Mặc dù bị phản đối bởi cả người dân lẫn các chính trị gia trong và ngoài nước, lệnh cấm thị thực với công dân 7 nước Hồi giáo được các trợ lí của ông Trump gọi là một “thành công rực rỡ”.


Ông Trump kiên định với lệnh cấm người Hồi giáo nhập cư của ḿnh

Tuyên bố này được đưa ra trong bối cảnh hàng chục ngh́n người đang biểu t́nh tại các sân bay lớn ở Mỹ. Phát biểu tại đám đông New York, Thượng nghị sĩ Charles Schumer của Đảng Dân chủ đă nói rằng sắc lệnh này là vi phạm hiến pháp và giá trị căn bản của nước Mỹ, trong khi đó, thượng nghị sĩ Bob Corker nhận định rằng, việc thực hiện sắc lệnh đă không được chuẩn bị tốt khi nó quá đột ngột và không tính đến những trường hợp đặc biệt như những người đă được cấp thẻ xanh ở Mỹ.

Tại châu Âu, hàng loạt lănh đạo các nước đồng minh của Mỹ như Anh, Pháp, Đức cũng chỉ trích sắc lệnh này là mất công bằng.

Trước làn sóng phản đối này, vào hôm 29-1, Tổng thống Trump lên tiếng giải thích rằng, đây không phải là lệnh cấm với đạo Hồi mà nó là về vấn đề an toàn. Ông cũng phủ nhận t́nh h́nh rối loạn khi cho biết, người đến từ 7 nước Hồi giáo bị cấm chỉ là một phần nhỏ, công dân 40 nước khác vẫn đang được vào Mỹ b́nh thường. Mỹ sẽ tiếp tục cấp thị thực cho tất cả các nước sau khi rà soát và lập ra các chính sách an ninh tốt hơn trong 90 ngày tới.

They might show one sad girl but behind that sad girl is many who want to do harm like chopper your head right off and scream some AKLAMABAR or some BS praising their God after they BLOW YOU UP....

đúng vậy!! theo tôi nghĩ th́ vấn đề th́ cũng có chổ đúng, chổ sai của nó .. bây giờ thử hỏi nếu để cho bọ dân rệp vô nuớc th́ cũng có nguời tốt nguời xấu th́ không có thể trừ đuợc hết .. nhưng mà cấm nguời xấu , th́ nguời tốt sẽ ra sao?? cái này th́ hơi quá đáng ..

chính chúng ta cũng là những nguời tỵ nạn .. tới giờ th́ nguời Mỹ cũng vẫn coi chúng ta là nguời tỵ nạn ...cũng có nguời tốt, nguời xấu . rồi cũng có những thành phần nằm vùng việt cong xen vào vậy .. nhưng mà thử hỏi hồi xưa mấy ông TT Mỹ truớc cũng cấm đoán như vầy th́ những nguời như chúng ta có đứng lên phản đối quá khó khăn và không có nhân quyền ???!!! hay là ũng hộ mấy ỗng ??

Sắc lệnh này hầu là để đảm bảo an toàn cho nước Mỹ và công dân Mỹ. Thiết nghĩ là không có lư do ǵ để chống đối. Nếu đă thấy được cái hại trước mắt mà không tránh th́ cũng như cơng rắn cắn gà nhà.
Dù sao th́ Trump cũng chỉ ra lệnh cấm nhập cảnh chứ đâu đưa ra "Tàn Sát Lệnh". Lẽ ra th́ Trump nên thêm vào những nước CS mới đúng. Bọn này cũng nguy hiểm không kém ǵ tụi ôm bomb.

I think You're missing the point Bro..

1- Past immigration ( like us, Vietnamese refugees ) waves did not have a significant minority that was openly stating their goal is to KILL Americans and overthrow western society, so there is no comparison to the past.

2- The terrorists have openly stated that it is their goal is to infiltrate the refugees to bring in killers and they are doing it with abandon in Europe.

3- It would be more meaningful to use the European experience over the last couple of years when millions of refugees moved into European Countries. The percentage of terrorists will still be small but at least the number will be more in line with reality.

4- We are a country of immigrants, but the American citizen needs to know they are not a threat.

Nh́n vào thực chất vấn đề an ninh quốc gia th́ Mỹ là Hiệp Chủng Quốc mà, đất nước hùng mạnh là do bàn tay của những người đủ mọi sắc dân t́m tự do dân chủ. Nhưng dĩ nhiên là cũng có những phần tử cực đoan được sinh ra và lớn lên ở Mỹ: đây mới chính là nuôi ong tay áo nuôi khỉ ḍm nhà và một hiểm họa tiềm tàng bấy lâu nay.

Dù sắc lệnh chỉ giới hạn hiệu lực cho 7 quốc gia và 3 tháng nhưng tôi 0 tin mấy vào hiệu quả của nó, nếu được thực thi...Nếu nói trắng ra nước Mỹ chúng tớ thấy hết tiền rồi nên 0 muốn nhận thêm những người tỵ nạn nói chung (hiện nay đa số đến từ các nước như Iraq, Syria, Jemen), mà dân 7 nước này đều là nước nghèo cả. nhất là Somalia...Nếu tuyến bố như thế th́ chả ma nào dám làm, mà kư sắc lệnh kia th́ cũng ḷi ra chuyện kỳ thị tôn giáo: đây là hành động vi hiến ! Mặt khác Trump cũng muốn lấy ḷng dân mà thực hiện lời hứa khi tranh cử...

Tôi thấy nếu Trump và cố vấn muốn đề cập đến an ninh quốc gia th́ phải cho các nước như Ả Rập, Ai Cập, Libanon và Nga và Trung Cộng luôn mới hợp lư, thành thử cứ kư rồi cùng nhau ra Tối Cao Pháp Viện...

Dân Mỹ đă rất vui mừng v́ có người xách động quần chúng, gây chia rẽ nội bộ, rồi đây sẽ có những vụ kỳ thị tôn giáo và chủng tộc xảy đến nhiều hơn nữa, mà người Việt da vàng mũi tẹt cũng sẽ như...cá nằm trên thớt...Putin và họ Tập Trư Bát Giới đang xoa tay cười khoái trá tự bao giờ...
