Old  Default Obamacare đă bị TT Trump xóa bỏ?
Vậy là di sản của cựu Tổng thống Obama đă không thể tồn tại dưới thời Tổng Thống Donald Trump. Đa số người dân Mỹ đă không được hưởng chính sách ưu đăi về chăm sóc sức khỏe. Ngày hôm qua 4/5, Hạ viện Mỹ đă thông qua dự luật đầy tham vọng nhằm băi bỏ và thay thế Đạo luật y tế Obamacare.

Với tỷ lệ khá sít sao, 217 phiếu thuận và 213 phiếu chống, Hạ viện Mỹ chiều 4/5 đă thông qua dự luật mới do đảng Cộng ḥa giới thiệu nhằm thay thế các nội dung cơ bản nhất trong Chương tŕnh chăm sóc sức khỏe hợp túi tiền, hay c̣n được gọi là Đạo luật y tế Obamacare.

Tất cả 193 hạ nghị sỹ Dân chủ bỏ phiếu chống trong khi 20 nghị sỹ đảng Thế là đạo luật Cộng ḥa cũng có cùng quan điểm phản đối. Vượt qua cửa ải Hạ viện, dự luật trên được xem là thắng lợi lớn nhất cho đến nay của Tổng thống Trump trong nỗ lực xóa bỏ các di sản của người tiền nhiệm.

Ngay sau khi được thông qua, Tổng thống Donald Trump, Phó Tổng thống Mike Pence và nhiều quan chức khác đă tổ chức họp báo để hoan nghênh thắng lợi trên và bày tỏ sự ủng hộ đối với dự luật này.
Phát biểu trong cuộc họp báo, Tổng thống Trump khẳng định Đạo luật y tế “Obamacare đă chế” và bày tỏ tự tin rằng dự luật mới sẽ được Thượng viện Mỹ thông qua.

“Tôi đă trải qua chiến dịch tranh cử trong 2 năm. Tôi đă nói với các bạn rằng, ở bất cứ nơi đâu mà tôi đi qua th́ mọi người đều phải chịu đựng rất nhiều từ sự tàn phá của Obamacare. Tôi sẽ nói điều này rằng khi tôi c̣n quan tâm đến phí bảo hiểm của các bạn th́ các loại phí này sẽ bắt đầu giảm xuống. Chúng ta sẽ nỗ lực để dự luật này được thông qua tại Thượng viện. Tôi cảm thấy rất tự tin”, Tổng thống Trump nói.

Trước đó, đảng Cộng ḥa và Tổng thống Trump đă nhiều lần vận động đưa dự luật mới ra bỏ phiếu nhưng đều thất bại khi không hội đủ số phiếu ủng hộ cần thiết ngay trong nội bộ đảng.

Dự luật mới, được gọi là Luật Chăm sóc Sức khỏe Mỹ (ACA), xóa bỏ các khoản thuế đánh vào tầng lớp giàu có, các công ty bảo hiểm và một số đối tượng khác cũng như xóa bỏ nghĩa vụ bảo hiểm bắt buộc đối với cá nhân và các chủ thuê lao động. Số lượng người dân được bảo hiểm y tế có thể giảm khoảng 24 triệu người đến năm 2026 so với Đạo luật Obamacare.

Đă vượt qua cửa ải Hạ viện, nhưng thách thức lớn nhất đối với Dự luật này có thể lại nằm ở Thượng viện mặc dù đang do phe Cộng ḥa chiếm đa số. Cho đến nay, các thượng nghị sỹ Cộng ḥa vẫn khẳng định muốn xóa bỏ phần lớn nội dung của Obamacare nhưng vẫn chưa nhất trí về các vấn đề cụ thể. Lo ngại lớn nhất hiện nay là dự luật mới có thể tác động đến các bang đă mở rộng hỗ trợ y tế cũng như nguy cơ tăng phí bảo hiểm đối với người già.

Đối với bản thân dự luật, các nghị sỹ đảng Cộng ḥa sẽ phải tiếp tục sửa đổi nhiều điều khoản nếu muốn được thông qua tại Thượng viện. Trong trường hợp không được thông qua hoặc mang lại các tác động tiêu cực đối với người dân th́ đảng này đứng trước nguy cơ thất bại trong cuộc bầu cử giữa kỳ vào năm tới.
Về phía đảng Dân chủ, các nghị sỹ tiếp tục lên tiếng chỉ trích, tuyên bố sẽ quay trở lại nắm quyền kiểm soát Hạ viện vào năm 2018 và bác bỏ dự luật này./.

Họ có thể bị mất ghế nếu người ủng hộ họ (phần lớn là người nghèo sẻ phải mất bảo hiểm hay phải trả bảo hiểm cao vơi TrumpCare) phật ḷng và không bỏ phiếu cho họ trong kỳ bầu cử vào năm tới.

Đây là một tin buồn cho người nghèo, già và lương thấp, hay những người có tiền sử bị nặng, hay phụ nữ.

Sao bạn biết đây là tin buồn. Có bằng chứng không vậy???? Chứ có một điều là Obamacare là tồi nhất. Tôi đây là nạn nhân của obamacare nè. Không phải bác sĩ nào cũng nhận obamacare đâu.

C̣n về vấn đề cải tổ y tế của TT mới chỉ là giai đoạn 1 pass hạ viên thôi, c̣n phải thông qua thượng viện nữa.

Hăy cho TT mới một cơ hội đổi mới. Tôi đọc về vấn đề cải tổ y tế, tôi chưa thấy chỗ nào nói là tin buồn cho người nghèo, già và lương thấp cả.

V́ you là người ủng hộ Trump th́ làm sao thấy được cái thất lợi cho người nghèo, già và lương thấp. Nếu đọc hiểu tiếng Anh th́ đọc bài viết về Trumpcare sẻ hiểu thêm ... hay không muốn hiểu tùy you (v́ đă không muốn tin th́ sao đi nữa cũng sẻ không tin).

như vậy khi đảng dân chủ hay cộng ḥa nắm đa số khi thay đổi TT th́ sẽ có:

Trong tất cả các đài, chỉ có Fox là pro Trump mà thôi. Ngoài Fox ra, c̣n các chổ nào khác mà bạn nghĩ là không "fake news" xin list ra giùm? Nếu 1-2 đài th́ ḿnh c̣n nghĩ là đúng, nhưng nếu hầu hết tất cả đài cùng nói giống nhau th́ không lẽ majority của news ở nước Mỹ là "fake news"?

Ông Trump (nên để ư tôi tôn trọng ông ta là TT nên lúc nào cũng gọi là ông Trump chứ không bao giờ kêu thằng hay chữ nào không lịch sự - cho dù tôi không thích cách của ông ta) chỉ thích nghe ai nịnh bợ ông ta thôi. Nếu ai nói ǵ không cùng đường lối của ông ta th́ ông ta d́m người ta xuống, gọi là "fake news"etc...

Tui không muốn bàn căi về "fake news" hay không .

Trumpcare có được thông qua hay không ? Không tới you và tui quyết định được đâu. Mà nó phải cần tới "constituents" (cử tri đoàn) của 2 Đảng lên tiếng với Thượng Nghị sỉ của họ để có lá phiếu trong thượng viện cho việc thông qua hay phủ quyết Trumpcare, đúng không ?

Tui muốn you coi video này của Jimmy Kimmel về đứa con vừa mới sinh ra đă bị bịnh bẩm sinh (pre-existing medical condition) rồi suy nghỉ xem chuyện ǵ sẻ xảy ra nếu bất cứ ai (Cộng Ḥa, hay Dân Chủ, ủng hộ hay không ủng hộ Trump) không có bảo hiểm (từ Obamacare cho tới Premium or Gold or Platinum health care) sẻ cảm thấy ra sao khi chính họ, hay người thân, hay người thương của họ nằm trong hoàn cảnh này?

Nên nhớ là tui không phải đang nói về 24 triệu người nghèo, già đâu . Mà tui đang nói dù chỉ một người thôi chúng ta dù là người ủng hộ Cộng Ḥa hay Dân chủ cũng phải suy nghĩ lại. Nhưng nếu sau khi xem xong mà you vẫn không căm nhận ǵ hết th́ xin đừng tranh căi nữa mất thời gian.
