Phạm Văn Đồng vào năm 1958 đang là thủ tướng Việt Cộng đă kư một công hàm "ngầm" bán quần đảo Trường Sa và Hoàng Sa cho Trung Cộng. Có lẽ sẽ c̣n nhiều người nghi ngờ tính chính danh của nó và ḷng trung thành của Đồng. Nhưng một chứng cứ mới đă tiết lộ quan hệ mật thiết của Phạm Văn Đồng và Trung Cộng trước đó rất nhiều năm.

Trong một văn bản nội san số 14, tháng 12 năm 1951, lúc này Phạm Văn Đồng đang làm phó thủ tướng, truyền thụ kinh nghiệm của ḿnh cho các cán bộ Việt Cộng, Phạm Văn Đồng có ghi rơ như sau:

"Học tập kinh nghiệm Trung Quốc trong việc giáo dục căm thù ... Tuyên truyền là phân nửa của công việc kháng chiến"

Nội san này cho thấy, Phạm Văn Đồng đă học hỏi kinh nghiệm và sùng bái Trung Cộng một cách công khai từ khi làm phó thủ tướng, trước khi kư công hàm bán nước là 7 năm.

Thằng chó đẻ nào viết bài nầy và kẽ tuyên truyền cho bài nầy đều là tai sai cũa Tàu khựa.
V́ nếu nói :"Phạm văn Đồng ĐĂ bán hai quần đảo cũa VN cho tàu cộng" th́ ngụ ư trắng trợn rằng "đồ vật đă bán th́ làm sao ?? và hiện giờ đă đổi chũ sau khi bán ??"
C̣n kẽ tuyên truyền bài nầy cũng là lủ bưng bô bợ đít hốt cứt để ăn
