Old  English California sẽ trở thành một quốc gia độc lập với tên mới CALEXIT?
Ngày 26 tháng 1 năm 2017 đă có một kiến nghị thư gửi tới văn pḥng thư kư tiểu bang. Trong đó là đề nghị tách California khỏi Mỹ và đề xuất tên mới là "Calexit". Theo thống kê th́ 1/3 dân Cali ủng hộ sự ly khai này v́ đa phần họ đều phản đối tổng thống Donald Trump.

Một kiến nghị thư đề nghị tách California ra khỏi Hiệp Chủng Quốc Hoa Kỳ đă được đệ tŕnh lên văn pḥng thư kư tiểu bang vào hôm qua thứ năm ngày 26 tháng 1, 2017.


Kiến nghị thư này được đặt tên là “Calexit”, mượn theo cách đặt tên của Brexit khi Anh rút ra khỏi Liên Hiệp Âu Châu. Kiến nghị thư này sẽ yêu cầu cử tri California hủy bỏ một điều khoản trong hiến pháp của tiểu bang California, điều khoản đó tuyên bố California là một phần bất ly của Hiệp Chủng Quốc Hoa Kỳ.

Theo thăm ḍ dư luận gần đây, th́ có tới 1/3 cư dân California sẽ ủng hộ sự ly khai này, v́ sự chống đối của họ đối với TT Donald Trump.

Nếu kiến nghị này được hợp lệ đưa ra bầu phiếu, và được cử tri chấp thuận, th́ điều đó có thể sẽ là một bước tiến đến một cuộc bỏ phiếu trong tương lai về việc liệu chăng tiểu bang California sẽ có thể tách ra khỏi phần c̣n lại của Hoa Kỳ.

Theo thư kư của tiểu bang là ông Alex Padilla th́ một tổ chức đứng sau kiến nghị thư này có tên là Yes California Independence Campaign, đă được cho phép bắt đầu tiến hành thu thập gần 600 ngàn chữ kư của cử tri California cần thiết để đưa kiến nghị này ra bỏ phiếu.

Website của tổ chức Yes California Independence Campaign viết: “Theo quan điểm của chúng tôi, Hiệp Chủng Quốc Hoa Kỳ tiêu biểu cho nhiều điều mâu thuẫn với nhiều giá tri của California, và nếu kéo dài t́nh trạng tiểu bang th́ điều đó có nghĩa là California sẽ tiếp tục phụ trợ cho các tiểu bang khác từ sự thiệt hại của tiểu bang California, và từ sự thiệt hại của con cháu chúng ta.”

Những cố gắng tương tự như thế trước đây nhằm thiết lập California là một quốc gia tách biệt, hoặc là chia California thành nhiều tiểu bang nhỏ đă thất bại.

Ngoài ra, một đề nghị tu chính hiến pháp, mang tên là Quốc gia California, cũng sẽ yêu cầu cử tri hủy bỏ điều khoản với nội dung “hiến pháp Mỹ là luật tối thượng”.

Nếu những kiến nghị trên được phê chuẩn, th́ sẽ kêu gọi lên lịch cho một cuộc bỏ phiếu về các vấn đề này vào năm 2019, để yêu cầu cử tri bỏ phiếu cho “Liệu California có trở thành một quốc gia độc lập, chủ quyền và tách riêng” ra không?

Ông Marcos Evans, phó giám đốc của tổ chức Yes California nói trên tờ Los Angeles Times là “Mỹ đă ghét California, và Mỹ đă bầu theo cảm xúc. Tôi tin là chúng ta sẽ đủ phiếu vào ngày hôm nay, nếu tổ chức đi bầu.”
Phong trào này phải đệ tŕnh các chữ kư cử tri hợp lệ vào ngày 25 tháng 7 tới để hội đủ tiêu chuẩn đưa ra bỏ phiếu.

1) Total failure and lack of comprehension! Yes ... there is nothing that prevents them from using the US current paper currency as their primary currency! There are actually many nations that legally recognize US currency as their official currency. And since post 1970 after getting rid of the Gold Standard, many country stock pile US currency as a hedge and a way to control their own monetary valuation volatility!

2) The Federal Reserve are made up of 12 private, regional banks.

---> From a legal aspect, they are the only one that can print money! The US Treasury can only mints coins!The Fed trades currency with financial assets by modifying banks' balance sheets ... not adding to the income of the currency recipients. And vice versa for The US Treasury. US Treasury transactions, add or subtract to the income of the private sector

If CA exit, CA needs to ask the real expert in monetary policy ... I recommend the Tooth Fairy!

Th́ đó, tiểu bang Cali chỉ có 1/3 thiệt là theo tụi khủng bố nước Mỹ bây giờ (Hollywood+ Dem+liberal), ai mà không theo ideas của tụi nó th́ tụi nó chống tới cùng. Thật ra tụi này chỉ v́ cái lợi của tụi nó mà thôi. Nh́n tụi nó xuống đường biểu t́nh là biết dân ǵ đi theo kiến nghị này rồi.

Đang đối đầu với Ông Trump, th́ tụi nó làm vậy thôi. Tụi nó đâu care 2/3 dân kia nghĩ ǵ? Những công ty lớn ở Cali bắt đầu di dân qua Texas rồi. Nếu Cali mà độc lập có nước đi ăn mày.
