Có một điều không thể chối căi được là lượng kiều hối đổ về VN ngày càng nhiều. Trong đó rất nhiều tỷ phú từ Mỹ và EU đă không tiếc tiền đổ vốn đầu tư về nước. Ngày 20-1, Bộ Ngoại giao và UBND TP HCM tổ chức chương tŕnh “Xuân Quê hương 2017” tại TP HCM. Chủ tịch UBND TP HCM Nguyễn Thành Phong cho biết Đảng bộ, chính quyền và nhân dân TP rất vinh dự, trân trọng và vui mừng chào đón bà con kiều bào từ khắp nơi trên thế giới trở về quê hương vui Xuân, đón Tết.

Chung tay xây dựng đất nước

Tại buổi gặp gỡ, ông Nguyễn Thành Phong thông báo với kiều bào t́nh h́nh kinh tế - xă hội năm 2016 của TP HCM. Các hoạt động đối ngoại và xúc tiến đầu tư mang lại nhiều kết quả tích cực. Thương mại dịch vụ, công nghiệp, nông nghiệp, tín dụng có nhiều bước phát triển mới.

Đến nay, tổng vốn đầu tư phát triển toàn xă hội dự kiến đạt trên 310.000 tỉ đồng, trong đó đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài đạt trên 47.000 tỉ đồng; cấp mới giấy chứng nhận đăng kư đầu tư cho 820 dự án với tổng vốn 940 triệu USD. Tổng thu ngân sách đạt trên 307.000 tỉ đồng, tăng 12,4% so với cùng kỳ.

Trong năm 2016, TP đă đón hàng trăm ngàn lượt kiều bào về nước qua cửa khẩu quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất. Lượng kiều hối chuyển về TP tăng dần vào những tháng cuối năm và đạt mức 5 tỉ USD. Đặc biệt trong tháng 11-2016, TP đă phối hợp với Ủy ban nhà nước về người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài tổ chức thành công hội nghị “Kiều bào chung sức xây dựng TP HCM phát triển nhanh, bền vững và hội nhập quốc tế” với sự tham gia tích cực của hơn 500 đại biểu kiều bào. Nhiều ư tưởng, dự án, đề xuất tâm huyết của kiều bào đă h́nh thành “ngân hàng ư tưởng”, chung sức xây dựng TP HCM phát triển.

“Có thể nói, với những kết quả đáng phấn khởi trên có sự góp sức rất lớn từ kiều bào trên địa bàn TP nói riêng và cộng đồng người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài nói chung. Thay mặt lănh đạo TP, tôi xin trân trọng cảm ơn những đóng góp quư báu của kiều bào đă góp phần vào việc thực hiện thắng lợi các nhiệm vụ kinh tế - xă hội của TP năm 2016” - ông Nguyễn Thành Phong nhấn mạnh.

Theo ông Phong năm 2017 để đạt được những mục tiêu đề ra, nếu chỉ có sự nỗ lực của Đảng bộ, chính quyền th́ không bao giờ là đủ, TP rất cần sự chung sức từ phía nhân dân. “Tôi có ḷng tin mạnh mẽ rằng, với truyền thống anh hùng, năng động, sáng tạo của TP; sự ủng hộ của đồng bào trong nước và sự chung vai góp sức của đồng bào ngoài nước, chắc chắn TP HCM sẽ sớm cất cánh trở thành một trong những TP có chất lượng sống tốt trên thế giới, một TP văn minh - hiện đại - nghĩa t́nh” - ông Nguyễn Thành Phong nói.

Gắn bó với quê hương

Phát biểu tại buổi họp mặt, bác sĩ Trần Hoàng Minh (kiều bào Mỹ) cho biết rất tự hào là một bộ phận không tách rời của cộng đồng dân tộc Việt Nam. Cộng đồng người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài đang nỗ lực vươn lên, vừa hội nhập thành công ở nước sở tại, vừa hướng về, gắn bó chặt chẽ với quê hương.

“Chúng tôi đang chứng kiến những đổi thay tích cực, nhanh chóng của TP HCM theo hướng chất lượng sống tốt, văn minh, hiện đại, nghĩa t́nh. Qua các cuộc nói chuyện với nhiều kiều bào trở về thăm gia đ́nh vào dịp Tết nguyên đán, ai cũng ngỡ ngàng, xúc động trước sự đổi thay từng ngày của đất nước” - bác sĩ Trần Hoàng Minh chia sẻ.

Ông Johnathan Hạnh Nguyễn bày tỏ ông rất tự hào được đóng góp một phần cho đất nước. Thời gian tới, ngoài kiều hối th́ những người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài sẽ đóng góp chất xám cũng như đầu tư ngày càng nhiều về Việt Nam.

Ông Lương Sơn Ḥa, kiều bào Thái Lan, cho biết Hội người Việt Nam tại Thái Lan trong hơn 10 năm trở lại đây đă lớn mạnh, với số lượng hơn 100.000 người. Kiều bào tại Thái Lan luôn đoàn kết, gắn bó và cố gắng ḥa nhập với nước sở tại cũng như đóng góp để đất mẹ ngày càng phát triển.

Gửi đỉ, xuất cảng điếm, lao động đi khắp mọi nơi th́ "kiều hối".... về càng nhiều ! đúng là nhửng đứa theo "tư tưởng" thằng hồ ấu dâm "t́m đường cứu nước" !
