Đoạn video ghi lại cảnh tài xế Grab đă mắng khách thậm tệ khi lên xe không chào hỏi. Sau khi được đăng tải trên mạng xă hội, nhiều b́nh luận trái chiều đă được đưa ra. Sự việc đă được phản ánh lên Grab và chưa có phản hồi về sự việc.

Hôm qua, trên mạng xă hội đăng tải một đoạn clip ngắn dài gần 2 phút ghi lại cuộc đấu khẩu căng thẳng giữa nam tài xế GrabCar và vị khách nữ.

Ngay khi mở đầu đoạn dung clip, tài xế GrabCar tỏ ra cáu gắt khi cho rằng nữ hành khách mất phép lịch sự v́ lên xe mà không chào tài xế.

“Ơ hay, tại sao tài xế không chào khách lại bắt tôi phải chào. Anh có tư cách ǵ mà chỉnh đốn tôi”- nữ hành khách đáp trả.

Không chịu thua, nam tài xế cho rằng khách đặt qua App, không biết mặt nên nhất thiết khách khi lên xe phải chào hỏi tài xế. "Lên xe mày chào tao, tao sẽ chào lại mày ngay..."- tài xế lớn tiếng.

Bức xúc trước thái độ của tài xế Grab, nữ hành khách yêu cầu xuống xe nhưng tài xế Grab từ chối, thậm chí c̣n quay lại chỉ vào mặt khách nói: "mày ngu lắm, mày mất lịch sự…".

Liên quan đến nội dung đăng tải và có hay không quy định Grab yêu cầu khách khi lên xe phải chào hỏi tài xế, PV liên hệ Grab và được hứa sẽ phản hồi.

“Grab nhận được thông tin phản ánh vụ việc tài xế bắt khách chào. Hiện chúng tôi đang chờ hệ thống xác minh xong sẽ có phản hồi qua email”- đại diện Grap xác nhận.

Công nhận tên tài xế bệnh tâm thần này ăn nói mất dạy quá. Hy vọng là sẽ bị Grab đuổi việc.

Chứ c̣n cái chuyện khách đ̣i "stop and let me out" mà hắn agogo tới luôn bác tài "no, you come along with me now" bắp ép phụ nữ nhốt ở trong xe để chở đi, ra ṭa không có lợi thế đàng nào cả.
