cầu Canada cho biết, giới chức Trung Quốc dường như đă bắt giữ công dân thứ ba của Canada. Cơ quan đối ngoại toàn cầu Canada là một đơn vị trực thuộc chính phủ Canada và chuyên hỗ trợ lănh sự cho công dân Canada ở nước ngoài cũng như xử lư các vấn đề về ngoại giao của đất nước.

Người phát ngôn này cho biết, Cơ quan đối ngoại toàn cầu Canada đă "biết thông tin một công dân Canada bị bắt giữ (ở Trung Quốc)", song không cung cấp thông tin chi tiết.

National Post dẫn các nguồn thạo tin nói rằng, công dân Canada thứ ba bị bắt giữ ở Trung Quốc không phải nhà ngoại giao, cũng không phải doanh nhân.

Phản hồi trước thông tin trên, tại cuộc họp báo thường kỳ hôm nay, phát ngôn viên Bộ Ngoại giao Trung Quốc Hoa Xuân Oánh nói: "Tôi chưa nghe thấy thông tin này".

Thông tin được đưa ra trong bối cảnh quan hệ Trung Quốc, Canada căng thẳng sau vụ Ottawa bắt giữ giám đốc tài chính Huawei Mạnh Văn Chu hôm 1/12 theo đề nghị của Mỹ.

Không lâu sau vụ bắt giữ bà Mạnh, Trung Quốc xác nhận bắt giữ hai công dân Canada gồm cựu quan chức ngoại giao Michael Kovrig và doanh nhân Michael Spavor. Hai người này bị cáo buộc có liên quan đến các hoạt động đe dọa an ninh quốc gia của Trung Quốc, tuy nhiên Bắc Kinh từ chối nêu cụ thể cáo buộc với lư do quá tŕnh điều tra vẫn đang diễn ra.

Trong khi Trung Quốc khẳng định họ bắt giữ hai công dân Canada hoàn toàn dựa trên luật pháp và quy định của nước này, giới quan sát cho rằng, đó có thể là cách Bắc Kinh trả đũa Canada vụ bắt giữ giám đốc tài chính Huawei.

Ừ , ai mà không muốn rút hết tất cả về , nhưng.....có nhiều tính năng ràng buộc theo luật lệ TG , chứ không thôi Mỹ cũng cắt đứt quan hệro^i` , đâu cân tới nước khác....

Chắc chắn ai cũng thấy rằng, đây là lời cảnh cáo của Chệt, và cũng là món hàng để trao đổi.

Nếu Canada giao bà trùm này cho Mỷ th́ tụi chệt c̣n bắt thêm người nữa không? Chứ nếu để bă treo ṭn ten kiều này, chắc chắn là tụi chệt sẽ c̣n bắt người nữa.

V́ Mỹ không có bắt người nào của Tàu, th́ Tàu cũng không có lư do ǵ để bắt người của Mỹ. Lư do chỉ vậy mà thôi.

Cho dẫu Canada có giải thích rằng đây là tôi bắt người giùm cho Mỹ, th́ Tàu cũng đă tỏ rơ thái độ rằng: "Kệ tía anh chứ, anh là kẻ đă ra tay th́ tớ trả đũa ngược lại, c̣n chỉ chỏ vào người thứ ba nào khác tớ đây cóc cần biết!"

Và đó là cách xử sự đúng mà Tàu đă làm. Dù là làm qua một cách tiểu nhân hèn hạ là bắt người biệt tích không có luật sư giống như Canada.

Và bắt người của Canada chứ không thể bắt người Mỹ được. Giả như có một bà nào đến giành lấy đồ của ta và nói rằng lấy giùm cho cô Mai chị Liên nào đó, th́ ta bóp cổ ngay bà đó chứ không thể dại dột nhào đầu chạy đi t́m cô Mai hoặc chị Liên. Chừng nào Mai Liên gom đồ của ta về nhà th́ mới tính theo lúc đó.

C̣n chuyện Tàu có dám làm ǵ Mỹ hay không th́ chúng ta đă thấy trong cuộc chiến tranh thương măi đang diễn ra.

Mỹ vừa ra tay tấn công Tàu trong thuế nhập khẩu, th́ ngay hôm sau Tàu cũng thẳng tay vả lại bộp bộp liền.
