V́ sao cựu Tổng thống VNCH Nguyễn Văn Thiệu không lập Chính phủ lưu vong sau 1975?

Từ năm 1975 đến năm 1990, TT Thiệu sống âm thầm ở Mỹ rất lâu mặc dù trên nguyên tắc ông định cư ở Anh. Mỹ là nơi tập trung cộng đồng di dân tỵ nạn CS đông đảo nhất thế giới. Little Sàigon là thủ đô tinh thần của cộng đồng VN.

Khu vực địa chính trị này là môi trường tốt nhất để “tâm tư” ông có dịp gần gũi đồng bào, t́m hiểu nguyện vọng, định lượng các lực lượng chống cộng, thăm ḍ phản ứng quốc tế, hội ư đồng minh, (nhất là Mỹ)!.… Tiếc thay, sự thật phũ phàng cho ông nh́n thấy một đáp số bạc bẽo: “bă công danh sa lông chính trị”; “hỗn quân hỗn quan vô chính phủ”; “tiền cược trên chiếu bạc quốc tế”… Cuối cùng, ông tiếp tục sống âm thầm cho đến ngày nhắm mắt mà không để lại hồi kư hay tài liệu nào.

Cuộc gặp gỡ duy nhất giữa TT Thiệu và cộng đồng VN ở nam California vào năm 1990 dường như đă dẫn thâm tâm tổng thống đi đến quyết định: Giă từ chính trị - Đóng cửa con đường phục quốc - Mặc cho vận nước nổi trôi.

Lời tuyên bố bất hủ của ông trước năm 1975: “Đừng nghe những ǵ CS nói mà hăy nh́n kỹ những ǵ CS làm!” Năm 1990 ông tuyên bố: “Đây là cơ hội ngàn vàng cho người CS nắm lấy để cùng nhau xây dựng quốc gia trở nên hùng cường”.

Thế nhưng, một thời gian dài người CS đă không có cái “tâm tư dân tộc” để nắm lấy thời cơ, để đi đến một quyết định táo bạo. Ví dụ: tự họ không là chủ thể “Ḥa giải Ḥa hợp Dân tộc!” mà vẫn cứ coi miền Nam là khách thể quân thù ôm chân đế quốc!!! Riết: “Ḥa hợp Ḥa giải Dân tộc” trở nên câu sáo ngữ đầu môi chót lưỡi. (Người “đồng điệu tâm” với TT Thiệu không ai khác hơn là Phó TT Nguyễn Cao Kỳ; vào các năm 80-85 khi hải ngoại bùng lên “Mặt trận Hoàng Cơ Minh”, Tướng Kỳ từ chối lời mời của vài thần hữu “tham gia” tổ chức kháng chiến này).

Ừ , V́ sao cựu Tổng thống VNCH Nguyễn Văn Thiệu không lập Chính phủ lưu vong?....ǵ mấy ông chống cộng cứ như là ta đây am hiểu hết mọi chuyên rùi oán trách ông ta...tui con nhớ thời gian đầu mấy ông ghét cay ghet đắng ông ta , nhưng thời gian sao mọi người điều hiểu 1 lư do đơn giản là , Mỹ đi đêm với TQ bán rẽ VNCH và rút tay về nước không cấp chi viên cho bất cứ cái ǵ nữa hỏi sao mà đánh việt công được....cho nên bây giờ các ông chống cộng như rắn không đầu cứ lăi nhăi ngồi trách than tối ngày ,...thí dụ: nếu hiện tại công sản VN sup đổ bây giờ , các ông ai có khả năng lên quyền đất nước.... nh́n chung th́ không ai có khả năng hết...chỉ có Nam Lộc như ông ta không đủ điều kiện đó ,người dân ở VN không biết ông Nam Lộc là ai hết sao năm quyền được...hay là Lư Tống....túm lại không ai được hết , ngay cả chống cộng bên nước ngoài c̣n phân chia rẻ bảy ba không tập trung mà đ̣i lập chính phủ lưu vong... bởi vậy ông Thiệu từ ngày qua Mỹ ẩn cư không tiếc lộ bất cứ điều ǵ , mặc kệ mấy ông chỉ trích điều ǵ chỉ có ông ta hiểu với chính phủ Mỹ được điều gi xảy ra thôi và câu trá lời là thời gian giờ ai cũng gật đầu coi như hiểu điều ǵ đó....

Trong cuốn khi đồng minh tháo chạy.TT Thiệu có than đồng minh với Mỹ sao khó thế.
Ông ta quên câu :Làm kẻ thù Mỹ th́ nguy hiểm,làm đồng minh với Mỹ th́ chết bất cứ lúc nào.
Thí dụ ông Diệm năm 1963 và miền nam năm 1975.
