VBF-sau 1 thời gian dài theo đuổi việc chế tạo bằng được vũ khí tên lửa cho tới nay có thể nói là VN đă thành công. Đây là 1 bước tiến mới của quân đội VN được dư luận đặc biệt quan tâm.
Hiện nay, Quy hoạch phát triển công nghiệp tên lửa Việt Nam đang được triển khai tích cực. Đă có những bất ngờ khó tin riêng với Dự án chế tạo tên lửa pḥng không hiện đại!
Dự báo chính xác - Tự lực cánh sinh luôn đúng!
Vậy là sau hơn 4 năm triển khai, Dự án "Chế tạo tên lửa pḥng không tầm thấp TL-01" đă gặt hái được những kết quả đáng khích lệ, nổi bật nhất phải kể đến:
- Cải tiến, nội địa hóa khối điện tử kiểu 9P516 - thành phần chính của cơ cấu phóng tổ hợp tên lửa Igla.
- Hoàn thiện công nghệ chế tạo pin nhiệt được dùng cho tên lửa pḥng không tầm thấp với nhiệm vụ cung cấp năng lượng cho đầu tự dẫn hồng ngoại để bắt mục tiêu.
- Sản xuất và thử nghiệm thành công sản phẩm thỏi nhiên liệu hỗn hợp cho động cơ hành tŕnh.
Đây là những thành phần tối quan trọng của bất kỳ loại tên lửa pḥng không tầm thấp nào. Việc làm chủ những công nghệ này là những bước tiến cực lớn để các nhà khoa học Việt Nam tiến tới làm chủ quy tŕnh chế tạo tên lửa nội địa.
Được biết, Tên lửa phòng không tầm thấp TL-01 được nghiên cứu và phát triển trên cơ sở thiết kế của tên lửa Igla-1 (định danh NATO SA-16 Gimlet), theo hướng sử dụng các vật tư linh kiện thế hệ mới có trên thị trường trong nước và ngoài nước nhằm tăng tỷ lệ nội địa hóa và chủ động
Hiện nay dây chuyền sản xuất lắp ráp tên lửa Igla-1 đă đi vào sản xuất, bắn đạn thật nghiệm thu thành công, bắt đầu cung cấp những sản phẩm hiện đại, góp phần từng bước thay đổi căn bản về chất cho lực lượng pḥng không tầm thấp, chủ yếu thay thế cho các loại tên lửa A-72, A-87 đă hết niên hạn sử dụng.
Làm chủ công nghệ sản xuất, lắp ráp Igla-1 chính là tiền đề quan trọng cho dự án chế tạo tên lửa TL-01, cho phép chúng ta có được những bước xuất phát hết sức căn bản, vững chắc.

Những kết quả đă đạt được chỉ trong một thời gian ngắn kể từ khi chính thức bắt tay vào nghiên cứu TL-01 đă khiến các nhà khoa học có thêm động lực, thêm nhiệt huyết để đẩy nhanh tiến độ triển khai, sớm cho ra mắt ḍng tên lửa thực sự "Made in Vietnam".
Điều thú vị đặc biệt, thậm chí là khó tin đối với TL-01 là chúng ta đă dự báo và tính toán rất đúng khi tự triển khai nghiên cứu một ḍng tên lửa hoàn toàn mới bằng chính năng lực tự thân, không phải mua giấy phép chuyển giao công nghệ sản xuất tên lửa pḥng không tầm thấp Igla-S hiện đại hàng đầu thế giới.
Nhờ vậy, không những tiết kiệm được một lượng lớn ngân sách mua giấy phép, mà chúng ta c̣n đặt mục tiêu xa hơn, là chế tạo ḍng tên lửa c̣n vượt trội hơn.
Mua Igla-S th́ ta cũng chỉ dừng ở việc nội địa hóa ở mức cao và lắp ráp tổng thành, trong khi các ḍng tên lửa pḥng không tầm thấp của Nga liên tục được cải tiến, thay đổi mẫu mă, không chỉ dừng ở Igla-S. Nếu ta không tự chủ sản xuất được tên lửa th́ việc phát triển tên lửa thế hệ mới hơn ở giai đoạn tiếp theo sẽ khó khăn.

Thực tế đă chứng minh quyết định này hoàn toàn đúng và sáng suốt, bởi lẽ chỉ sau khi Việt Nam triển khai dự án TL-01, bỏ qua Igla-S th́ Nga đă chính thức cho ra mắt tên lửa pḥng không vác vai Verba hoàn toàn mới, vượt trội hơn tất cả các ḍng tên lửa tầm thấp từng được chế tạo.
Triển vọng tươi sáng về tên lửa pḥng không "Made in Vietnam"
Rơ ràng, nếu mua giấy phép chuyển giao công nghệ sản xuất Igla-S th́ ta sẽ nhanh chóng có trong tay một lượng lớn tên lửa pḥng không tầm thấp hiện đại, thay thế cho các tên lửa A-72, A-87 đă có phần lạc hậu, không đáp ứng được môi trường chiến tranh hiện đại, nhất là không thể lọt qua được các lớp nhiễu, mồi bẫy thế hệ mới.
Trên hết, chúng ta sẽ không có trong tay những công nghệ để triển khai các loại tên lửa pḥng không thế hệ mới tầm trung, tầm xa. Đến lúc đó ta phải bắt tay nghiên cứu từ đầu, lại mất thêm một khoảng thời gian quư giá và tất nhiên sẽ luôn đi sau so với những bước phát triển như vũ băo của công nghệ tên lửa thế giới.
Thế mới thấy, để triển khai được dự án chế tạo TL-01, các nhà hoạch định đă phải tính toán kỹ đến như nào, cái ǵ cần ưu tiên làm trước và phải làm bằng được, cái ǵ nên để lùi lại sau.
Và quan trọng hơn hết là dũng cảm bỏ qua hẳn việc mua giấy phép một ḍng tên lửa c̣n đang rất hiện đại là Igla-S để tiến thẳng lên tên lửa "Made in Việt Nam".
Chặng đường phía trước c̣n dài, bởi lẽ chương tŕnh nghiên cứu này sẽ kéo dài tới năm 2020, các kết quả đạt được là đáng khích lệ, nhưng để đến được đích là chế tạo hoàn chỉnh TL-01 vẫn c̣n nhiều gian nan.
Hy vọng, TL-01 thành công, chúng ta sẽ có TL-02, TL-03,... với tầm bắn ngày càng xa hơn, khả năng cơ động việt dă, chỉ huy, điều khiển tự động hóa ở mức cao, giăng kín lưới lửa từ tầm thấp tới tầm cao, từ xa tới gần, đảm bảo tiêu diệt mọi mục tiêu bay xâm phạm vùng trời Tổ quốc.
