Trước t́nh trạng vàng và ngoại tệ trong dân c̣n lớn. Đại biểu Quốc hội dẫn ví dụ về cụ Trịnh Văn Bô xưa hiến 5.000 lượng vàng cho nhà nước. Đây là một minh chứng về người Việt nam vẫn c̣n tin vào Đảng.

Chiều 16/11, sau phần trả lời của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính Đinh Tiến Dũng, Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Lê Minh Hưng đă đăng đàn trả lời chất vấn.

Nhấn mạnh t́nh trạng vốn trong dân c̣n lớn và có thể huy động được khi dân có niềm tin, đại biểu Lê Công Nhường (B́nh Định) dẫn ví dụ về nhà tư sản Trịnh Văn Bô , người đă ủng hộ tới 5.147 lượng vàng cho Nhà nước trong Tuần lễ vàng do Chính phủ phát động.

"Nếu dân có niềm tin th́ tôi cho rằng dân sẽ giúp Nhà nước trong việc huy động vốn, như cụ Trịnh Văn Bô xưa hiến hơn 5.000 lượng vàng. Hiện nay, dự báo có 500 tấn vàng đang nằm trong dân và như này không có lợi có phát triển kinh tế xă hội.


Thống đốc có giải pháp ǵ hợp ḷng dân? Thống đốc có cam kết bảo đảm tiền gửi cho người dân hay không bởi cam kết tạo niềm tin với dân là rất quan trọng", đại biểu Nhường nêu.


ĐB Nguyễn Sơn (Hà Tĩnh) nêu vấn đề hiện nay ước tính lượng vàng và ngoại tệ trong dân c̣n rất lớn, nếu huy động được lượng vàng và ngoại tệ này th́ sẽ huy động được nguồn vốn quan trọng cho nền kinh tế.


ĐB Sơn đề nghị Thống đốc Lê Minh Hưng cho biết quan điểm cũng như giải pháp nào để huy động nguồn vốn do người dân trực tiếp nắm giữ.
Trả lời câu hỏi của đại biểu Lê Công Nhường, và Nguyễn Sơn, Thống đốc Lê Minh Hưng nói giải pháp khả thi nhất là kiên định điều hành kinh tế vĩ mô, tạo được ḷng tin người dân và doanh nghiệp vào đồng Việt Nam, trực tiếp đầu tư bằng đồng nội tệ.


Việc này cần lộ tŕnh chuyển hóa phù hợp. Nhiều năm qua, vấn đề vàng điều hành rất thành công, trước đây tốn nhiều ngoại tệ để mua vàng nhưng nay đă hạn chế, chuyển hóa được một phần rất lớn từ vàng cho nền kinh tế.


"Với ngoại tệ dù trần lăi suất 0% nhưng thực tế ngoại tệ đă được chuyển hóa qua đồng Việt Nam để đầu tư. Như vậy nếu kiên định đường lối điều hành kinh tế vĩ mô th́ sẽ vẫn bảo đảm nguồn lực", ông Hưng nêu.

Sao không kêu nhửng thằng cán bộ yêu đảng hiến dâng "thủ phủ" để làm gương rồi mới nói chuyện tới dân đen ??? Chuyện nằm mơ, lấy nhửng tượng đài ra đập, dẹp cái ba đ́nh nơi chứa cái thây thúi của thằng hồ quang để khỏi tốn tiên chăm sóc!

đă gọi là đảng th́ nên hiểu rằng như đảng tham nhũng , đảng cướp, đảng lừa đảo, đảng giiết người, đảng nóí khoét, tất cả là một đảng.bây giờ có ai mà tin vào đảng nửa. nên dẹp đi cái tṛ lừa này đi.

Lật đổ chế độ CSVN rồi tịch thu tài sản của bọn chó đẻ CSVN này, th́ dân tộc VN ta tha hồ mà xây dựng lại và kiến thiết đất nước. Thâm hụt tiền ngân sách __ Tiền ngân sách th́ bọn khốn nạn CSVN đă ăn và ỉa ra, bây giờ thiếu hụt ngân sách th́ kêu dân quyên góp. Chừng khi nào heo nái "Fhuck" leo được cây cau th́ dân đen sẽ tin tụi khốn nạn CSVN. Mở mồm chó, tụi chó đẻ CSVN th́ thối như cứt, như vậy mà tụi chó đẻ này cứ mở mồm chó sủa hoài.

Gia đ́nh Trịnh Văn Bô là bị rơi vào hoàn cảnh tiến thoái lưỡng nan nên mới tặng vàng cho bọn chó đẻ tụi bây; tại v́ không đưa cho bọn bay th́ bọn chó đẻ tụi bây sẽ giết cả nhà họ. Nhưng mà bọn CSVN tụi bây phải nhớ là chỉ là hồi xưa thôi, chứ bây giờ là năm 2017.Ức hiếp dân quá th́ phải coi chừng có tiền nhưng không có mạng để hưởng.
