VBF-Mới đây Vn đă chính thức ra luật mới về việc đánh giá thuế tất cả các loại xe hơi mà Việt kiều mang về Vn. Như vậy là chính sách miễn thuế với xe hơi trước đây đă không c̣n giá trị. Với luật mới này đă khiến không ít bà con ở nước ngoài sau bao năm làm ăn mơ ước có thể mang chiếc xe hơi về nước để đi lại đă chính thức vỡ mộng.Từ nay, xe ô tô và xe gắn máy là tài sản di chuyển theo những người Việt kiều hồi hương sẽ không c̣n được miễn thuế nhập khẩu, theo quy định tại điều 7, Nghị định 134 hướng dẫn Luật Thuế xuất nhập khẩu được Chính phủ kư ban hành ngày 1-9.Điều 7 quy định, định mức miễn thuế nhập khẩu với tài sản di chuyển là một đơn vị (cái hoặc bộ) và danh mục được miễn thuế gồm đồ dùng, vật dụng phục vụ sinh hoạt, làm việc đă qua sử dụng hoặc chưa qua sử dụng, nhưng trừ ô tô, xe máy.

Lâu nay, theo Quyết định số 31/2015/QĐ-TTg ban hành ngày 4-8-2015, công dân Việt Nam định cư ở nước ngoài đă được giải quyết đăng kư thường trú tại Việt Nam được miễn thuế nhập khẩu một xe ô tô và một mô tô (nhưng phải đóng thuế tiêu thụ đặc biệt). Ngoài ra, nguời Việt Nam định cư ở nước ngoài là trí thức, chuyên gia, công nhân lành nghề về nước làm việc trong thời gian từ một năm trở lên theo lời mời của cơ quan Nhà nước Việt Nam được mang theo một xe ô tô để sử dụng trong thời gian làm việc và xe này được miễn thuế nhập khẩu, không chịu thuế tiêu thụ đặc biệt và thuế giá trị gia tăng.

Tuy nhiên, chính sách này đă bị lợi dụng khi một số cá nhân nhập khẩu xe sang từ nước ngoài về tiêu thụ. Bộ Tài chính thống kê, trong hơn 1.000 xe ô tô nhập khẩu dưới dạng tài sản di chuyển của Việt kiều hồi hương th́ chưa đến 100 xe được đăng kư lưu hành dưới tên của người đăng kư chuyển tài sản về nước. Số c̣n lại, hầu hết sau khi nhập khẩu đúng quy định đă chuyển nhượng cho tổ chức, cá nhân khác tại Việt Nam. Cơ quan hải quan phát hiện các xe nhập khẩu theo quy định dành cho Việt kiều hầu hết là các xe có giá trị cao, năm sản xuất mới.

Đây là lư do mà khi chủ tŕ soạn thảo dự thảo nghị định hướng dẫn Luật Thuế xuất nhập khẩu, Bộ Tài chính đă đề xuất loại bỏ ô tô và xe máy ra khỏi danh mục hàng miễn thuế theo Việt kiều hồi hương. Đề xuất này đă chính thức được Chính phủ thông qua như đă nói ở trên.

Cũng theo điều 7, đối tượng được miễn thuế nhập khẩu tài sản di chuyển đă điều chỉnh. Đó là người nước ngoài, người Việt Nam định cư ở nước ngoài đến công tác, làm việc tại Việt Nam từ 12 tháng trở lên; tổ chức, công dân Việt Nam có hoạt động ở nước ngoài từ 12 tháng trở lên sau khi kết thúc hoạt động trở về nước và công dân Việt Nam định cư ở nước ngoài đă đăng kư thường trú tại Việt Nam cho lần đầu tiên nhập khẩu tài sản di chuyển.

Trong trường hợp tài sản di chuyển vượt định mức miễn thuế của cơ quan, tổ chức được ngân sách nhà nước đảm bảo kinh phí hoạt động, Bộ Tài chính sẽ là cơ quan quyết định miễn thuế cho từng trường hợp cụ thể.

Giảm định mức thuốc lá miễn thuế của người nhập cảnh

Điều 6, Nghị định 134 quy định, định mức thuốc lá mang theo của người nhập cảnh vào Việt Nam từ 1-9 cũng giảm so với trước.

Cụ thể, người nhập cảnh chỉ được miễn thuế với 200 điếu nếu là thuốc lá điếu hoặc 250g nếu là thuốc lá sợi hoặc 20 điếu nếu là x́ gà. Lâu nay, người nhập cảnh được miễn thuế 100 điếu nếu là x́ gà hoặc 500g nếu là thuốc lá sợi.

Tuy nhiên, người nhập cảnh cũng sẽ được miễn thuế với đồ dùng, vật dụng phù hợp với mục đích của chuyến đi.

Trên đời không có ǵ ngu mà bỏ cả chục ngàn dollars ra mua xe đem về xứ vẹm, để rồi cho nó hạch sách đủ điều, rốt cuộc th́ bỏ của chạy lấy người ! mất toi tiền ! màn 2 cảnh củ !
Chỉ có thành phần lơi dung luật VC để núp bóng nhửng thằng Vịt kiều ngu dốt là đả có ăn chia, nên củng phải hối lộ it !
Nhửng thành phần ngu dốt thiếu hiểu biết mới tin vào luật lệ VC !!
Không có vụ "VK vở mộng" chỉ có nhửng thành phần lừa đảo mất cơ hội !

Super xuồng là có yếu tố nước ngoài vẩn bị thuế.....chỉ có thuyền thúng mới miển thuế nha sư huynh......

tốt hơn nên đem thuyền ca nô về v́ sài g̣n bầy giờ mưa là đường biến thành sông

Người VN ta thường nghe thành ngữ "Lo ḅ trắng răng"

"Lo ḅ trắng răng" con ḅ ăn cỏ nhai đi nhai lại thỉ cỏ làm ḅ trắng răng....con chó ăn kít th́ răng vàng khè... cũng như lo ku thun không cương được v́ thun lấy ǵ cương....hahahaha
ư nóí cũng như mấy SM trong forum này lo ngày mai tận thế mà hết ngày mai lại ngày mai khác vẫn chưa tận thế or lo California động đất vậy mà....
