Bài viết phản ánh về t́nh trạng ngập úng trong lịch sử lặp lại tại Sài g̣n.Chỉ sau một cơn mưa Sài G̣n đă ch́m trong biển nước khiến nhiều người dân vô cùng bất ngờ và bức xúc lên tiếng.Một bài biết trên báo lao động đă chỉ mặt về những thiệt hại không nhỏ sau cơn mưa gây ngập úng và bị gỡ bài chỉ sau vài giờ đăng bài.

Cơn mưa chiều rơi rơi thành phố không nhỏ đă khiến người ta bật khóc khi nhớ lại khung cảnh lẫm liệt và bi tráng trong phim Titanic. Và trong cái khung cảnh đậm mùi đại hồng thủy ấy, người ta chợt thấy trong ḿnh, và đồng bào đang co ro quanh ḿnh đức tính nhẫn nại quư báu. Đức tính đă khiến nhiều năm qua, chúng ta luôn luôn chiến thắng hết cơn mưa này đến cơn mưa khác, mặc cho nó lịch sử đến đâu, cuốn theo bao nhiêu ngàn tỉ chống ngập!

Thưa các bạn, ngay cả Cảnh sát PCCC cũng được huy động, không phải bơm nước dập lửa mà để hút nước cứu ngập.

Hàng ngàn chiếc xe máy ở Nguyễn Siêu trở thành tàu ngầm.

Facebook tràn ngập 2 chữ thất thủ. Có người, trí tưởng tượng thật là phong phú, nhắc đến một cơn “đại hồng thủy”.

Đâu đó vang lên bản nhạc “Sài G̣n ngập quá Sài G̣n ơi, Sài G̣n ơi”.

Một con chuột cố bám víu vào hàng rào B40 ở một nơi nào đó trong sự kiện “Sài G̣n thất thủ” tối qua. Đúng là một khoảnh khắc lịch sử! Một chi tiết câm lặng nhưng đầy biểu cảm mà bạn có thể chú thích với bất cứ caption nào.

Nhưng nếu đó là nguyên nhân, chỉ có một giải pháp duy nhất là phạt. Phạt thật nặng, thậm chí đ́nh chỉ mưa nếu lượng mưa vẫn đổ xuống TP to như ngày hôm qua.

Sao lủ chăn trâu "lảnh đạo" nầy không tăng giá phạt "ông Trời" , người là thủ phạm cho vụ lụt lội ! làm cho lủ chó vàng không đứng đường được để phạt người "vi phạm giao thông" ?????

Nhiều nguyên nhân :
1 - Chi tiêu hàng ngàn tỉ nhưng đến với công trinh chỉ có 1/3, vào túi các quan tham 2/3
2 - Không chịu học hỏi cách chống ngập của các nước văn minh [hoặc có tính tự phụ, hoặc không đủ tŕnh độ]
3 - Thiếu tinh thần kiên quyết của các cấp lănh đạo
4 - Bè phái đấu đá nhau
5 - Không biết nhún nhường để thỉnh cầu cao kiến
6 - c̣n khoảng 20 vấn đề nữa, viết ra lộ bài bản

Khúc ruột thừa ơi ! Mau mau quyên tiền về cứu trợ thành phố của bác đi . Đám ca nhạc sĩ ăn cháo đá bát lo tổ chức show dâng tiền cho các cán bộ cứu trợ đi .

Đọc đến đây tôi bắt buộc phải ph́ cười, khi tác giả Đào Tuấn đổ lỗi cho thượng đế và c̣n đ̣i phạt luôn cả "ông giời" ! Viết mà hắn ta cũng 0 đủ tŕnh độ văn hóa để tự kiểm điểm là ḿnh viết cái chi chi...hèn chi được hân hạnh đăng trong báo LĐ bần cùng nghèo hèn ngu ngốc là đúng nơi rồi..Ngoại trừ hắn ta mỉa mai, chơi chữ chăng, who knows !
Nguyên nhân là ǵ, xin được nêu ra vài dữ kiện cho vui: các kênh rạch, lạch ở SG đều dần dần bị lấp, + thêm hệ thống ống cống cũ kỹ + mật độ dân số quá cao 0 kiểm soát + sự ngu đần của CSVN + vv và vv...

--> Nhưng nguyên nhân chính vẫn là chế độ CSVN phải sớm bị lật đổ mà thôi !
